18嫁接可增强甜椒对极端温度的耐受性显示文摘冬季和夏季以及昼夜温度的波动会严重影响地上部分和根系的生长,以及整个植株对极端土壤温度的耐受性。我们比较了商业辣椒杂交种(Capsicum annuum L.)(Romance,Rijk Zwaan)自嫁苗、自根苗,以及新型砧木S101砧木嫁接苗(先正达)对一系列土壤温度变化的响应。该砧木杂交品种育种目标是增强非生物胁迫耐受性。在冬季和夏季开展试验,材料培养在自然通风的塑料温室中,由微根管相机和根系生长箱来研究嫁接甜椒在极端温度下(低和高的空气和土壤)根系的动态发育,以及地上部分和地下部分的相互影响。在整个试验中,我们监测了土壤和空气的温度。与甜椒ROM自嫁苗和自根苗相比,在受到冬季低温、夏季高温的影响时,S101砧木嫁接甜椒苗Romance地上部分生物量变化程度更大。S101砧木中积累了Cl,同时可以更有效地将C源分配到叶、茎和根中,将N源分配到叶、茎和果实中。砧木S101的这些性状可用于提高其他辣椒品种对土壤低温和高温的耐受性,延长辣椒生长期,同时为植物育种者提供了非常有价值的信息。Moses Kwame Aidoo Tal Sherman Jhonathan E.
