| 1 | 中文版Mishel疾病不确定感量表的重新修订及其在中国恶性肿瘤患者中的信效度检验显示文摘目的重新翻译、修订中文版Mishel疾病不确定感量表(MUIS),并测试其在中国恶性肿瘤患者中的信效度。方法将原MUIS汉化并对其进行修订,形成中文版MUIS。采用便利抽样法选取2015年7月—2016年4月在广州中医药大学第一附属医院、中山大学肿瘤防治中心、广东省中医院接受治疗的恶性肿瘤患者550例为调查对象。采用一般资料表、中文版MUIS、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、中文版癌症自我管理效能感量表(SUPPH)对其进行调查。2周后,采用EXCEL自带的随机程序从470例患者中选取50例,采用中文版MUIS对其进行重测。对中文版MUIS进行条目分析、信效度分析,并确定其截断值。结果中文版MUIS包括模糊、缺乏澄清、不可预测3个维度,共20个条目。中文版MUIS各条目的内容效度指数(CVI)为0.73~1.00;KMO值为0.810,Bartlett's球形检验χ2=871.55,P<0.001。3因子模型能在满足各项因子提取标准的前提下最大限度地解释方差(57.23%);模型的拟合指标分别为RMSEA=0.037、CFI=0.905、GFI=0.936、AGFI=0.911、SRMR=0.052。中文版MUIS总分及其各维度得分与SAS得分、SDS得分均呈正相关,与SUPPH总分及其各维度得分均呈负相关(P<0.05)。中文版MUIS的Cronbach'sα系数为0.825,重测信度系数为0.836;MUIS截断值为60.5分,灵敏度为0.715,特异度为0.759。结论中文版MUIS具有良好的信效度,更适合中国恶性肿瘤患者使用,同时可作为恶性肿瘤患者高危心理的初步筛查工具。 | 叶增杰 佘颖 梁木子 Knobf Tish Dixon Jane 胡蕖 曾珍 胡光云 朱云飞 邱鸿钟 | 2018 | 中国全科医学2018,21,9: | 159 |
| 2 | 中文版10条目心理韧性量表在恶性肿瘤患者中的应用研究显示文摘目的探讨中文版10条目心理韧性量表(CD-RISC-10)在恶性肿瘤患者中的信效度。方法采用便利抽样法选取2015年12月—2016年7月于广州中医药大学第一附属医院、中山大学肿瘤防治中心、广东省中医院接受治疗的恶性肿瘤患者520例为调查对象,采用一般资料表、中文版CD-RISC-10、医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)、癌症患者自我管理效能感量表(SUPPH)对其进行调查。共发放问卷520份,回收有效问卷424份,有效回收率为81.5%。大样本施测2周后,采用EXCEL软件自带的随机程序从424例患者中选取50例采用中文版CD-RISC-10对其进行重测。采用双参数项目反应模型对中文版CD-RISC-10进行单维性检验、等级反应模型(GRM)条目分析,并分析其聚合效度、重测信度及截断值。结果中文版CD-RISC-10仍保持单维结构,共解释58.06%的变异量,整个量表条目分离指数(ISI)为0.914。10个条目难度分布均匀,区分度为1.17~1.82,残差拟合度为-2.5~2.5,阈值间距为1.08~3.17 logits,不存在阈值倒错的情况。中文版CD-RISC-10得分与HADS总分及其焦虑、抑郁得分呈负相关,与SUPPH总分及其各维度得分呈正相关(P<0.05)。中文版CD-RISC-10的重测信度系数为0.855,截断值为21.5分,灵敏度为0.735,特异度为0.833。结论中文版CD-RISC-10的单维性、单调性良好,条目的难度、阈值间距分布合理,同时具有较高的信度和外标效度,对于筛查情绪困扰的恶性肿瘤患者具有较高的敏感性,建议临床使用。 | 叶增杰 王桢钰 梁木子 Knobf Tish Dixon Jane 佘颖 胡蕖 曾珍 胡光云 朱云飞 邱鸿钟 | 2018 | 中国全科医学2018,21,15: | 43 |
| 3 | Upper-gastrointestinal bleeding secondary to peptic ulcer disease:Incidence and outcomes显示文摘AIM:To evaluate the incidence,surgery,mortality,and readmission of upper gastrointestinal bleeding(UGIB)secondary to peptic ulcer disease(PUD).METHODS:Administrative databases identified all hospitalizations for UGIB secondary to PUD in Alberta,Canada from 2004 to 2010(n=7079)using the International Classification of Diseases Codes(ICD-10).A subset of the data was validated using endoscopy reports.Positive predictive value and sensitivity with 95%confidence intervals(CI)were calculated.Incidence of UGIB secondary to PUD was calculated.Logistic regression was used to evaluate surgery,in-hospital mortality,and 30-d readmission to hospital with recurrent UGIB secondary to PUD.Co-variants accounted for in our logistic regression model included:age,sex,area of residence(i.e.,urban vs rural),number of Charlson comorbidities,presence of perforated PUD,undergoing upper endoscopy,year of admission,and interventional radiological attempt at controlling bleeding.A subgroup analysis(n=6356)compared outcomes of patients with gastric ulcers to those with duodenal ulcers.Adjusted estimates are presented as odds ratios(OR)with95%CI.RESULTS:The positive predictive value and sensitivity of ICD-10 coding for UGIB secondary to PUD were85.2%(95%CI:80.2%-90.2%)and 77.1%(95%CI:69.1%-85.2%),respectively.The annual incidence between 2004 and 2010 ranged from 35.4 to 41.2 per100000.Overall risk of surgery,in-hospital mortality,and 30-d readmission to hospital for UGIB secondary to PUD were 4.3%,8.5%,and 4.7%,respectively.Interventional radiology to control bleeding was performed in 0.6%of patients and 76%of these patients avoided surgical intervention.Thirty-day readmission significantly increased from 3.1%in 2004 to 5.2%in 2010(OR=1.07;95%CI:1.01-1.14).Rural residents(OR rural vs urban:2.35;95%CI:1.83-3.01)and older individuals(OR≥65 vs<65:1.57;95%CI:1.21-2.04)were at higher odds of being readmitted