| 1 | Prospects of utilization of waste dumped low-grade limestone for iron making: A case study显示文摘Low grade dumped limestone sample having high silica of 8.1%, 36.8% CaO, and 3% Al2O3 has been studied with the aim to reduce the silica level to below 3% for its utilization in iron making. Beneficiation study of the sample was initiated with desliming of the feed sample of -100 μm to remove the siliceous ultrafine particles and to improve the feed quality. Flotation study was carried out by column flotation technique varying the collector dosage, superficial air flow velocity and froth depth to assess their effect on silica reduction and CaO recovery. It was observed that increased collector dosage and superficial air velocity increases the recovery of CaO, and increase in the froth depth reduces the mass flow and silica content in the concentrate. | 2 | Free radical scavenging property and antiproliferative activity of Rhodiola imbricata Edgew extracts in HT-29 human colon cancer cells显示文摘Objective:To investigate the in vitro antioxidant and antiproliferative activity of rhizome extracts of Rhodiola imbricata(R.imbricata) in HT-29 human colon cancer cell line.Methods:The successively extracted rhizome of R.imbricata using various solvents was analyzed for their total phenolics,tannins and flavonoid contents.In vitro antioxidant activity was evaluated by employing different assays,including DPPH,ABTS radical scavenging assays,FRAP, phosphomolybdenum reduction assay,superoxide anion,hydroxyl radical scavenging activities and metal chelating ability.Results:Acetone and methanol extracts recorded higher phenolic content and showed comparable antioxidant activity with standard reference.Additionally,they also inhibited the proliferation of HT-29 cells upon treatment at higher concentration(200μg/mL) (acetone and methanol,84%and 84%.respectively).On examination acetone extract exhibited antiproliferative activity in a concentration dependent manner whereas,methanol extract showed both dose dependent and lime dependent inhibitory activity.Conclusions:The results obtained justify the traditional usage of R.imbricata from their promising antioxidant activity. | Ravichandran Senthilkumar Thangaraj Parimelazhagan Om Prakash Chaurasia R.B.Srivastava | 2013 | Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2013，6，1： | 5 |
| 3 | 下颌骨骨折内固定术后颞下颌关节功能的临床观察显示文摘目的:评价下颌骨骨折内固定术后的下颌活动范围。确定正常人(无外伤或颞下颌关节紊乱病史、症状)的下颌活动范围及比较下颌骨骨折内固定术后患者活动范围。方法:在这个实验中我们选择了50例2年前曾因下颌骨骨折进行下颌骨骨折内固定(2.0mm厚度钛板)术后的患者为实验组,且不包括下颌骨髁突骨折的患者。同时选择了同年龄结构的50位正常人(无外伤或颞下颌关节紊乱病的历史和症状)作为客观(最大开口度,横向偏移,最大前徙度,开偏斜度,关节噪音)评价和比较实验组和对照组的数据。数据采用SPSS软件分析。结果:下颌骨骨折患者的平均年龄为(36.98±7.77)岁,男比女多(66%),常见的病因是交通事故(74%),常见的骨折是颏孔区骨折(29.3%),开偏斜(44%),咔哒声(28%)关节杂音(36%)。对照组的平均年龄为(35.2±6.23)岁,开偏斜为20%,咔哒声12%和关节杂音为12%。实验组的平均开口度为(37.16±1.07)mm,横向偏移(5.34±0.37)mm,前徙度(5.38±0.30)mm。对照组的平均开口度为(46.9±2.88),横向偏移(8.98±0.89)mm和前徙度(7.46±0.83)mm。结论:下颌骨骨折内固定术后,下颌骨的活动范围减少和开偏斜与关节噪音的发病率多。 | CHAURASIA NITESH KR 王心彧 关键 | 2014 | 黑龙江医药科学2014，37，2： | 3 |
