1碳纳米管/氮化硼混杂填料对尼龙6导热性能的影响及其机理显示文摘利用熔融共混工艺,首先制备了尼龙6/氮化硼(PA6/BN)复合材料。根据复合材料的热导率确定BN添加量后,在PA6/BN体系中添加碳纳米管(CNTs)并引入相容剂以改善填料与基体的界面相容性,通过测定材料的热导率,并借助差示扫描量热分析、动态力学热分析、扫描电镜等手段,探讨CNTs/BN混杂填料对于PA6材料性能的影响,在此基础上建立了相应的三维导热模型来解释体系的导热机理。结果表明,2%CNTs和20.83%BN混杂可显著改善复合材料的导热性能,热导率达0.76 W/(m·K),为纯PA6的2.45倍,同时保持较好的绝缘性;复合材料的动态力学分析结果与扫描电镜图及所搭建导热模型吻合较好。该PA6基导热材料有望应用于LED等电子电气的外壳材料。王亮 吴唯 邹志强 刘江 Andreas Fischer Dietmar Drummer 2019高分子材料科学与工程2019,35,3:4
2形貌可控氧化铝对硅橡胶复合材料导热性能的影响显示文摘为了研究不同形貌氧化铝在硅橡胶基体中构成三维导热网络结构的效率,研究了制备条件对填料形貌的影响,通过改变水热反应条件制得了长度约6μm、直径0.2μm和1μm的棒状氧化铝(AF-2和AF-5)及直径在1~10μm的球形氧化铝(AF-6)。利用Hashin-Shtrikman模型表征了3种形貌氧化铝填料在硅橡胶基体中构建三维网络结构的效率,研究表明,填料AF-2、AF-5和AF-6质量分数为20%时的相互作用率(Χinter)分别为0.056,0.093和0.034。与此同时,实验结果表明,AF-5对硅橡胶的介电性能破坏最小,其复合材料具有最低的介电常数和介电损耗,更有利于复合材料在电子行业的应用。邹志强 吴唯 王懿 Wolfgang Kern Dietmar Drummer 2020高分子材料科学与工程2020,36,4:2
