1含水大陆下地壳的部分熔融:大别山C型埃达克岩成因探讨显示文摘根据大陆下地壳的成分、含水基性岩体系部分熔融的基本原理和实验岩石学资料,本文对大陆下地壳的熔融机制展开了讨论,并在此基础上对比实验熔体与大别山C型埃达克岩的成分,进而探讨约束源岩成分、熔融的温压条件和部分熔融程度。研究结果表明,大陆下地壳总体上是中-基性(SiO250%~60%)和含少量水的,在缺乏流体相条件下伴随含水矿物脱水的部分熔融是下地壳产生含水长英质熔体和无水残留体的主要机制。角闪岩在中等压力下(1.0~1.2GPa,相当于35~40km)理论上能够产生石榴石含量超过~20%的熔融残余,从而使得与之平衡的长英质熔体具有低Y,高Sr/Y和La/Yb比值等埃达克岩特征。基于水活度模型和变质基性岩p-t相图的估算显示,含有40%~60%角闪石的源岩(含水0.8%~1.2%)在~950℃能够得到最大为15%~20%的熔体,该熔体分数满足熔体分离的要求。大别山C型埃达克岩主要为高钾钙碱性系列(K2O3.5%~5%),与实验熔体成分的对比可知,其无法由低钾源岩在合理的部分熔融程度形成。根据钾在角闪岩部分熔融过程过表现为强不相容元素的原理,利用合理假设的残余体组合得到的分配系数,估算K2O含量为~1%的源岩在熔融程度为15%~20%的情况下能够得到类似大别山C型埃达克岩成分的熔体。张超 马昌前 Francois HOLTZ 2012高校地质学报2012,18,1:12

3抑制素主动免疫后波尔山羊的排卵反应显示文摘在不发情季节 ( 6月 ) ,用重组绵羊抑制素α亚单位 (r oIHN α)主动免疫 40只经产波尔山羊 ,每只试验羊的用量为 10 0 μgr oIHN α ,4周后用相同剂量进行强化免疫。每周采取血样 ,用放射免疫法测定血浆中抑制素抗体滴度。试验羊发情后每天配种 1~ 2次至发情结束。每天 1次从发情开始至发情结束后 48h ,用超声波检查卵泡发育和排卵情况。最后 1次配种后 6或 7d用非手术法回收胚胎。免疫 6个月后让试验羊配种、妊娠和产羔。抑制素免疫 1周后抗体滴度开始上升。强化免疫 2周后 ,抗体滴度达到最大值。抑制素抗体滴度与直径大于 4mm的卵泡数 (r=0 70 ,P <0 0 0 1)、排卵数 (r=0 5 5 ,P <0 0 0 1)和获取卵子或胚胎数 (r=0 5 0 ,P <0 0 0 1)存在显著的正相关。而抑制素抗体滴度与排卵率存在明显的负相关 (r =- 0 37,P <0 0 0 1)。抑制素免疫山羊的排卵率为46 %~ 70 %。从 8月至 11月排卵数超过 4枚。 40只母羊抑制素免疫 6个月后 ,第一情期配种 ,有 34( 85 % )只母羊怀孕 ,2 9只正常分娩 ,平均产羔羊 2 2 ( 1~ 4)只。试验结果表明 ,抑制素主动免疫能引起山羊超数排卵。抑制素免疫 6个月后卵巢机能恢复正常 ,母羊仍能正常繁殖。王杏龙 Holtz Wolfgang 2003畜牧兽医学报2003,34,2:4

7Molecular dynamics simulations of surfactant adsorption at oil/water interface under shear flow显示文摘Surfactants are extensively used in many chemical products to improve their stability, appearance, texture, and rheology. Precise control of the emulsion droplet size distribution, which depends on the characteristics of the surfactant used, is important for target-oriented product design. A complete understand! ng of the structures and dynamics of emulsion droplets at the reactor level requires coupling of two mesoscale physical constraints, that at the interfacial level, i.e., smaller than a single droplet (Mesoscale- 1), and that at the device level, i.e., larger than a single droplet (Mesoscale-2). In this work, the structures and adsorption kinetics of Mesoscale-1 surfactant molecules were studied via coarse-grained molecular dynamics. A non-equilibrium model that could introduce stable shear flow into the simulation box was used to investigate the interfacial structures at the droplet interface under different shear rates. The configurations of the surfactant molecules and adsorption amounts were compared with those obtained without flow. The adsorption kinetics for different shear rates were compared to determine the effects of hydrodynamic interactions. The dominant mechanisms governing the dynamic structures can thus be summarized as maximization of the adsorption density at the interface and minimization of flow resistance in the bulk phase (water and/or oil molecules). A scheme for coupling between Mesoscale-1 and Mesoscale-2 is proposed.
