| 1 | 青稞酒发酵过程中生物胺动态变化显示文摘对青稞酒发酵过程中生物胺的动态变化规律进行研究。利用氨基酸自动分析液相色谱法测定青稞酒不同发酵阶段中7种生物胺的含量,来评价发酵环境以及控制合理发酵过程和发酵终产物的质量。结果表明:青稞原料中不含组胺,但是青稞酒醅及成品青稞酒中都含有组胺。传统发酵和多菌种发酵两种发酵方式青稞酒的生物胺含量变化规律是:腐胺及胍丁胺的含量变化随着发酵的进行呈下降趋势;组胺及酪胺的含量随发酵进程逐渐上升,尤其是酪胺,上升趋势明显,多菌种发酵由2.98μg/g上升至5.36μg/g,传统发酵由5.97μg/g上升至11.67μg/g。其余各种生物胺含量变化不明显,发酵过程的生物胺总量变化也不显著。本实验检测的青稞酒醅中的生物胺总量范围在53.44~72.56μg/g,不存在生物胺安全问题。 | 杜木英 陈宗道 阚建全 Judit BECZNER Agnes BARATH Anna HALASZ | 2012 | 食品科学2012，33，3： | 19 |
| 2 | Advances in the treatment of cervical rheumatoid: Less surgery and less morbidity显示文摘Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic systemic inflammatory disease that often affects the cervical spine.While it was initially thought that cervical involvement was innocuous,natural history studies have substantiated the progressive nature of untreated disease.Over the past 50 years,there has been further elucidation in the pathophysiology of the disease,as well as significant advancements in medical and surgical therapy.The introduction of disease modifying drugs and biologic agents has reduced the amount of patients with advanced stages of the disease needing surgery.Advancement in instrumentation techniques has improved patient outcomes and fusion rates.The introduction of endoscopic approaches for ventral decompression may further lower surgical morbidity.In this review,we give a brief overview of the pertinent positives of the disease.A discussion of historical techniques and the evolution of surgical therapy into the modern era is provided.With improved medical therapies and lessinvasive approaches,we will likely continue to see less advanced cases of disease and less surgical morbidity.Nonetheless,a thorough understanding of the disease is crucial,as its systemic involvement and need for continued medical therapy have tremendous impact on overall complications and outcomes even in patients being seen for standard degenerative disease with comorbid rheumatoid. | Grant W Mallory Sasha R Halasz Michelle J Clarke | 2014 | World Journal of Orthopedics2014，5，3： | 5 |
| 3 | Immunological changes in different patient populations with chronic hepatitis C virus infection显示文摘AIM: To investigate killer inhibitory and activating receptor expression by natural killer(NK), natural killer T-like(NKT-like) and CD8+ T lymphocytes in patients with chronic hepatitis C virus(HCV) infection with elevated and with persistently normal alanine aminotransferase(PNALT).METHODS: The percentage of peripheral blood Treg cells, KIR2DL3, ILT-2, KIR3DL1, CD160, NKG2 D, NKG2 C expressing NK, T and NKT-like cells, cytokine production and NK cytotoxicity were determined by flow cytometry. Twenty-one patients with chronic HCV infection with elevated alanine aminotransferase, 11 HCV carriers with persistently normal alanine aminotransferase and 15 healthy volunteers were enrolled. RESULTS: No significant differences were observed in the percentage of total T, NK or NKT-like cells between study groups. Comparing the activating and inhibitoryreceptor expression by NK cells obtained from HCV carriers with PNALT and chronic HCV hepatitis patients with elevated alanine aminotransferase, NKG2 D activating receptor expression was the only receptor showing a significant difference. NKG2 D expression of NK cells was significantly lower in patients with elevated alanine aminotransferase. The expression of CD160, NKG2 D and NKG2 C activating receptor by CD8+ T cells were significantly lower in patients with chronic HCV hepatitis than in healthy controls and in HCV carriers with PNALT. Plasma TGF-β1 levels inversely correlated with NKG2 D expression by NK cells. In vitro TGF-β1 treatment inhibited NK cells cytotoxic activity and downregulated NKG2 D expression. CD8+ T cells from HCV carriers with PNALT showed significantly elevated expression of CD160, NKG2 D and NKG2 C activating receptors compared to chronic HCV patients with elevated alanine aminotransferase. Enhanced expression of inhibitory KIR2DL3 receptor, and decreased ILT-2 expression on NK cells were also found in chronic hepatitis C patients compared to healthy controls.CONCLUSION: Our study demonstrated a complex dysregulation of activating and inhibitory receptor expression, such as decreased NKG2 D and CD160 activating receptor expression and increased KIR2DL3 inhibitory receptor expression by NK and cytotoxic T cells and may provide further mechanism contributing to defective cellular immune functions in chronic hepatitis C. | 5 | Mucocele of the appendix: An unusual cause of lower abdominal pain in a patient with ulcerative colitis-. A case report and review of literature显示文摘The authors report the case of a 60-year-old male patient.In November 2001 he developed intestinal symptoms of bloody diarrhea and abdominal pain. Colononoscopy and biopsy established the diagnosis of ulcerative colitis (proctosigmoiditis). The disease activity was moderate at the beginning.No significant laboratory alterations were found (including CEA, CA19-9),and mesalazine was started orally.He was in remission until November 2003, when he was admitted to our Outpatient Clinic for upper and right lower abdominal pain and bloody diarrhea. Colonoscopy found proctosigmoiditis with a moderate activity, gastroscopy revealed chronic gastritis,laboratory data was normal. Treatment was amended with mesalazine clysma and methylprednisolone (16 mg) orally. Symptoms ameliorated;however, right lower abdominal pain persisted. US and CT examination demonstrated a pericecal cystic mass (11 cmx3.5 cm). At first pericecal abscess was suspected, as the previous US examination (6 mo earlier) had revealed normal findings. Fine needle aspiration was performed. Cytology confirmed the diagnosis of mucocele.The patient underwent partial cecum resection and extirpation of the mucocele. He recovered well and the final histology revealed a cystadenoma of the appendix. Follow up was started.
