1Research progress on silicon/carbon composite anode materials for lithium-ion battery显示文摘Silicon(Si) has been considered as one of the most promising anode material for the next generation lithium-ion batteries(LIBs) with high energy densities, due to its high theoretical capacity, abundant availability and environmental friendliness. However, silicon materials with low intrinsic electric and ionic conductivity suffer from huge volume variation during lithiation/delithiation processes leading to the pulverization of Si and subsequently resulting in severe capacity fading of the electrodes. Coupling of Si with carbon(C) realizes a favorable combination of the two materials properties, such as high lithiation capacity of Si and excellent mechanical and conductive properties of C, making silicon/carbon composite(Si/C) ideal candidates for LIBs anodes. In this review, recent progresses of Si/C materials utilized in LIBs are summarized in terms of structural design principles, material synthesis methods, morphological characteristics and electrochemical performances by highlighting the material structures. The mechanisms behind the performance enhancement are also discussed. Moreover, other factors that affect the performance of Si/C anodes, such as prelithiation, electrolyte additives, and binders, are also discussed. 2Promotion of spinosad biosynthesis by chromosomal integration of the Vitreoscilla hemoglobin gene in Saccharopolyspora spinosa显示文摘To promote spinosad biosynthesis by improving the limited oxygen supply during high-density fermentation of Saccharopolyspora spinosa, the open reading frame of the Vitreoscilla hemoglobin gene was placed under the control of the promoter for the erythromycin resistance gene by splicing using overlapping extension PCR. This was cloned into the integrating vector pSET152, yielding the Vitreoscilla hemoglobin gene expression plasmid pSET152EVHB. This was then introduced into S. spinosa SP06081 by conjugal transfer, and integrated into the chromosome by site-specific recombination at the integration site ΦC31 on pSET152EVHB. The resultant conjugant, S. spinosa S078-1101, was genetically stable. The integration was further confirmed by PCR and Southern blotting analysis. A carbon monoxide differential spectrum assay showed that active Vitreoscilla hemoglobin was successfully expressed in S. spinosa S078-1101. Fermentation results revealed that expression of the Vitreoscilla hemoglobin gene significantly promoted spinosad biosynthesis under normal oxygen and moderately oxygen-limiting conditions (P<0.01). 3Resistance reduction by bionic coupling of the earthworm lubrication function显示文摘Based on the biological coupling theory, the resistance reduction characteristic of the surface morphology and surface wettability of the earthworm were studied in this paper. The parameters of surface dorsal pore and corrugation were extracted. According to these parameters, the lubrication mechanism of the earthworm surface was analyzed. The distribution of the pores and surface morphology were designed and the bionic coupling samples were prepared. The positive pressure, lubricant flow rate and advancing velocity were selected as the experiment factors while the soil friction resistance as observed object. According to the obtained data of bionic coupling samples from the testing system of biologic signal for tiny soil adhesion test, the optimal samples from the bionic coupling resistance reduction tests were selected through the range analysis. Compared to the normal ones, the soil resistance of bionic coupling samples was reduced by 76.8%. 4Microstructural evolution and FCC twinning behavior during hot deformation of high temperature titanium alloy Ti65显示文摘Although the development of titanium alloys with working temperatures above 600?C faces enormous difficulties and challenges,the related research has not stopped.In the present work,detailed analyses on microstructure evolution and hot deformation behavior of a new temperature resistant 650?C titanium alloy Ti65 were investigated from micrometer scale to nanometer scale.The results revealed that lamellarαgrains gradually fragmentized and spheroidized during theα+βphase region compression and the orientation of the c-axis ofαgrains gradually aligned to radial directions,forming two high Schmid factors(SFs)value texture eventually with the increase of strain to 0.7.Moreover,there were some strengthening characters in theα+βphase region such