to hospital.Patients with duodenal ulcers had higher odds of dying(OR=1.27;95%CI:1.05-1.53),requiring surgery(OR=1.73;95%CI:1.34-2.23),and being readmitted to hospital(OR=1.54;95%CI:1.19-1.99)when compared to gastric ulcers.CONCLUSION:UGIB secondary to PUD,particularly duodenal ulcers,was associated with significant morbidity and mortality.Early readmissions increased over time and occurred more commonly in rural areas. | Samuel Quan Alexandra Frolkis Kaylee Milne Natalie Molodecky Hong Yang Elijah Dixon Chad G Ball Robert P Myers Subrata Ghosh Robert Hilsden Sander Veldhuyzen van Zanten Gilaad G Kaplan | 2014 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2014,20,46: | 21 |

| 6 | 中国西部地区猎隼(Falco cherrug)繁殖生物学与保护显示文摘自2001—2006年,中国科学院与英国鸟类研究中心联合对新疆准噶尔盆地和昆仑山、青海玉树地区、西藏那曲地区的猎隼(Falco cherrug)分布状况与繁殖生态进行深入调查。考察行程上万公里。卫星跟踪显示在俄罗斯、蒙古繁殖的猎隼迁往青藏高原越冬。但是,实地调查表明,在新-青-藏还有一些繁殖种群;繁殖区的海拔高度从600m,上升至5200m。根据观察,猎隼喜欢沿用旧巢,多数巢属于“垃圾巢”。因为高原缺乏合适的巢材,那些人类遗弃的皮管、铁丝、皮带、破布、汽车零件、骨片、绳子等垃圾充斥于巢穴之中。考察期间,共找到100多只猎隼成鸟、约35个猎隼巢或巢区;分布地点涉及昆仑山脉、准噶尔盆地、卡拉麦里山脉、北塔山、可可西里、唐古拉山脉等,包括新疆奇台、且末、青河、塔城,青海楚玛尔河、五道梁、曲麻菜、雁石坪、玉树,西藏安多、那曲等。猎隼巢址多位于悬崖凹陷处(21个)、河岸砂土洞(5)、桥梁(2)等处;巢高于地面7—30m。通常沿用渡鸦、大鸳、棕尾鸳、金雕的旧巢,有同步繁殖现象。附近有鼠兔、雪雀、地鸦、岩鸽、石鸡、沙鸡等活动。巢区沿着山脉或者丘陵连续分布,巢间距最近2.5km,通常4—8km或更远。在准噶尔盆地其繁殖密度1.1~1.6对/1000km^2。通常4—5月产卵,窝卵数3—5枚;5月上旬和中旬已有部分幼乌出壳。虽然在中国捕捉猎隼现象十分猖獗,但考察结果依然令人振奋。建议中国猎隼研究小组(CSRG)积极开展国际合作,通过卫星跟踪、GPS定位、电子微芯片标记(PIT)、DNA指纹图谱分析、人工猎隼栖架和巢穴招引技术等,不断完善监测手段和管理机制,为猎隼的保护与合理利用做出努力。 | 马鸣 梅宇 Eugene Potapov 吴逸群 Andrew Dixon Dimitar Ragyov 徐峰 Nicholas C.Fox | 2007 | 干旱区地理2007,30,5: | 9 |

| 11 | AU-rich element-binding proteins in colorectal cancer显示文摘Trans-acting factors controlling mRNA fate are critical for the post-transcriptional regulation of inflammation-related genes, as well as for oncogene and tumor suppressor expression in human cancers. Among them, a group of RNA-binding proteins called 'Adenylate-Uridylate-rich elements binding proteins'(AUBPs)control mRNA stability or translation through their binding to AU-rich elements enriched in the 3'UTRs of inflammation-and cancer-associated mRNA transcripts. AUBPs play a central role in the recruitment of target mRNAs into small cytoplasmic foci called Processing-bodies and stress granules(also known as P-body/SG). Alterations in the expression and activities of AUBPs and Pbody/SG assembly have been observed to occur with colorectal cancer(CRC)progression, indicating the significant role AUBP-dependent post-transcriptional regulation plays in controlling gene expression during CRC tumorigenesis.Accordingly, these alterations contribute to the pathological expression of many early-response genes involved in prostaglandin biosynthesis and inflammation,along with key oncogenic pathways. In this review, we summarize the current role of these proteins in CRC development. | 12 | Can endoscopic atrophy predict histological atrophy? Historical study in United Kingdom and Japan显示文摘AIM: To assess the diagnostic concordance between endoscopic and histological atrophy in the United Kingdom and Japan.METHODS: Using published data,a total of 252 patients,126 in the United Kingdom and 126 in Japan,aged 20 to 80 years,were evaluated. The extent of endoscopic atrophy was classified into five subgroups according to a modified Kimura-Takemoto classification system and was compared with histological findings of atrophy at five biopsy sites according to the updated Sydney system.RESULTS: The strength of agreement of the extent of atrophy between histology and visual endoscopic inspection showed good reproducibili ty,wi th a weighted kappa value of 0.76(P < 0.001). Multivariate analysis showed that three factors were associated with decreased concordance: Japanese ethnicity [odds ratio(OR) 0.22,95% confidence interval(CI) 