1南京城郊蔬菜基地土壤有效态铅、锌、铜和镉的空间分异及其驱动因子研究显示文摘利用地统计学和地理信息系统相结合的方法,从小尺度区域角度上研究了南京城郊土壤中铅(Pb)、锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)和镉(Cd)4 种重金属有效态含量的空间分布特征及其主要的影响因子。结果表明:(1) 研究区土壤中有效 Zn 变异程度相对较大,有效 Pb 的变异程度相对较小,而有效 Cu 和 Cd 为中等程度变异。(2) 研究区有效 Pb、Zn 含量空间分布具有中等程度的空间自相关性,而 Cu、Cd 空间分布具有强烈的空间自相关性;有效 Zn、Cd 的空间自相关尺度相对较大,而有效 Cu、Pb 相对较小。(3) 研究区土壤中有效 Pb 的空间分布主要受交通影响,交通量越大的道路附近土壤中有效 Pb 含量越高;有效 Zn 主要受城市生活废水的影响,城市生活污水灌溉和城市地表径流是土壤中有效 Zn 积累的主要原因;有效 Cu 主要与蔬菜种植过程中有机肥(主要是牛粪)施用关系密切,有机肥施用量越大,土壤中有效 Cu 含量越高;有效 Cd 受地形影响较大,地形低洼处土壤中有效 Cd 含量相对较高。张庆利 史学正 黄标 于东升 王洪杰 Karin Blombaeck Ingrid Oboern 2005土壤2005,37,1:63
2Management of acute nonvariceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding:Current policies and future perspectives显示文摘Acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding(UGIB) is a gastroenterological emergency with a mortality of 6%-13%.The vast majority of these bleeds are due to peptic ulcers.Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and Helicobacter pylori are the main risk factors for peptic ulcer disease.Endoscopy has become the mainstay for diagnosis and treatment of acute UGIB,and is recommended within 24 h of presentation.Proton pump inhibitor(PPI) administration before endoscopy can downstage the bleeding lesion and reduce the need for endoscopic therapy,but has no effect on rebleeding,mortality and need for surgery.Endoscopic therapy should be undertaken for ulcers with high-risk stigmata,to reduce the risk of rebleeding.This can be done with a variety of modalities.High-dose PPI administration after endoscopy can prevent rebleeding and reduce the need for further intervention and mortality,particularly in patients with high-risk stigmata.Ingrid Lisanne Holster Ernst Johan Kuipers 2012World Journal of Gastroenterology2012,18,11:53
3小尺度土壤养分的空间变异及其影响因素探讨—以江苏省无锡市典型城乡交错区为例显示文摘以江苏省无锡市城乡交错区为例,在8km2范围内,采集102个土壤表层样,利用地统计学和G IS相结合的方法,研究了土壤全量和速效氮、磷、钾的空间变异特征,并对其影响因素进行了探讨。结果表明土壤养分空间变异程度从大到小依次为:土壤全氮>土壤全磷>土壤速效磷>土壤速效氮>土壤速效钾>土壤全钾。土壤全氮空间变异受到土壤类型的影响,土壤全磷的空间变异与居民点分布有关,土壤全钾空间变异与土壤粘粒关系最密切。土壤全量养分和相应的速效养分具有显著相关关系,在空间分布上,也分别存在不同程度的相似性。同时土壤全磷和土壤速效养分受土地利用影响也较大。研究还表明,城乡交错区土壤氮、磷流失风险增加,需要实施有效措施控制氮、磷肥料的过度施用。赵彦锋 史学正 于东升 黄标 王洪杰 赵永存 Ingrid born Karin Blombck 2006土壤通报2006,37,2:48
4原发性视网膜脱离手术技术的概念变革显示文摘目的:分析从1929年开始的、现存的原发性视网膜脱离复位手术的术式演变,和决定不同技术的话题。方法:复习过去75a间视网膜脱离手术的文献,其中作者经历了过去35a持续进行的治疗方式的演变。为达到视网膜复位,一种演变是从对整个视网膜脱离的手术、转变到仅限于视网膜裂孔的手术,另一种演变是从眼外到眼内的手术转变。结果:在21世纪开端,治疗原发性视网膜脱离可应用的所有5种主要手术方式,有一个共同的要点:找到并封闭引起原发性视网膜脱离、或如果封闭不充分会造成再脱离的裂孔。这与手术是限于裂孔区、还是扩展到整个脱离区无关,也与在眼外还是眼内手术无关。结论:最终发现并封闭原发性视网膜脱离中漏水的视网膜裂孔,已经伴随视网膜脱离手术医生的努力,成为过去75a的一条“红线”,而且现在仍然是保持复位的关键。不过,在21世纪开端,视网膜脱离治疗的3个假设毫无疑问地实现了:①应该做1次手术就达到视网膜复位;②手术不应在以后的年岁内引发威胁重获视力的并发症;③手术费用较少且在局麻下进行。Ingrid Kreissig 王琳 惠延年 2005国际眼科杂志2005,5,1:34
5工业型城乡交错区农业土壤Cu、Zn、Pb和Cd的空间分布及影响因素研究显示文摘在江苏省无锡市工业型城乡交错区,选择8 km2区域,采集119个土壤样品,对土壤Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd及其有效态含量的空间分布和影响因素进行探讨。结果表明:该区土壤Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd含量和变异系数都明显增加,土壤有效态重金属含量与相应的全量重金属含量具有显著相关性。土壤Cu、Zn、Cd空间变异主要受到工业影响,但由于该区工业类型的多样性和工厂分布的分散性,Cu、Zn、Cd空间分布模式并不相同。本区土壤Pb的分布与工厂分布的相关性不大,但随与城市距离增加而降低。公路和土地利用与土壤重金属含量的关系表现不明显。该区工业污染对土壤重金属空间变异的影响可能掩盖了公路和土地利用等的影响,建议在城乡交错区合理安排工业布局以控制土壤受重金属污染的范围。赵彦锋 史学正 于东升 黄标 王洪杰 孙志英 赵永存 Ingrid born Karin Blombck 2007土壤学报2007,44,2:31