| 4 | 腹腔镜切除术联合伊马替尼治疗胃肠道间质瘤的临床观察显示文摘目的:观察腹腔镜切除术联合伊马替尼治疗胃肠道间质瘤的临床疗效,探讨影响预后的因素。方法:选取2008年1月至2012年5月在医院治疗的胃肠道间质瘤患者70例,随机分成两组,研究组35例和对照组35例。研究组患者采用腹腔镜切除术后给予伊马替尼400mg/次,1次/d;对照组患者只采用腹腔镜切除术治疗。对两组患者的生存率与复发率进行随访统计,并分析影响预后的因素。结果:研究组和对照组患者1年无复发,生存率分别为100%和82.9%。2年无复发,生存率分别为94.3%和62.9%。术后使用伊马替尼辅助治疗能明显延长患者无复发生存时间。中危患者中,两组无复发,生存率无明显异常;高危患者中,研究组2例(5.7%)出现复发转移,对照组有13例(37.1%)出现肿瘤复发转移,两组无复发、生存率差异显著。危险度、肿瘤大小、有丝分裂数和伊马替尼辅助治疗是影响预后的独立性因素。结论:腹腔镜切除术联合伊马替尼治疗中危或高危胃肠道间质瘤患者能显著改善预后,提高其无复发生存率,治疗效果在高危患者中最为明显。 | Chaurasia Prasad Bidyanand 田夫 胡小苗 向进见 蒋雪峰 肖宝来 谢建平 | 2015 | 长江大学学报(自科版)(下旬)2015，12，4： | 3 |
| 5 | A rare case of langerhans cell histiocytosis of the gastrointestinal tract显示文摘Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) is a group of idiopathic disorders characterized by the proliferation of specialized,bone marrow-derived langerhans cells and mature eosinophils.The clinical spectrum ranges from an acute,fulminant,disseminated disease called LettererSiwe disease to solitary or few,indolent and chronic lesions of the bone or other organs called eosinophilic granuloma.Involvement of the gastrointestinal tract is very rare in LCH.We present the case of a 53-yearold woman referred by her primary care physician for a screening colonoscopy.A single sessile polyp,measuring 4 mm in size,was found in the rectum.Histopathological examination revealed that the lesion was relatively well circumscribed and comprised mainly a mixture of polygonal cells with moderate-to-abundant pink slightly granular cytoplasm.The nuclei within these cells had frequent grooves and were occasionally folded.Immunohistochemical staining was positive for CD1a which confirmed the diagnosis of LCH.On further workup,there was no evidence of involvement of any other organ.On follow up colonoscopy one year later,there was no evidence of disease recurrence.Review of the published literature revealed that LCH presenting as solitary colonic polyp is rare.However,with the increas-ing rates of screening colonoscopy,more colonic polyps may be identified as LCH on histopathology.This underscores the importance of recognizing this rare condition and ensuring proper follow-up to rule out systemic disease. | Uday Shankar Monika Prasad Om P Chaurasia | 2012 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2012，18，12： | 2 |
| 6 | Comparison of surgically induced astigmatism in various incisions in manual small incision cataract surgery显示文摘AIM: To determine the surgically induced astigmatism(SIA) in Straight, Frown and Inverted V shape(Chevron)incisions in manual small incision cataract surgery(SICS).METHODS: A prospective cross sectional study was done on a total of 75 patients aged 40 y and above with senile cataract. The patients were randomly divided into three groups(25 each). Each group received a particular type of incision(Straight, Frown or Inverted V shape incisions). Manual SICS with intraocular lens(IOL)implantation was performed. The patients were compared4 wk post operatively for uncorrected visual acuity(UCVA), best corrected visual acuity(BCVA) and SIA. All calculations were performed using the SIA calculator version 2.1, a free software program. The study was analyzed using SPSS version 15.0 statistical analysis software.RESULTS: The study found that 89.5% of patients in Straight incision group, 94.2% in Frown incision group and 95.7% in Inverted V group attained BCVA post-operatively in the range of 6/6 to 6/18.