as lenticularαsand nano silicide(TiZr)6 Si3.In theβphase region,fine equiaxed dynamic recrystallized(DRX)βgrains were formed.Besides,the variant selection ofαm′artensite followed Burgers orientation relationship during the compression process.The main deformation mechanisms of theα+βphase region were dislocation slip and orientation dependent spheroidization.Whereas,the deformation process in theβphase region was controlled byβgrain DRX.Interestingly,many nano scale FCC twins were generated at the interface ofαl′ath during deforming in theβphase region,which was firstly observed in Ti65 alloy.Zhixin Zhang Jiangkun Fan Bin Tang Hongchao Kou Jian Wang Xin Wang Shiying Wang Qingjiang Wang Zhiyong Chen Jinshan Li 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,47,14:10

6Orientation dependent behavior of tensile-creep deformation of hot rolled Ti65 titanium alloy sheet显示文摘The mill products like sheet always have one or more severe textures inevitably,and its effect on mechanical properties is not a negligible issue.The orientation dependent tensile-creep behavior induced by rolling texture of Ti65 titanium alloy sheet has been systematically investigated at 650℃.There are some anisotropic characteristics between TD and RD of Ti65 sheet.The UTS and TYS of TD are higher than RD at 650℃.Besides,the creep endurance time of TD(172.6–174.5 h)is about three times longer than RD(55.6–65.1 h)at 650℃and 240 MPa.Moreover,the grains are inclined to form Texture III■after creep along with TD,but to form Texture I■after creep along with RD.Finally,the crack initiation site is different during creep in TD and RD.The reason for anisotropic properties of tensile and creep has been summarized in two aspects:(i)the change of the SFs(Schmid factors)value between TD and RD;(ii)the difference of creep mechanism between TD(grain boundary sliding)and RD(dislocation slip).Anisotropy of Ti65 sheet should be fully considered to increase structural efficiency in the engineering design and application.Zhixin Zhang Jiangkun Fan Ruifeng Li Hongchao Kou Zhiyong Chen Qingjiang Wang Hailong Zhang Jian Wang Qi Gao Jinshan Li 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,16:7
7ω-Assisted refinement of α phase and its effect on the tensile properties of a near β titanium alloy显示文摘In this work, the phase transformation sequence during the continuous heating process(3℃/min) was investigated in a near β titanium alloy. The results show that the staring formation of ω phase is about267℃, and the ending precipitation temperature about 386℃ during the heating process. When the heating temperature is greater than 485℃, there are no ω phase detected within the β matrix. Combined with the microstructural characterization, it is found that ω phase facilitates the nucleation of αphase nearby the ω/β interface and has a great effect on the refinement for α phase. As compared with the specimens directly aged, the specimens with ω-assisted refinement of α phase possess high tensile strength, but there is no yield stage detected on their stress-strain curve. 8Sirolimus as primary immunosuppressant for calcineurin inhibitor-related renal insufficiency after liver transplantation显示文摘BACKGROUND:Calcineurin inhibitor-related renal toxicity affects patient and graft survival in transplant recipients. This study aimed to determine whether sirolimus is effective and safe in treating renal insufficiency related to tacrolimus after liver transplantation. METHODS:Tacrolimus for primary immunosuppression was used in 16 patients after liver transplantation. Patients with a creatinine level higher than 132.6 μmol/L were eligible for conversion to sirolimus. Simultaneously,the dose of tacrolimus was decreased to half. Blood urea nitrogen,creatinine,tacrolimus level,liver function and rejection episodes were monitored dynamically. RESULTS:All patients showed improvement of renal function after conversion to sirolimus. Blood creatinine level was reduced from 146.8±92.4 to 105.3±71.3 μmol/L(P<0.05). One patient had an acute rejection episode that was successfully treated with pulsed corticosteroids and low-dose tacrolimus. The side-effects of sirolimus included hyperlipidemia(4 patients) and leukocytopenia(2). 