7RECTANGLE: a bit-slice lightweight block cipher suitable for multiple platforms显示文摘In this paper, we propose a new lightweight block cipher named RECTANGLE. The main idea of the design of RECTANGLE is to allow lightweight and fast implementations using bit-slice techniques. RECTANGLE uses an SP-network. The substitution layer consists of 16 4 × 4 S-boxes in parallel. The permutation layer is composed of 3 rotations. As shown in this paper, RECTANGLE offers great performance in both hardware and software environment, which provides enough flexibility for different application scenario. The following are3 main advantages of RECTANGLE. First, RECTANGLE is extremely hardware-friendly. For the 80-bit key version, a one-cycle-per-round parallel implementation only needs 1600 gates for a throughput of 246 Kbits/s at100 k Hz clock and an energy efficiency of 3.0 p J/bit. Second, RECTANGLE achieves a very competitive software speed among the existing lightweight block ciphers due to its bit-slice style. Using 128-bit SSE instructions,a bit-slice implementation of RECTANGLE reaches an average encryption speed of about 3.9 cycles/byte for messages around 3000 bytes. Last but not least, we propose new design criteria for the RECTANGLE S-box.Due to our careful selection of the S-box and the asymmetric design of the permutation layer, RECTANGLE achieves a very good security-performance tradeoff. 9针刺与艾灸对气虚证心率变异性的不同影响:随机对照研究显示文摘目的:观察针刺与艾灸对气虚证患者症状的改善作用及对心率变异性指标的不同影响。方法:招募30例气虚证患者及15例健康受试者,将30例气虚证患者随机分为针刺组和艾灸组,每组15例;15例健康受试者作为健康对照组。针刺组与健康对照组接受针刺治疗,艾灸组接受艾灸治疗,所取穴位均为关元和足三里,隔日治疗1次,共10次。在患者治疗前、治疗4次及治疗结束后进行气虚证症状量化评分并检测受试者心率变异性。比较气虚证症状量化评分与心率变异性指标的相关性,比较治疗前、治疗4次及治疗结束后3组受试者心率变异性指标的变化。结果:针刺组与艾灸组气虚证症状量化评分在第4次治疗后和治疗结束后均较治疗前下降(均P<0.05),治疗结束后艾灸组气虚证评分低于针刺组(P<0.05);气虚证患者的心率变异性指标比健康对照组更低(均P<0.05),且相关系数更高;治疗结束后,艾灸组的平均心率较治疗前下降(P<0.05),心率变异性总功率、低频均较治疗前上升(均P<0.05),健康对照组平均心率较治疗前上升(P<0.05);针刺组各指标与治疗前比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:心率变异性总功率能一定程度上反映气虚证的严重程度,针刺与艾灸均能改善患者的气虚症状,艾灸作用更明显,原因可能与艾灸能够持续性地提高自主神经系统活性有关。舒晴 孙丹红 王华 梁凤霞 Gerhard Litscher Daniela Litscher Ingrid Gaischek 陈丽 何文娟 王雅媛 2017中国针灸2017,37,1:19
10长三角工业型城乡交错区蔬菜生产系统重金属平衡及健康风险显示文摘随着中国城市化进程的加快,城乡交错区重金属污染问题越来越受到人们的关注。本文以长三角无锡市城乡交错区某蔬菜基地为例,详细观测了两年期间(2003.7—2005.7)蔬菜生产系统中Cu、Pb、Zn、Cd等重金属元素的平衡状况,其目的是掌握该生产系统重金属的积累趋势,评价系统中土壤和蔬菜的健康风险。结果表明:该系统在管理过程中,重金属的输入途径有施肥和灌溉,有机肥施用是生产系统重金属输入的主要来源,占输入量的88.5%以上。系统重金属年输入量较高,明显高于荷兰农业区水平,而Cu、Pb、Zn等元素年输出量明显较低,占输入量的10%以下,表现为盈余。观测田块土壤中Cu、Pb、Zn、Cd含量均低于农田土壤二级标准但明显高于太湖地区人为土元素背景值,存在积累的趋势。蔬菜中重金属健康风险评价结果表明,在目前的生产条件下,叶菜类蔬菜重金属健康风险较高。徐勇贤 王洪杰 黄标 史学正 于东升 常青 Ingrid Oborn 2009土壤2009,41,4:17
11Diagnostic strategy for occult hepatitis B virus infection显示文摘In 2008,the European Association for the study of the liver(EASL) defined occult hepatitis B virus infection (OBI) as the'presence of hepatitis B virus(HBV) DNA in the liver(with detectable or undetectable HBV DNA in the serum) of individuals testing hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg) negative by currently available assays'.Several aspects of occult HBV infection are still poorly understood,including the definition itself and a standardized approach for laboratory-based detection,which is the purpose of this review.The clinical significance of OBI has not yet been established;however,in terms of public health,the clinical importance arises from the risk of HBV transmission.Consequently,it is important to detect high-risk groups for occult HBV infection to prevent transmission.The main issue is,perhaps,to identify the target population for screening OBI.Viremia is very low or undetectable in occult HBV infection,even when the most sensitive methods are used,and the detection of the viral DNA reservoir in hepatocytes would provide the best evaluation of occult HBV prevalence in a defined set of patients.However,this diagnostic approach is obviously unsuitable:blood detection of occult hepatitis B requires assays of the highest sensitivity and specificity with a lower limit of detection<10 IU/mL for HBV DNA and<0.1 ng/mL for HBsAg.Sara Ocana Maria Luisa Casas Ingrid Buhigas Jose Luis Lledo 2011World Journal of Gastroenterology2011,17,12:16