0.11-0.43],older age(OR = 0.32,95%CI: 0.16-0.66) and endoscopic atrophy(OR = 0.10,95%CI: 0.03-0.36). The strength of agreement between endoscopic and histological atrophy,assessed by cancer risk-oriented grading,was reproducible,with a kappa value of 0.81(95%CI: 0.75-0.87). | 15 | Dystrophic calcification and heterotopic ossification in fibrocartilaginous tissues of the spine in diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis(DISH)显示文摘Diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis(DISH) is a prevalent noninflammatory spondyloarthropathy characterized by ectopic mineral formation along the anterolateral aspect of the vertebral column, yet little is known about its underlying pathogenesis. Our objective was to evaluate the histopathological features and composition of ectopic mineral within spinal tissues affected by DISH in humans. Thoracic spine segments from six embalmed cadaveric donors(one female and five males;median age 82 years)meeting the radiographic diagnostic criteria for DISH were evaluated using radiological, histological, and physical analyses. Overall,the histological features of ectopic mineralization at individual motion segments were heterogeneous, including regions of heterotopic ossification and dystrophic calcification. Heterotopic ossifications were characterized by woven and lamellar bone,multifocal areas of metaplastic cartilage, and bony bridges along the anterior aspect of the intervertebral disc space. Dystrophic calcifications were characterized by an amorphous appearance, a high content of calcium and phosphorus, an X-ray diffraction pattern matching that of hydroxyapatite, and radiodensities exceeding that of cortical bone. Dystrophic calcifications were found within the anterior longitudinal ligament and annulus fibrosus in motion segments both meeting and not meeting the radiographic criteria for DISH. In summary, our findings indicate that in DISH, ectopic mineral forms along the anterior aspect of the spine by both heterotopic ossification and dystrophic calcification of fibrocartilaginous tissues. | 18 | Stress granules in colorectal cancer:Current knowledge and potential therapeutic applications显示文摘Stress granules(SGs)represent important non-membrane cytoplasmic compartments,involved in cellular adaptation to various stressful conditions(e.g.,hypoxia,nutrient deprivation,oxidative stress).These granules contain several scaffold proteins and RNA-binding proteins,which bind to mRNAs and keep them translationally silent while protecting them from harmful conditions.Although the role of SGs in cancer development is still poorly known and vary between cancer types,increasing evidence indicate that the expression and/or the activity of several key SGs components are deregulated in colorectal tumors but also in pre-neoplastic conditions(e.g.,inflammatory bowel disease),thus suggesting a potential role in the onset of colorectal cancer(CRC).It is therefore believed that SGs formation importantly contributes to various steps of colorectal tumorigenesis but also in chemoresistance.As CRC is the third most frequent cancer and one of the leading causes of cancer mortality worldwide,development of new therapeutic targets is needed to offset the development of chemoresistance and formation of metastasis.Abolishing SGs assembly may therefore represent an appealing therapeutic strategy to re-sensitize colon cancer cells to anti-cancer chemotherapies.In this review,we summarize the current knowledge on SGs in colorectal cancer and the potential therapeutic strategies that could be employed to target them. | Noémie Legrand Dan A Dixon Cyril Sobolewski | 2020 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2020,26,35: | 4 |
