1全身冲击伤后脑组织内NO变化及其与神经行为功能的关系显示文摘观察了全身冲击伤(WBBI)后大鼠海马和脑干组织内亚硝酸盐/硝酸盐(NO-2 /NO-3 )含量变化及其与神经行为功能改变的关系。结果表明:①WBBI后3、24 和120h,海马和脑干组织内NO-2 /NO-3 、cGMP含量明显升高,与冲击伤伤情呈显著正相关;②WBBI后,大鼠主动回避反应(AAR)明显下降,主动回避反应时间(AARL)、逃避反应时间(ERL)明显延长;③WBBI后,海马和脑干组织内NO-2 /NO-3 水平分别与AAR、ERL和AARL值呈显著相关性。研究结果提示:WBBI时海马和脑干组织内NO含量明显增加,过量的NO释放与冲击伤致中枢神经系统功能性损害有一定关系。蒋建新 Ibolja Cernak 王正国 廖维宏 徐红 李晓炎 刘大维 石林 王克万 1999解放军医学杂志1999,24,6:2
