| 1 | 湖南与洛杉矶华人中神经衰弱患者疾病解释和求助行为的比较显示文摘为了比较东、西方社会文化对患者的疾病解释和求助行为的影响,作者对湖南省与洛杉矶华人中的神经衰弱患者进行了跨文化的研究,结果发现:(1)洛杉肌组的患者年龄较大、文化程度较高,而且信仰宗教、离婚或寡居、无业、家庭收入低于平均水平、病前遭遇生活事件、以及具有神经症人格倾向者多于湖南组,能从家庭和医务人员中获得社会支持者却少于湖南组。(2)两组自觉病因相似,洛杉矶组有更多的人求助于亲朋好友、中医及宗教或迷信,经济因素影响择医取向。作者认为,求助行为主要受到客观现实处境的制约而不是主观疾病概念的影响。 | 张亚林 林克明 郑延平 李凌江 杨德森 Freda Cheng | 1996 | 中国行为医学科学1996，5，2： | 5 |