12太湖典型河网区地表水与沉积物氮、磷和重金属含量空间分异显示文摘将无锡城乡交错区河网分为城镇生活区水巷、工业区主河道、农业区主河道、农业区支流和鱼塘5种类型区。通过秋季(旱季)和夏季(雨季)2次采样,研究氮、磷和Cu、Zn、Pb、Cr、Cd在地表水和沉积物中的含量及其空间变化。结果表明:(1)城乡交错区地表水氮、磷来源于生活污染和工业污染的比例大于农田,同时具有来源分散、污染面广的特征。(2)由于城镇地表径流和工业活动影响,各类型区地表水重金属含量均有不同程度提高。但地表水重金属主要沿主河道迁移,旱季和雨季主河道重金属含量均大于农业区支流,而且随着与城镇距离增加,主河道沉积物重金属含量迅速降低,重金属污染影响范围较小。(3)与重金属相比,地表水氮、磷污染仍是太湖水网区主要的环境问题。但城镇及其周围河流沉积物中富集的重金属含量很高,其潜在环境风险不容忽视。赵彦锋 史学正 于东升 黄标 王洪杰 Ingrid born Karin Blombck 2007生态与农村环境学报2007,23,1:13

14曲安奈得:用于玻璃体内注射的配制法显示文摘目的:具有抗增生、抗水肿、抗炎和血管稳定作用的曲安奈得(TA)混悬液在眼水肿、新生血管和增生性疾病,特别是黄斑疾病的应用正在不断增加。本文描述玻璃体内注射用的TA的配制法并分析赋形剂(苯甲基乙醇)过滤后的实际剂量。方法:从40mgVolonA瓶中,相当于Kenalog40mg,抽取0.625mL结晶混悬液,相当于TA25mg。在无菌条件下,过滤混悬液以去除溶剂苯甲基乙醇,结晶体用9g/L氯化钠洗涤4次,进行TA玻璃体注射。需要密切随访,监测在头2wk内的眼内炎和1 ̄2mo的高眼压。结果:预期25mgTA的浓度在溶剂过滤后测量为23.8mg。在另一个药学实验室,同样过滤后结果是12.8mg,均不是预期的剂量25mgTA。结论:还没有玻璃体内注射TA的标准剂量。手术医生应该知道过滤后玻璃体内注射TA的剂量将比预期的要少。需要在注射后密切随访:在第1wk监测无菌性眼内炎或假性眼内炎,在第2wk要识别感染性眼内炎,它可能出现在无痛和不充血的眼,但必须立即治疗。继发性高眼压可能在注射后1 ̄2mo发生;一般可用抗青光眼药物控制。Ingrid Kreissig Jost B.Jonas Urs Vossmerbaeumer 王琳 惠延年 2005国际眼科杂志2005,5,5:11

18Coupled hydro-thermo-mechanical modeling of hydraulic fracturing in quasi-brittle rocks using BPM-DEM显示文摘This paper presents an improved understanding of coupled hydro-thermo-mechanical(HTM) hydraulic fracturing of quasi-brittle rock using the bonded particle model(BPM) within the discrete element method(DEM). BPM has been recently extended by the authors to account for coupled convective econductive heat flow and transport, and to enable full hydro-thermal fluidesolid coupled modeling.The application of the work is on enhanced geothermal systems(EGSs), and hydraulic fracturing of hot dry rock(HDR) is studied in terms of the impact of temperature difference between rock and a flowing fracturing fluid. Micro-mechanical investigation of temperature and fracturing fluid effects on hydraulic fracturing damage in rocks is presented. It was found that fracture is shorter with pronounced secondary microcracking along the main fracture for the case when the convectiveeconductive thermal heat exchange is considered. First, the convection heat exchange during low-viscosity fluid infiltration in permeable rock around the wellbore causes significant rock cooling, where a finger-like fluid infiltration was observed. Second, fluid infiltration inhibits pressure rise during pumping and delays fracture initiation and propagation. Additionally, thermal damage occurs in the whole area around the wellbore due to rock cooling and cold fluid infiltration. The size of a damaged area around the wellbore increases with decreasing fluid dynamic viscosity. 