9Hierarchical porous cellulose/lanthanide hybrid materials as luminescent sensor显示文摘Photoluminescent hybrid materials containing carboxymethyl cellulose and lanthanide ions(Eu3+, Tb3+)were prepared by a facile method under ambient conditions. Lanthanide ions were covalently grafted to the cellulose framework through coordination with the carboxylic groups of the cellulose. Hybrid materials were fabricated as hydrogel and aerogel. As shown by SEM and pore parameters, aerogel materials which were obtained by supercritical CO_2 drying show hierarchical porous structure. The photoluminescence spectrum of the hybrid materials shows the characteristic red emission of Eu3+ ion and green emission of Tb^(3+). 10Dependence of mechanical properties on the microstructure characteristics of a near β titanium alloy Ti-7333显示文摘In this work, the microstructure and the corresponding tensile properties of the rolled Ti-7Mo-3Nb-3Cr-3Al(Ti-7333) alloy before and after the thermal treatments were investigated. The results show that a strong α-fiber texture is developed in the rolled Ti-7333 alloy. The deformed matrix and the texture significantly induce the variant selection of β phase. The high strength of the rolled Ti-7333 alloy is attributed to the <110> texture parallel to the tensile direction and the dispersed α phase within the matrix. After the solution treatment followed by the aging treatment, the texture decreases and the microstructure consists of the equiaxed β grains, the spheroidal α_p phase and various needle-like α variants. Eventually, the alloy could achieve an optimal combination with the strength of about 1450 MPa,the ductility of about 10.5% and a considerable shear strength of about 775 MPa. This balance can be ascribed to the performance of the spheroidal α_p phase and various needle-like α_s variants. 11DID Code:A Bridge Connecting the Materials Genome Engineering Database w让h Inheritable Integrated Intelligent Manufacturing显示文摘A data identifier(DID)is an essential tag or label in all kinds of databases—particularly those related to integrated computational materials engineering(ICME),inheritable integrated intelligent manufacturing(I3M),and the Industrial Internet ofThings.With the guidance and quick acceleration of the developme nt of advanced materials,as envisioned by official documents worldwide,more investigations are required to construct relative numerical standards for material informatics.This work proposes a universal DID format consisting of a set of build chains,which aligns with the classical form of identifier in both international and national standards,such as ISO/IEC 29168-1:2000,GB/T 27766-2011,GA/T 543.2-2011,GM/T 0006-2012,GJB 7365-2011,SL 325-2014,SL 607-201&WS 363.2-2011,and QX/T 39-2005.Each build chain is made up of capital letters and numbers,with no symbols.Moreover,the total length of each build chain is not restricted,which follows the formation of the Universal Coded Character Set in the international standard of ISO/IEC 10646.Based on these rules,the proposed DID is flexible and convenient for extendi ng and sharing in and between various cloud-based platforms.Accordingly,classical two-dimensional(2D)codes,including the Hanxin Code,Lots Perception Matrix(LP)Code,Quick Response(Q.R)code,Grid Matrix(GM)code,and Data Matrix(DM)Code,can be constructed and precisely recognized and/or decoded by either smart phones or specific machines.By utilizing these 2D codes as the fingerprints of a set of data linked with cloud-based platforms,progress and updates in the composition-processing-structure-property-performance workflow process can be tracked spontaneously,paving a path to accelerate the discovery and manufacture of advanced materials and enhance research productivity,performance,and collaboration.William Yi Wang Peixuan Li Deye Lin Bin Tang Jun Wang Quanmei Guan Qian Ye Haixing Dai Jun Gao Xiaoli Fan Hongchao Kou Haifeng Song Feng Zhou Jijun Ma Zi-Kui Liu Jinshan Li Weimin Liu 2020Engineering2020,6,6:4
12Increase of peripheral Th17 lymphocytes during acute cellular rejection in liver transplant recipients显示文摘BACKGROUND: Although many human inflammatory and autoimmune diseases were previously considered to be mediated by T helper type 1 (Th1) cells, the recently described Th17 cells play dominant roles in several of these diseases. We and others speculated that allograft rejection after organ transplantation may also involve Th17 cells. Episodes of acute rejection occur in 30% of liver transplants. This study aimed to determine the frequency of circulating Th17 cells in patients who had received liver transplants for benign end-stage liver disease and to identify any association between acute rejection episodes and levels of Th17 cells in