1永磁同步电机负载转矩观测器显示文摘负载转矩的扰动会影响永磁同步电机控制系统的性能,测量或者观测负载转矩并用作前馈补偿,形成二自由度控制器可以减小负载转矩扰动的影响。本文研究分析了几种实用的永磁同步电机负载转矩观测器,可以根据测量的电流、机械位置和转速等准确观测负载转矩,不增加额外的硬件设备。全阶负载转矩观测器还可以根据机械传感器的输出量观测准确的转子位置和转速,代替了传统的转速计算方法,避免了微分计算,减小了测量噪声和离散误差的影响。以基于Kalman滤波器的负载转矩观测器为例,对观测器和前馈补偿的性能进行了仿真和实验验证。郑泽东 李永东 肖曦 Maurice Fadel 2010电工技术学报2010,25,2:83
2基于扩展Kalman滤波器的PMSM高性能控制系统显示文摘扩展Kalman滤波器考虑了系统噪声和测量噪声的影响,是一种基于最优控制理论的非线性估计方法。本文提出一种新型的用于永磁同步电机(PMSM)的基于扩展Kalman滤波器(EKF)的状态观测器,可以把有限精度的光电码盘信号的量化误差考虑为测量噪声,从而可以精确观测转子位置和转子转速。电机不需要知道转子初始位置就可以起动。该状态观测器还可以观测负载转矩,利用观测的负载转矩形成对给定转矩的前馈补偿,可以大大改善负载转矩波动过程中的转速控制性能。在轻负载时永磁同步电机定子电流较小,因此电流测量过程中的噪声和干扰对系统性能的影响就非常明显。Kalman滤波器可以有效消除电流测量值中的干扰和测量噪声,提高系统在轻载时的性能。仿真和实验结果验证了该系统的性能。郑泽东 李永东 Maurice Fadel 肖曦 2007电工技术学报2007,22,10:35
3采用Kalman滤波器进行信号处理的高频信号注入法在电动机控制中的应用显示文摘高频信号注入法是交流电动机无机械传感器控制中实现低速甚至零速运行的一个有效方法,高频信号注入法的最大困难是如何从测量的电压或电流中提取出需要的高频信号并进行相应的信号处理。Kalman滤波器是一种自适应滤波器,广泛应用于各种信号检测和处理中。本文提出了一种采用Kalman滤波器进行信号处理的高频信号注入法来实现交流电动机的无机械传感器低速运行,利用Kalman滤波器的自适应特性,自动辨识检测电动机电流中特定频率的高频信号,检测结果受噪声和频率相近信号的影响较小,并且幅值和相位误差很小。以永磁同步电动机为例进行了仿真和实验,结果表明该方法是一种简单直接的高频信号注入法的信号处理方法,具有非常好的稳定性和精度,可以实现交流电动机无机械传感器控制的低速甚至零速运行。郑泽东 李永东 Maurice Fadel 2010电工技术学报2010,25,2:19
4基于EKF的PMSM无机械传感器矢量控制显示文摘为了准确估计永磁同步电机(PMSM)的转子位置和转速,并实现无机械传感器矢量控制,提出了一种基于扩展Kalman滤波器(EKF)的转子位置和转速观测器,适合于求解永磁同步电机的非线性方程。观测器状态方程采用转子磁链定向的同步旋转坐标系下的电压方程,电感等参数为常数,可以应用于凸极机和隐极机。对扩展Kalman滤波器进行了算法简化,使它可以实用化。把负载转矩作为状态变量,观测器可以同时观测负载转矩,并把观测转矩用作前馈补偿,提高了系统的动态性能。通过实验验证了系统的性能。郑泽东 李永东 Maurice FADEL 2009清华大学学报(自然科学版)2009,,10:9
5基于状态观测和反馈的伺服系统位置控制器显示文摘为了提高永磁同步电机伺服系统中的位置控制性能,提出一种基于状态观测器和状态反馈的位置控制器。状态观测器可以利用较低精度的位置传感器来准确观测负载转矩、转子位置和转速。基于状态空间算法的位置控制器通过合适的零极点配置,可以提高位置控制性能。利用观测的负载转矩可以把负载的变化作为系统扰动进行补偿。仿真和实验结果表明:该控制器与传统的比例积分微分控制器相比,位置控制快速准确并且没有超调,在负载变化时系统仍然能够保持很好的稳定性和控制精度。郑泽东 李永东 FADEL M 肖曦 2008清华大学学报(自然科学版)2008,48,1:6
6Causes of rockfalls in Al-Huwayshah area,Yemen显示文摘According to topography of Yemen,most areas and villages are located at obligated crest,toe of mountain and under cliffs.Therefore Al-Huwayshah consisting of Tawilah sandstone group is characterized by steep slope reach to 90° in some areas.This area is affected by strong tectonic movements and faults that occurred during the geological epochs.This effect enhances to find out fractures and joints as well as the rocks become brittle and ready to slide depending on the position of area.And there are some fractures and joints on the surface of the areas due to tectonic movement associated with opening the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden.The rainfalls,fractures,joints,earthquakes,gravity,vegetations,temperatures and human activities play a big role in the processes of rockfalls and landslides in this area.All those factors are considered as the basic causes and catalyzed factors for occurrence of rockfall in the studide area.In addition,the authors carried out laboratory test for many rock samples to get the physical properties of the rocks.Aref M. 7Antimicrobial Agents from Selected Medicinal Plants in Libya显示文摘Objective:To test the in vitro antimicrobial efficacy of water and methanol extracts of 23 plan species that are commonly used in Libyan folk medicine.Methods:The antimicrobial activity was determinec using the well-diffusion method.Four test microorganisms were used namely,Escherichia coli,Salmonella species,Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis.The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) was determined for the high biologically active crude plant extracts.Results:Among 23 medicinal plants used in the study,only 5 methanolic extracts[Rosmarinus offcinalis L,Carduus marianium L.,Lantana