19Antioxidant properties of glutamine and its role in VEGF-Akt pathways in portal hypertension gastropathy显示文摘AIM: To investigate the effects of glutamine on oxidative/nitrosative stress and the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)-Akt-endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) signaling pathway in an experimental model of portal hypertension induced by partial portal vein ligation (PPVL). METHODS: Portal hypertension was induced by PPVL. The PPVL model consists of a partial obstruction of the portal vein, performed using a 20 G blunt needle as a guide, which is gently removed after the procedure. PPVL model was performed for 14 d beginning treatment with glutamine on the seventh day. On the fifteenth day, the mesenteric vein pressure was checked and the stomach was removed to test immunoreactivity and oxidative stress markers. We evaluated the expression and the immunoreactivity of proteins involved in the VEGF-Akt-eNOS pathway by Western blotting and immunohistochemical analysis. Oxidative stress was measured by quantification of the cytosolic concentration of thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS) as well as the levels of total glutathione (GSH), superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, nitric oxide (NO) production and nitrotyrosine immunoreactivity. RESULTS: All data are presented as the mean ± SE. The production of TBARS and NO was significantly increased in PPVL animals. A reduction of SOD activity was detected in PPVL + G group. In the immunohistochemical analyses of nitrotyrosine, Akt and eNOS, the PPVL group exhibited significant increases, whereas decreases were observed in the PPVL + G group, but no difference in VEGF was detected between these groups. Western blotting analysis detected increased expression of phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase (PI3K), P-Akt and eNOS in the PPVL group compared with the PPVL + G group, which was not observed for the expression of VEGF when comparing these groups. Glutamine administration markedly alleviated oxidative/nitrosative stress, normalized SOD activity, increased levels of total GSH and blocked NO overproduction as well as the formation of peroxynitrite. 20Protective effect of some vitamins against the toxic action of ethanol on liver regeneration induced by partial hepatectomy in rats显示文摘AIM: To investigate the effects of vitamins (A, C and E) on liver injury induced by ethanol administration during liver regeneration in rats. METHODS: Male Wistar rats subjected to 70% partial hepatectomy were divided into five groups (groups 1-5). During the experiment, animals of Group 1 drank only water. The other four groups (2-5) drank 30 mL of ethanol/L of water. Group 3 additionally received vitamin A, those of group 4 vitamin C and those of group 5 received vitamin E. Subsequently serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), albumin and bilirubin were measured colorimetrically. Lipid peroxidation (thiobarbituric-acid reactive substances, TBARS) both in plasma and liver was measured, as well as liver mass gain assessment and total DNA. RESULTS: Compared with sham group, serum AST and ALT increased significantly under ethanol treatment (43% and 93%, respectively, with P < 0.05). Vitamin C and vitamin E treatment attenuated the ethanol-induced increases in ALT and AST activity. Ethanol treatment also decreased serum albumin concentration compared to sham group (3.1 ± 0.4 g/dL vs 4.5 ± 0.2 g/dL; P < 0.05). During liver regeneration vitamins C and E significantly ameliorated liver injury for ethanol administration in hepatic lipid peroxidation (4.92 nmol/mg and 4.25 nmol/mg vs 14.78 nmol/mg, respectively, with P < 0.05). In association with hepatic injury, ethanol administration caused a significant increase in both hepatic and plasma lipid peroxidation. Vitamins (C and E) treatment attenuated hepatic and plasma lipid peroxidation.
