| 2 | 铂和HF掺杂的H-ZSM-5分子筛催化甲苯与甲醇烷基化反应(英文)显示文摘Toluene was alkylated with methanol in a flow type reactor at temperatures between 300 and 500 °C using H-ZSM-5 zeolite, 0.2%Pt/H-ZSM-5 and hydrofluorinated 0.2%Pt/H-ZSM-5 with HF concentrations of 1.0%, 2.0%, 3.0%, or 4.0%. Pt primarily enhances toluene conversion, total xylenes production, and p-xylene relative to its thermodynamic equilibrium. As the concentration of HF increases from 1.0% to 3.0%, the catalyst activity increases because of the increase in the number of acid sites and their strength. Additionally, the surface area and Pt dispersion also increases. An advantage of increased HF doping is that the formation of voluminous trimethylbenzene (TMB) byproducts is inhibited. However, at a HF concentration of 4.0%, Al and Si are partially leached and then deposited mostly in the wider catalytic pores. This was determined by evaluating the pore volume distribution and we determined that reactivity inhibition was ob-viously present and was due to diffusion restriction. | Ahmed K. | 3 | Cyclooxygenase-2 expression as a predictor of outcome in colorectal carcinoma显示文摘AIM:To correlate cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)expression profile with clinical and pathological variables to assess their prognostic/predictive value in colorectal carcinoma(CRC).METHODS:Archival tumor samples were analyzed using immunohistochemistry for COX-2 expression in 94 patients with CRC.Patients were diagnosed and treatedat the Departments of Surgery and Oncology,King Abdulaziz University Hospital,Saudi Arabia.RESULTS:Fifty-six percent of the tumors showed positive cytoplasmic COX-2 expression,whereas 44%of cases were completely COX-2-negative.There were no significant correlations between COX-2 expression and sex,age,grade or tumor location.However,COX-2 expression revealed a significant correlation with tumor stage(P=0.01)and distant metastasis(P=0.02),and a borderline association with lymph node involvement(P =0.07).Tumors with high COX-2 expression showed a higher recurrence rate than tumors with no expression(P<0.009).In univariate Kaplan-Meier survival analysis,there was a significant(P=0.026)difference in disease-free survival between COX-2-positive and negative tumors in favor of the latter.COX-2 expression did not significantly predict disease-specific survival,which was much shorter for COX-2-positive tumors.In multivariate(COX)models,COX-2 did not appear among the independent predictors of disease-free survival or disease-specific survival.CONCLUSION:COX-2 expression seems to provide useful prognostic information in CRC,while predicting the patients at high risk for recurrent disease. | Jaudah Al-Maghrabi Abdelbaset Buhmeida Eman Emam Kari Syrjnen Abdulrahman Sibiany Mohmmad Al-Qahtani Mahmoud Al-Ahwal | 2012 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2012，18，15： | 3 |
| 4 | Effectiveness of hepatitis B virus vaccination program in Egypt:Multicenter national project显示文摘AIM:To assess the effectiveness of hepatitis B virus(HBV) vaccination program among fully vaccinated children.METHODS:A national community based crosssectional study was carried out in 6 governorates representing Egypt. A total of 3600 children aged from 9 mo to 16 years who were fully vaccinated with HBV vaccine during infancy were recruited. Face to face interviews were carried out and sera were evaluated for hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsA g),anti-HBV core antibodies(total) and quantitative detection of hepatitis B surface antibody using enzyme linked immunoassays techniques. Samples positive to HBs Ag/anti-HBV core antibodies were subjected to quantitative HBV-DNA detection by real time polymerase chain reaction with 3.8 IU/L detection limit. RESULTS:Sero-protection was detected among 2059 children(57.2%) with geometric mean titers 75.4 ± 3.6 IU/L compared to 3.1 ± 2.1 IU/L among nonseroprotected children. Multivariate logistic analysis revealed that older age and female gender were the significant predicting variables for having non seroprotective level,with adjusted odds ratio 3.3,9.1and 14.2 among children aged 5 to < 10,10 to < 15 and ≥ 15 years respectively compared to those < 5 years and 1.1 among girls compared to boys with P < 0.01. HBs Ag was positive in 0.11% and breakthrough infection was 0.36% and 0.39% depending on positivity of anti-HBc and DNA detection respectively. The prevalence of HBV infection was significantly higher among children aged ≥ 7 years(0.59%) compared to 0.07% among younger children with odds ratio equal to 8.4(95%CI:1.1-64.2) and P < 0.01.The prevalence was higher among girls(0.48%) than boys(0.29%) with P > 0.05. | 6 | 草莓温室太阳能热泵系统阶梯式供暖特性显示文摘运用太阳能热泵系统为草莓温室供暖,能有效提升草莓的产量和品质。为探究温室内立体栽培的供暖特性,以及相匹配的太阳能热泵系统的供暖系数(coefficient of performance,COP),该文设计并搭建了太阳能热泵阶梯式供暖系统。以'京藏香'草莓为试材,分析了距离地面0.5、1.0、1.5及2.0 m不同阶梯高度的空间温度,对比了阶梯式供暖的太阳能温室和未供暖的普通温室内的草莓品质及产量。结果表明,在北亚热带低纬高原山地季风气候地区,冬季采用太阳能热泵系统为温室供暖的COP值在3.02~5.15之间。在太阳能温室内种植的草莓产量是普通温室产量的1.56倍,可溶性固形物含量的平均值达10.5%。在太阳能热泵系统阶梯式供暖的温室中,距离地面1.0~1.5 m高度范围内的供暖效果较好,且放置于1.0 m阶梯上的草莓与其他高度的草莓相比,产量最高品质最优,其单果最大值为32.3 g,可溶性固形物含量为12.5%,因此,采用阶梯式供暖的温室中,距离地面1.0 m高度的温度更适宜草莓生长需求。 | 唐伊恋 李明 马逊 Reda Hassanien Emam | 2018 | 农业工程学报2018，34，13： | 2 |

| 8 | Influences of greenhouse-integrated semi-transparent photovoltaics on microclimate and lettuce growth显示文摘Shading in greenhouses is a simple and cheap method usually used to reduce the intensity of solar radiation and air temperature.Moreover,combining Photovoltaic(PV)panels and crops on the same cropland could alleviate the increasing competition for the agricultural land between food and energy production.In addition,the integration of PV with greenhouses could reduce,or partially replace the energy consumption for greenhouse crop production.Therefore,the aim of this study was to investigate the shading effect of semi-transparent mono-crystalline silicon double glazing photovoltaic panels(STPV),mounted on top of an agricultural greenhouse,which occupied 20%of the roof area,on the microclimate conditions and the growth of lettuce plants inside a greenhouse.Results showed that the combination of STPV and polyethylene cover decreased the solar radiation by 35%to 40%compared to the use of polyethylene cover only for clear days which was in the acceptable range of photosynthetically active radiation for lettuce plants.Moreover,STPV shading decreases the air temperature by 1℃-3℃ and had no effect in the relative humidity under natural ventilation.Furthermore,there were no significant differences(p<0.05)in the growth of lettuce plants between the shaded greenhouse by the STPV and the unshaded.Shading insignificantly increased the fresh weight,leaf area and the chlorophyll contents(p<0.05).In conclusion,the integration of STPV modules can decrease the solar irradiation and the internal air temperatures as well as generate electric energy for environmental control systems without significant influence on the growth of lettuce plants.Meanwhile,it can decrease the water consumption by decreasing the evapotranspiration rate. | Reda Hassanien Emam Hassanien Li Ming | 2017 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2017，10，6： | 2 |
