1长江流域河水和悬浮物的锂同位素地球化学研究显示文摘深入理解流域侵蚀过程中的锂同位素分馏对于运用锂同位素来示踪化学循环和气候变化是十分必要的。研究集中在长江干流和主要支流的水体和悬浮物的锂及锂同位素组成。长江流域水体的锂及锂同位素组成(δ7Li)分别为150~4570 nmol/L和+7.6‰^+28.1‰,两者沿上游至下游的变化趋势相反。悬浮物锂同位素组成(δ7Li)变化比较稳定,分别为41~92μg/g和-4.7‰^+0.7‰,而且总是低于相应水体的锂同位素组成。悬浮物和流体之间的锂同位素分馏系数在0.977和0.992之间,与悬浮物的量及组成存在明显相关性,反映了粘土矿物的吸附和化学风化的程度。锂含量与锂同位素组成之间良好的负相关性表明流域水体的锂来自2个端元混合:其一可能是蒸发盐岩,并伴有深部热泉水;其二可能是硅酸岩。汪齐连 刘丛强 赵志琦 B. 2中国西南三江流域风化的季节性变化特征显示文摘青藏高原的风化可能影响着全球碳循环和长时间尺度气候变化,其风化速率和影响机制一直受到科学界的关注。本研究对发源于青藏高原东部的三江——金沙江、澜沧江和怒江干流进行每月两次,为期一水文年的定点观测研究。结果表明三江水样的pH总体呈弱碱性,水中主要阴阳离子组成和TDS变化明显并且都有明显的季节性变化特征。本研究首先用正演模型评估了不同端元对三江水化学的贡献比例,并估算出金沙江石鼓以上、澜沧江维登以上和怒江六库以上流域的净CO2消耗速率分别为76.3×103 mol/(km2·a)、238.9×103 mol/(km2·a)和189.3×103 mol/(km2·a),雨季净CO2消耗速率可达旱季的2~4倍;反演法估算出的净CO2消耗速率与正演法的相差均在25%以内,表明估算结果的可靠性。黄露 刘丛强 CHETELAT Benjamin 陶正华 张丽丽 岳甫均 赵志琦 2015地球与环境2015,43,5:9
3ASAF: altered spontaneous activity fingerprinting in Alzheimer’s disease based on multisite fMRI显示文摘Several monocentric studies have noted alterations in spontaneous brain activity in Alzheimer's disease (AD), although there is no consensus on the altered amplitude of low-frequency fluctuations in AD patients. The main aim of the present study was to identify a reliable and reproducible abnormal brain activity pattern in AD. The amplitude of local brain activity (AM), which can provide fast mapping of spontaneous brain activity across the whole brain, was evaluated based on multisite rs-fMRI data for 688 subjects (215 normal controls (NCs), 221 amnestic mild cognitive impairment (aMCI) 252 AD). Two-sample t-tests were used to detect group differences between AD patients and NCs from the same site. Differences in the AM maps were statistically analyzed via the Stouffer's meta-analysis. Consistent regions of lower spontaneous brain activity in the default mode network and increased activity in the bilateral hippocampus/parahippocampus, thalamus, caudate nucleus, orbital part of the middle frontal gyrus and left fusiform were observed in the AD patients compared with those in NCs.
