| 1 | 基于模型的电控空气悬架系统控制策略与实车试验显示文摘设计了以Freescale XDT512为核心芯片,且由最小系统、电源模块、驱动电路、速度处理模块、两向加速度模块、模拟量输入模块和通信模块等组成的电控空气悬架系统(ECAS)电子控制单元;利用基于模型的设计方法开发了电控空气悬架系统的控制策略模型,其主要由自动模式子模块、手动模式子模型和维修模式子模型等组成;在自动模式下,根据车速自动调整车身高度;在手动模式下,驾驶员可通过人机操控界面,自主地设定车身高度;通过维修模式,可禁止电控空气悬架工作,防止出现误动作。通过合理设计测试用例对所设计的控制模型实施结构性、功能性测试;经控制模型的定点化处理,并利用RTW代码生成技术将所设计的控制模型转换为应用层程序,并与底层驱动相互集成后,编译下载至所开发的ECAS电子控制单元;开展实车验证试验,试验结果表明所设计的控制策略能较好地满足设计要求。 | 严天一 李聪聪 CHO X H 孙富权 陆金更 戴作强 | 2017 | 农业机械学报2017，48，5： | 13 |

| 4 | Pancreatic enzymes and abdominal adipose tissue distribution in new-onset prediabetes/diabetes after acute pancreatitis显示文摘BACKGROUND New-onset prediabetes/diabetes after acute pancreatitis(NODAP)is the most common sequela of pancreatitis,and it differs from type 2 prediabetes/diabetes mellitus(T2DM).AIM To study the associations between circulating levels of pancreatic amylase,pancreatic lipase,chymotrypsin and fat phenotypes in NODAP,T2DM,and health.METHODS Individuals with NODAP(n=30),T2DM(n=30),and sex-matched healthy individuals(n=30)were included.Five fat phenotypes(intra-pancreatic fat,liver fat,skeletal muscle fat,visceral fat,and subcutaneous fat)were determined using the same magnetic resonance imaging protocol and scanner magnet strength for all participants.One-way analysis of covariance,linear regression analysis,and relative importance analysis were conducted.RESULTS Intra-pancreatic fat deposition(IPFD)was higher in NODAP(9.4%±1.8%)and T2DM(9.8%±1.1%)compared with healthy controls(7.8%±1.9%)after adjusting for covariates(P=0.003).Similar findings were observed in regards to visceral fat volume(P=0.005),but not subcutaneous fat volume,liver fat,or skeletal muscle fat.Both IPFD(β=-2.201,P=0.023)and visceral fat volume(β=-0.004,P=0.028)were significantly associated with circulating levels of pancreatic amylase in NODAP,but not in T2DM or healthy individuals.Of the five fat phenotypes,IPFD explained the highest amount of variance in pancreatic amylase concentration(R2=15.3%out of 41.2%).None of the phenotypes contributed meaningfully to the variance in pancreatic lipase or chymotrypsin.CONCLUSION Both NODAP and T2DM are characterized by increased IPFD and visceral fat volume.However,only NODAP is characterized by significant inverse associations between the two fat phenotypes and pancreatic amylase. | Juyeon Ko Loren Skudder-Hill Jaelim Cho Sakina H Bharmal Maxim S Petrov | 2021 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2021，27，23： | 5 |
| 5 | Comparison of two remote sensing models for estimating evapotranspiration: algorithm evaluation and application in seasonally arid ecosystems in South Africa显示文摘Remote sensing tools are becoming increasingly important for providing spatial information on water use by different ecosystems. Despite significant advances in remote sensing based evapotranspiration(ET) models in recent years, important information gaps still exist on the accuracy of the models particularly in arid and semi-arid environments. In this study, we evaluated the Penman-Monteith based MOD16 and the modified Priestley-Taylor(PT-JPL) models at the daily time step against three measured ET datasets. We used data from two summer and one winter rainfall sites in South Africa. One site was dominated by native broad leaf and the other by fine leafed deciduous savanna tree species and C4 grasses. The third site was in the winter rainfall Cape region and had shrubby fynbos vegetation. Actual ET was measured using open-path eddy covariance systems at the summer rainfall sites while a surface energy balance system utilizing the large aperture boundary layer scintillometer was used in the Cape. Model performance varied between sites and between years with the worst estimates(R2<0.50 and RMSE>0.80 mm/d) observed during years with prolonged mid-summer dry spells in the summer rainfall areas. Sensitivity tests on MOD16 showed that the leaf area index, surface conductance and radiation budget parameters had the largest effect on simulated ET. MOD16 ET predictions were improved by:(1) reformulating the emissivity expressions in the net radiation equation;(2) incorporating representative surface conductance values;and(3) including a soil moisture stress function in the transpiration sub-model. Implementing these changes increased the accuracy of MOD16 daily ET predictions at all sites. However, similar adjustments to the PT-JPL model yielded minimal improvements. | 6 | Features of extrahepatic metastasis after radiofrequency ablation for hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘BACKGROUND Extrahepatic metastasis(EHM)of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is associated with poor outcomes.However,the clinical features and risk factors of EHM of HCC after radiofrequency ablation(RFA)remain unclear.AIM To elucidate the characteristics and risk factors of EHM after RFA for HCC.METHODS From January 2008 to December 2017,we retrospectively enrolled 661 patients who underwent RFA as first-line treatment for HCC at 2 tertiary hospitals.The inclusion criteria were age≥18 years,a diagnosis of HCC,and treatment-naivety.Abdominal computed tomography(CT)or magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and alpha-fetoprotein measurements were routinely performed at 1 mo after RFA and followed-up at intervals of 3-6 mo.Univariate analyses were performed using the chi-squared test or Student’s t-test,and univariate and multivariate analyses were performed via logistic regression,as appropriate.RESULTS EHM was diagnosed in 44 patients(6.7%)during a median follow-up period of 1204 days.The 10-year cumulative rate of HCC recurrence and EHM was 92.7%and 33.7%,respectively.Initial recurrence was most often intrahepatic,and the rate of extrahepatic recurrence at initial recurrence was only 1.2%.The median time to the diagnosis of EHM was 2.68 years,and 68.2%of patients developed EHM within 2 years of the first recurrence,regardless of recurrence-free survival and 75.0%of patients developed EHM within 5 years after first recurrence.EHM was mostly diagnosed via abdominal CT/MRI in 33(75.0%)and 38 of 44 patients(86.4%)with EHM had either positive abdominal CT scan results or serum AFP level elevation.In multivariate analysis,recurrence-free survival<2 years,ablation zone/tumor size<2,and alpha-fetoprotein level>400 IU/mL were associated with a high EHM risk.CONCLUSION EHM occurs following multiple intrahepatic recurrences after RFA and combined contrast-enhanced abdominal CT and serum AFP were useful for surveillance.Patients especially with high-risk factors require close follow-up for EHM. | Jae H Yoon Young J Goo Chae-Jun Lim Sung K Choi Sung B Cho Sang S Shin Chung H Jun | 2020 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2020，26，32： | 3 |
