| 1 | Polyimide-silver nanocomposite containing phosphine oxide moieties in the main chain:Synthesis and properties显示文摘New flame-retardant polyimide-silver nanocomposite containing phosphine oxide moiety in the main chain was synthesized by a convenient ultraviolet irradiation technique.A precursor such as AgNO_3 was used as the source of the silver particles.Polyimide 6 as a source of polymer was synthesized by polycondensation reaction of bis(3-aminophenyl) phenyl phosphine oxide 4 with pyromellitic anhydride 5 in the presence of iso-quinoline as base and in m-cresol solution.The resulting composite film was characterized by FTIR spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),thermogravimetry(TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The average size of the nanometer Ag particles is about 10 nm.The temperature of 5 and 10%weight loss and also the char yield at 600℃of polyimide-silver nanocomposite 6a were higher than the pure PI 6. | Khalil Faghihi Mohsen Hajibeygi Meisam Shabanian | 2010 | Chinese Chemical Letters2010,21,11: | 5 |
| 2 | Ag/TiO_2/freeze-dried graphene nanocomposite as a high performance photocatalyst under visible light irradiation显示文摘Ag/TiO_2/freeze-dried graphene nanocomposites have been prepared via a facile one-step solvothermal method for the photocatalytic degradation of Rh B under visible light irradiation. During the solvothermal process, reduction of graphene oxide and loading of Ag/TiO_2 nanoparticles on graphene sheets were achieved. Investigation of chemical state of products showed that covering of Ag/TiO_2 surface with higher weight ratio of graphene resulting in that Ag metals in Ag/TiO_2 were oxidized to Ag2 O in nanocomposite structure after solvothermal process. Degree of photocatalytic activity enhancement strongly depends on the coverage of Ag/TiO_2 surface by porous graphene. The sample of 1 wt% porous graphene hybridized Ag/TiO_2 showed the highest photocatalytic activity, which is related to high migration efficiency of photoinduced of electrons and reduction of electron–hole recombination rate due to high electrical conductivity of graphene. Expanding of absorption to visible light region was ascribed to surface plasmon resonance effect of Ag metals and presence of graphene. | 3 | Investigation of ex-vessel core catcher for SBO accident in VVER-1000/V528 containment using MELCOR code显示文摘To mitigate consequences of core melting,an ex-vessel core catcher is investigated in this study.Instructions should be obeyed to cool down the corium caused by core melting.The corium destroys the reactor containment and causes radioactive materials to be released into the environment if it does not cool down well.It is important to build a core catcher system for the reception,localization,and cool down of the molten corium during a severe accident resulting from core melting.In this study,the role of a core catcher in the VVER-1000/v528 reactor containment during a station black out(SBO)accident is evaluated using the MELCOR1.8.6 code.In addition,parametric analyses of the SBO for(i)SBO accidents with emergency core cooling system(ECCS)operation,and(ii)without ECCS operation are performed.Furthermore,thermal–hydraulic analyses in dry and wet cavities with/without water are conducted.The investigations include the reduction of gases resulting from molten–corium–concrete interactions(H_(2),CO,CO_(2)).Core melting,gas production,and the pressure/temperature in the reactor containment are assessed.Additionally,a full investigation pertaining to gas release(H_(2),CO,CO_(2))and the pressure/temperature of the core catcher is performed.Based on MELCOR simulations,a core cavity and a perimeter water channel are the best options for corium cooling and a lower radionuclide release.This simulation is also theoretically investigated and discussed herein.The simulation results show that the core catcher system in addition to an internal sacrificial material reduces the containment pressure from 689 to 580 kPa and the corresponding temperature from 394 to 380 K.Furthermore,it is observed that the amount of gases produced,particularly hydrogen,decreased from 1698 to 1235 kg.Moreover,the presence of supporting systems,including an ECCS with a core catcher,prolonged the core melting time from 16,430 to 28,630 s(in an SBO accident)and significantly decreased the gases produced. | Farhad Salari Ataollah Rabiee Farshad Faghihi | 2021 | Nuclear Science and Techniques2021,32,4: | 4 |
| 4 | SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF OPTICALLY ACTIVE POLYAMIDES BASED ON 2-(1,3-ISOINDOLINEDIONE-2-YL)GLUTARIC ACID BY DIRECT POLYCONDENSATION显示文摘<正>Five new optically active polyamides(PAs) 6a-6e were prepared by direct polycondensation reaction of 2-(1,3- isoindolinedione-2-yl)-glutaric acid 4 as a new chiral diacid with various aromatic diamines 5a-5e in a medium consisting of triphenyl phosphite(TPP),calcium chloride,pyridine(Py) and N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone(NMP).The polycondensation reaction produced a series of polyamids 6a-6e in quantitative yields with inherent viscosities of 0.26-0.39 dL/g.The resulting polymers were fully characterized by means of ~1H-NMR,FT-IR spectroscopy,elemental analysis,inherent viscosity and specific rotation.Thermal properties of these polymers were investigated using thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential thermal gravimetry(DTG).Phthalimide rings as a bulky pendent group in the polymer chains disturb the interchain and intrachain interactions and make these PAs readily soluble in polar,aprotic solvents such as N,N-dimethyl acetamide(DMAc),N,N-dimethyl formamide(DMF),dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO),N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone(NMP) and sulfuric acid. | Khalil Faghihi Meisam Shabanian Atena Izadkhah | 2010 | Chinese Journal of Polymer Science2010,28,4: | 3 |

| 7 | Circulation of Brucellaceae,Anaplasma and Ehrlichia spp.in borderline of Iran,Azerbaijan,and Armenia显示文摘Objective:To estimate the infection of ticks to Anaplasma,Ehrlichia,Babesia,Theileria,and Brucellaceae using molecular methods in borderline of Iran,Azerbaijan,and Armenia.Methods:Totally,2022 ticks were collected from different livestock.Then,species were diagnosed under stereomicroscope according to valid morphological keys.Tick DNA was extracted followed by PCR to detect Anaplasma,Ehrlichia,Theileria,Babesia and Brucellaceae infection in ticks.Results:A total of 498 males[24.62%(95%CI 22.76%-26.57%)],741 females[36.64%(95%CI 34.54%-38.79%)],782 nymphs[38.67%(95%CI 36.55%-40.84%)]and 1 larva[0.04%(95%CI 0.00%-0.28%)]were identified.Among identified samples,we found four genera including Hyalomma,Rhipicephalus,Haemaphysalis,and Dermacentor.Molecular assay revealed that the prevalence of ticks to Anaplasma or Ehrlichia,and Brucellaceae was 22.02%(95%CI 16.01%-29.06%)and 15.03%(95%CI 9.43%-22.26%),respectively.Phylogenetic analysis showed that the identified Anaplasma sp.had the most similarity with Anaplasma centrale,Anaplasma platys,Anaplasma camelii,and Anaplasma phagocytophilum,submitted in GenBank.Furthermore,the detected Ehrlichia sp.and Brucellaceae bacterium had the most similarity with Ehrlichia ruminantium and Mycoplana peli,respectively.However,no sign of the presence of Theileria and Babesia spp.was seen in the studied samples.Conclusions:Anaplasmosis,ehrlichiosis and brucellosis should be considered as important health threats in northwestern Iran and consistent monitoring on infection of ticks and livestock should be performed regularly. | Rahimeh Abdoli Hasan Bakhshi Sedigheh Kheirandish Faezeh Faghihi Asadollah Hosseini-Chegeni Mohammad Ali Oshaghi Zakkyeh Telmadarraiy Mohammad Mehdi Sedaghat | 2021 | Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2021,14,5: | 2 |
