1银杏内酯类合成物F抗血小板激活因子和组织胺的实验研究显示文摘目的:研究银杏内酯类合成物F(简称药物F)同时拮抗组织胺(HA)和血小板激活因子(PAF)的作用。方法:测定离休豚鼠肺组织的收缩率以及用药物F后的致敏豚鼠肺功能的变化。结果:(1)加入药物F后离体豚鼠的气管条和肺条对HA的收缩率分别由(50.97±16.00)%和(54.2±12.17)%降至(21.69±3.85)%和(22.97±17.78)%(P<0.05);(2)药物F保护后,离体豚鼠肺条对PAF的相对收缩率由(89.49±16.00)%降至(46.21±14.23)%(P<0.05);(3)药物F保护的豚鼠致敏后,其肺功能较对照组有改善趋势。结论:药物F能同时拮抗离体豚鼠肺组织对HA和PAF的收缩反应,并有改善致敏豚鼠肺功能的趋势,可望用于支气管哮喘的治疗。倪健 董竞成 吴淦桐 Godfroid JJ Heymans F 李明华 2000中国中西医结合杂志2000,20,5:16
2A review of tuberculosis at the wildlife-livestock-human interface in Zambia显示文摘Zambia’s estimated incidence of all forms of human tuberculosis(TB)is 707/100,000.High prevalence of bovine tuberculosis(BTB)-infection with Mycobacterium bovis-in cattle and the Kafue lechwe antelopes(Kobus leche Kafuensis)has been reported in the Kafue basin.Consumption of unpasteurised milk and meat products from infected animals poses a risk of transmitting zoonotic tuberculosis to people living at the human-animal interface.Despite the reported high prevalence of BTB in both livestock and wildlife,information on the proportion of human patients infected with M.bovis is unknown in Zambia.This paper reviews the available information in English on human,livestock and wildlife TB in Zambia with the purpose of assessing the burden of animal infections with M.tuberculosis complex and its public health implications.Sydney Malama John Bwalya Muma Jacques Godfroid 2013Infectious Diseases of Poverty2013,2,1:3