the peripheral blood. METHODS: A prospective study compared Th17 cells from 76 consecutive benign end-stage liver disease patients who had undergone orthotopic liver transplantation from 2007 to 2011 with those from 20 age-matched healthy individuals. Peripheral blood samples were collected at different time points within one year after transplant. Blood samples and liver biopsies were also collected at the diagnosis of acute rejection. Percentages of circulating CD4+ IL-17+ cells were measured by flow cytometry The transplant patients were classified into two groups: a rejection group consisting of 17 patients who had an episode of acute rejection, and a non-rejection group comprising the remaining 59 patients with no acute rejection episodes Percentages of circulating Th17 cells were compared between the two groups and controls. RESULTS: The levels of circulating CD4+ IL-17+ T cells in the rejection group were higher during acute rejection than those in the non-rejection group (2.56±0.43% versus 1.79±0.44% P<0.001). 15New insight into deformation inducedαvariant selection in a metastableβtitanium alloy during isothermal compression at 600℃显示文摘Variant selection during phase transformation creates a specific transformation texture and finally affects the mechanical properties of the alloys.The transformation lattice deformation associated selection mechanism has not been well addressed.In the present work,the a variant selection in a Ti-7 Mo-3 Nb-3 Cr-3 Al alloy under isothermal compression at low temperature was investigated.The results show that the selection of the a variants is strongly affected by the imposed strain and the load with the dependence on the effective strain distribution induced by macroscopic shape deformation.In the center region of the compressed sample,4 Burgers orientation relationship(BOR)variants orienting in four different directions and forming two sets of’cross-shaped’clusters were selected.Such variants consumed the maximum strain contribution to the macroscopic compression.In the edge region of the compressed sample,only 2 BOR variants with 90°/or 10°/<0001>disorientation relationship were selected.The selection criterion was still obeyed by the variants but with restriction from the local effective strain distribution induced by macroscopic shape deformation.The present work provides the clear information on the interweaving of the imposed compression with the internal lattice deformation and its impact on theβtoαtransformation variant selection.Ke Hua Fan Zhang Hongchao Kou Qiong Wan Yongliang Zhang Weimin Gan Jinshan Li 2021Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2021,31,3:2
16Ruscogenin attenuates particulate matter-induced acute lung injury in mice via protecting pulmonary endothelial barrier and inhibiting TLR4 signaling pathway显示文摘The inhalation of particulate matter(PM)is closely related to respiratory damage,including acute lung injury(ALI),characterized by inflammatory fluid edema and disturbed alveolar-capillary permeability.Ruscogenin(RUS),the main active ingredient in the traditional Chinese medicine Ophiopogonis japonicus,has been found to exhibit anti-inflammatory activity and rescue LPS-induced ALI.In this study,we investigated whether and how RUS exerted therapeutic effects on PM-induced ALI.RUS(0.1,0.3,1 mg·kg^(−1)·d^(−1))was orally administered to mice prior to or after intratracheal instillation of PM suspension(50 mg/kg).We showed that RUS administration either prior to or after PM challenge significantly attenuated PM-induced pathological injury,lung edema,vascular leakage and VE-cadherin expression in lung tissue.RUS administration significantly decreased the levels of cytokines IL-6 and IL-1β,as well as the levels of NO and MPO in both bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)and serum.RUS administration dose-dependently suppressed the phosphorylation of NF-κB p65 and the expression of TLR4 and MyD88 in lung tissue.Furthermore,TLR4 knockout partly diminished PM-induced lung injury,and abolished the protective effects of RUS in PM-instilled mice.In conclusion,RUS effectively alleviates PM-induced ALI probably by inhibition of vascular leakage and TLR4/MyD88 signaling.TLR4 might be crucial for PM to initiate pulmonary lesion and for RUS to exert efficacy against PM-induced lung injury.Yu-wei Wang Yun-hao Wu Jia-zhi Zhang Jia-hui Tang Rui-ping Fan Fang Li Bo-yang Yu Jun-ping Kou Yuan-yuan Zhang 2021Acta Pharmacologica Sinica2021,42,5:2
