| 1 | 利用PRECIS分析SRES B2情景下中国区域的气候变化响应显示文摘利用Hadley气候预测与研究中心的区域气候模式系统PRECIS单向嵌套该中心全球海.气耦合气候模式HadCM3高分辨率的大气部分HadAM3P,分析PRECIS对中国区域当代气候的模拟能力和SRESB2情景下2071-2100时段(2080s)相对于气候基准时段(1961~1990年)中国区域的气候变化响应.气候基准时段的模拟结果与观测资料的对比分析表明:PRECIS能够很好地模拟中国区域地面气温的局地分布特征;总体上讲,PRECIS对中国北方地区降水的模拟效果优于南方地区,模拟的冬季降水型态分布较好,而夏季降水对地形比较敏感,东南沿海地区降水的模拟值偏低.对SRESB2情景下相对于气候基准时段的气候变化响应分析表明:2080s中国北方地区增温幅度明显大于南方,西北和东北地区尤为显著,其夏季平均气温增幅可达50℃以上;中国大部分地区降水量呈增加趋势;冬季华南地区降水量明显减少;夏季东北和华北地区气温增幅大而降水量减少明显,而长江以南地区降水量显著增加. | 许吟隆 张勇 林一骅 林而达 林万涛 董文杰 Richard Jones David Hassell Simon Wilson | 2006 | 科学通报2006，51，17： | 86 |
| 2 | Analyses on the climate change responses over China under SRES B2 scenario using PRECIS显示文摘The PRECIS,a regional climate model system developed at the UK Met Office Hadley Cen- tre for Climate Prediction and Research,which is nested in one-way mode within the HadAM3P,a higher-resolution version of the atmospheric com- ponent of the Hadley Centre climate model HadCM3,is employed to simulate the baseline (1961—1990) climate for evaluation of model’s capacity of simu- lating present climate and analyze the future climate change responses in the time-slice of 2071—2100 (2080s) under SRES B2 scenario over China relative to baseline average. It is indicated from the com- parison of the simulated baseline climate with in situ observation that PRECIS can simulate the local dis- tribution characteristics of surface air temperature over China quite well; generally speaking,the simu- lation for precipitation in the north of China and in winter is better than in the south of China and in summer,respectively; the simulation of precipitation in summer is sensitive to topography,and the simu- lated precipitation values are lower than observations over southeast coastal areas. It is shown from the analyses on the simulated climate change responses in 2080s under SRES B2 scenario relative to base- line that there would be an obvious surface air tem- perature increase in the north of China relative to that in the south of China,and especially in Northwest China and Northeast China,the amplitude ofsummer mean surface air temperature increments could reach 5℃; there would be an overall increase of the simulated precipitation in 2080s under SRES B2 scenario over most areas of China,while there would be significant precipitation decreases in South China in winter; there would be obvious precipitation decreases in Northeast China and North China in summer with high surface air temperature increase. | 3 | 东亚-澳大利西亚候鸟迁飞区中杓鹬的迁徙追踪显示文摘追踪候鸟的迁徙活动是全面认识其生活史年周期的重要途径。中杓鹬(Numenius phaeopus)在全球广泛分布,但在东亚-澳大利西亚候鸟迁飞区的迁徙活动一直缺乏追踪研究。2018年2月,在澳大利亚西北部的布鲁姆为捕捉到的中杓鹬成鸟佩戴平台发射终端或全球定位系统-全球移动通讯系统追踪器,以确定其迁徙日程、迁徙路线以及迁徙停歇地和繁殖地的地理位置。我们从成功追踪的7只个体获取了6378条精度高于1 km的位点数据。分析结果表明,在春季,中杓鹬的迁徙时长为(36±4)d,其间在1~3个迁徙停歇地的停留日期为(23±2)d,从越冬地到繁殖地的迁徙距离为(9795±346)km(n=7)。追踪的中杓鹬在俄罗斯东部和中部区域繁殖,不同个体的繁殖地纬度相近而经度范围较广。在秋季,中杓鹬的迁徙时长为(90±27)d,相比春季迁徙时长更长;其间,在2~4个迁徙停歇地停留(79±29)d,从繁殖地到越冬地的迁徙距离为(10101±520)km(n=5)。无论在春季还是秋季迁徙,迁徙停歇地广泛分布于东亚、东南亚沿海及内陆区域。大部分个体春季和秋季的迁徙路线相近,成功追踪的个体均在秋季返回了上一年的越冬地,这表明中杓鹬对越冬地具有很高的忠诚度。 | 曹文华 柯娩娟 邝粉良 梁嘉善 HASSELL Chris MAGLIO Grace MINTON Clive 李永涛 马志军 | 2019 | 动物学杂志2019，54，6： | 3 |
| 4 | Stability of fruit quality traits in diverse watermelon cultivars tested in multiple environments显示文摘Lycopene is a naturally occurring red carotenoid compound that is found in watermelon.Lycopene has antioxidant properties.Lycopene content,sugar content and hollowheart resistance are subject to significant genotype×environment interaction(G×E),which makes breeding for these fruit quality traits difficult.The objectives of this study were to(i)evaluate the influence of years and locations on lycopene content,sugar content and hollowheart resistance for a set of watermelon genotypes,and(ii)identify genotypes with high stability for lycopene,sugar,and hollowheart resistance.A diverse set of 40 genotypes was tested over 3 years and 8 locations across the southern United States in replicated,multi-harvest trials.Lycopene was tested in a subset of 10 genotypes.Data were analyzed using univariate and multivariate stability statistics(BLUP-GGE biplot)using SASGxE and RGxE programs.There were strong effects of environment as well as G×E interaction on watermelon quality traits.On the basis of stability measures,genotypes were classified as stable or unstable for each quality trait.'Crimson Sweet'is an inbred line with high quality trait performance as well as trait stability.'Stone Mountain','Tom Watson','Crimson Sweet'and'Minilee'were among the best genotypes for lycopene content,sugar content and hollowheart resistance.We developed a stability chart based on marketable yield and average ranking generated from different stability measures for yield attributes and quality traits.The chart will assist in choosing parents for improvement of watermelon cultivars.See http://gffzz783b6e01a04243c3hufuwc5pwwqf06pw9.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/cucurbit/wmelon/wmelonmain.html. | Mahendra Dia Todd C Wehner Penelope Perkins-Veazie Richard Hassell Daniel S Price George E Boyhan Stephen M Olson Stephen R King Angela R Davis Gregory E Tolla Jerome Bernier Benito Juarez | 2016 | Horticulture Research2016，3，1： | 2 |
