| 1 | 舒芬太尼与芬太尼复合异丙酚静脉麻醉的比较显示文摘目的:比较舒芬太尼与芬太尼复合异丙酚静脉麻醉时的作用。方法:选择40例ASA Ⅰ~Ⅱ级腹部手术病人。随机分为舒芬太尼-异丙酚静脉复合麻醉组(Suf组)和芬太尼-异丙酚静脉复合麻醉组(F组)。分别观察围术期血液动力学及血浆肾上腺素(E)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)水乎的变化以及苏醒时间。结果:Suf组除了在诱导2分钟时SP、DP、HR、RPP较诱导前明显下降(P<0.01),其它各测定时点无显著性差异(P>0.05);F组在诱导后2分钟,上述指标亦明显下降(P<0.01),而插管后1分钟较诱导前升高的幅度明显大于Suf组。F组RPP各测量点与Suf组相比明显升高(P<0.01);血浆儿茶酚胺浓度的升高,F组较Suf组明显。苏醒时间Suf组较F组明显缩短(P<0.01)。结论:等效剂量的Suf组较F组对血液动力学的影响更小,应激反应更轻,苏醒更快。 | 田玉科 Erhard Hartung | 1998 | 中华麻醉学杂志1998，18，10： | 68 |

| 8 | Aerial pollutants on a pig farm in peri-urban Beijing,China显示文摘The study was carried out to evaluate the airborne gases and suspended particulate matter concentrations in the pig barns of a commercial pig farm situated in the peri-urban area of Beijing,China.The measurements followed the natural pig life-stages namely:gestation,farrowing,weaning,and fattening.In order to accomplish these objectives,three different measurement devices were employed:(i)color diffusion tubes,(ii)a portable gas measuring device,and(iii)a dust measuring instrument.Due to the rotation of the devices in the different sampling places,the measurements were performed at different time periods during the months of the summer and winter season in Beijing.The pig farm had a capacity of 15000 pigs per year and the manurial system was identified as“gan qing fen”or dry cleaning of the manure.The main by-products generated by the farm were irrigation water and small-scale biogas production.High dust concentrations were identified in the pig barns,especially during the feeding and manure cleaning events inside the farrowing and weaning barns with slatted floors.Inhalable dust ranged from 0 mg/m3 to 12.45 mg/m3,while the allowable dust ranged from 0 mg/m3 to 9.62 mg/m3.Ammonia concentration ranged from 0 ppm to 20 ppm(1 ppm=1 cm3/m3),and the carbon dioxide concentration ranged from 300 ppm to 8000 ppm.The highest ammonia concentration was recorded in the fattening barn during the summer season,while the highest carbon dioxide concentration was reported in the weaning barn during the summer season.The results of this study were similar to the results of studies performed on pig farms under natural and mechanical ventilation systems.On the other hand,the problems encountered during the gas measurements on the pig farm were directly related to the inadequate housing layout due to the obstruction of windows,fans and air channels for indoor ventilation,and thus the measurement devices faced harsh working conditions.Therefore,it is recommended that the housing system should be improved with repaired windows and curtains especially for the winter season;similarly,the repair of the fans should be attempted in order to improve the ventilation,especially in the gestation barns. | Roxana Mendoza Huaitalla Eva Gallmann Liu Xuejun Eberhard Hartung | 2013 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2013，6，1： | 2 |

| 11 | Resonance-enhanced multi-octave supercontinuum generation in antiresonant hollow-core fibers显示文摘Ultrafast supercontinuum generation in gas-filled waveguides is an enabling technology for many intriguing applications ranging from attosecond metrology towards biophotonics,with the amount of spectral broadening crucially depending on the pulse dispersion of the propagating mode.In this study,we show that structural resonances in a gas-filled antiresonant hollow core optical fiber provide an additional degree of freedom in dispersion engineering,which enables the generation of more than three octaves of broadband light that ranges from deep UV wavelengths to near infrared.Our observation relies on the introduction of a geometric-induced resonance in the spectral vicinity of the ultrafast pump laser,outperforming gas dispersion and yielding a unique dispersion profile independent of core size,which is highly relevant for scaling input powers.Using a krypton-filled fiber,we observe spectral broadening from 200 nm to 1.7μm at an output energy of B 23μJ within a single optical mode across the entire spectral bandwidth.Simulations show that the frequency generation results from an accelerated fission process of solitonlike waveforms in a non-adiabatic dispersion regime associated with the emission of multiple phase-matched Cherenkov radiations on both sides of the resonance.This effect,along with the dispersion tuning and scaling capabilities of the fiber geometry,enables coherent ultra-broadband and high-energy sources,which range from the UV to the mid‐infrared spectral range. | Rudrakant Sollapur Daniil Kartashov Michael Zürch Andreas Hoffmann Teodora Grigorova Gregor Sauer Alexander Hartung Anka Schwuchow Joerg Bierlich Jens Kobelke Mario Chemnitz Markus A Schmidt Christian Spielmann | 2017 | Light(Science & Applications)2017，6，1： | 2 |