camara L.,Rhus tripartite(ueria) Grande,and Thymus capitatus(L.) Hoffm(link)]showed the highest antimicrobial activity againsl Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis and Salmonella species,while 22 methanolic and aqueous extracts showed moderate to weak antimicrobial activity on all tested organisms.However 19 of the extracts showed no activity at all against Gram-ve and Gram +ve microorganisms.MIC was found to be 1.25 mg/mL(Thymus capitatus),3 mg/mL(Rhus tripartite),4 mg/mL(Carduus marianium),5 mg/mL(Rosamarinus officinalis) and5 mg/mL(Lantana camara),respectively.Conclnsions:The present results revealed that,crude methanolic extracts of the investigated Libyan folk medicinal plants exhibited mild to high in vitro antibacterial activities against Gram-positive and Gram-negative microorganisms.Hasan MH Muhaisen Miftah Mailoud Ab-Mous Fadel A Ddeeb Aboclaid All Rtemi Omer M Taba Mehtab Parveen 2016Chinese Journal of Integrative Medicine2016,22,3:2

9Influence of Cr, Mn and Mo Addition on Structure and Properties of V Microalloyed Medium Carbon Steels显示文摘The effect of austenitizing temperature and Cr, Mo and Mn addition on microstructure and mechanical properties of V microalloyed medium carbon steel has been studied by means of metallography and mechanical testing. The addition of Cr, Mn and Mo leads to a decrease in yield strength (YS) by approximate 100 MPa in comparison to the base steel. It is assumed that Mn and Mo increase hardenability by promoting the formation of bainitic sheaves (BS), i.e. by suppressing the formation of ferrite-pearlite and acicular ferrite (FP-AF). Cr at the level used in this work is not that effective. 10JNK inhibition alleviates oxidative DNA damage, germ cell apoptosis, and mitochondrial dysfunction in testicular ischemia reperfusion injury显示文摘The aim of this study is to determine whether the c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) signaling is a regulator of oxidative DNA damage, germ cell apoptosis (GCA), and mitochondrial dysfunction during testicular ischemia reperfusion injury (tIRI) using the JNK inhibitor SP600125. Male Sprague Dawley rats (n = 36) were equally divided into three groups: sham, tIRI only, and tIRI + SP600125 (15 mg/kg). Testicular ischemia was induced for 1 h followed by 4 h of reperfusion prior to animal sacrifice. Spermatogenesis was evaluated by light microscopy, while expression of oxidative stress and GCA-related mRNAs and proteins were evaluated by real-time polymerase chain reaction and colorimetric assays, respectively. Expressions of JNK, p53, and survivin were detected by immunofluorescence (IF) staining. Indicators of mitochondrial dysfunction were examined by western blot analysis and colorimetric assay. In comparison to sham, the tIRI testes showed a significant increase in lipid and protein oxidation products. Oxidative DNA damage was reflected by a significant increase in the number of DNA strand breaks, increased concentration of 8-OHdG, and elevated poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase activity. Spermatogenic damage was associated with the activation of caspase 3 and elevated Bax to Bcl2 ratio. This was also accompanied by a significantly heightened IF expression of the phosphorylated forms of JNK and p53 paralled with the suppression of survivin. Mitochondrial dysfunction was reflected by NAD+ depletion, overexpression of uncoupling protein 2, and increased level of cytochrome c. Such tIRI-induced modulations were all attenuated by SP600125 treatment prior to reperfusion.
