| 1 | Surveillance and diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma: A systematic review显示文摘BACKGROUND Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) appears in most of cases in patients with advanced liver disease and is currently the primary cause of death in this population.Surveillance of HCC has been proposed and recommended in clinical guidelines to obtain earlier diagnosis,but it is still controversial and is not accepted worldwide.AIM To review the actual evidence to support the surveillance programs in patients with cirrhosis as well as the diagnosis procedure.METHODS Systematic review of recent literature of surveillance (tools,interval,cost-benefit,target population) and the role of imaging diagnosis (radiological non-invasive diagnosis,optimal modality and agents) of HCC.RESULTS The benefits of surveillance of HCC,mainly with ultrasonography,have been assessed in several prospective and retrospective analysis,although the percentage of patients diagnosed in surveillance programs is still low.Surveillance of HCC permits diagnosis in early stages allows better access to curative treatment and increases life expectancy in patients with cirrhosis.HCC is a tumor with special radiological characteristics in computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging,which allows highly accurate diagnosis without routine biopsy confirmation.The actual recommendation is to perform biopsy only in indeterminate nodules.CONCLUSION The evidence supports the recommendation of performing surveillance of HCC in patients with cirrhosis susceptible of treatment,using ultrasonography every 6 mo.The diagnosis evaluation of HCC can be established based on noninvasive imaging criteria in patients with cirrhosis. | Sonia Pascual Cayetano Miralles Juan M Bernabé Javier Irurzun Mariana Planells | 2019 | World Journal of Clinical Cases2019，7，16： | 5 |
| 2 | Use of absorbable meshes in laparoscopic paraesophageal hernia repair显示文摘Paraesophageal hernia(PEH)repair is one of the most challenging upper gastrointestinal operations.Its high rate of recurrence is due mostly to the low quality of the crura and size of the hiatal defect.In an attempt to diminish the recurrence rates,some clinical investigators have begun performing meshreinforced cruroplasty with nonabsorbable meshes like polypropylene or polytetrafluoroethylene.The main problem with these materials is the occurrence,in some patients,of serious mesh-related morbidities,such as erosions into the stomach and the esophagus,some of which necessitate subsequent esophagectomy or gastrectomy.Absorbable meshes can be synthetic or biological and were introduced in recent years for PEH repair with the intent of diminishing the recurrence rates observed after primary repair alone but,theoretically,without the risks of morbidities presented by the nonabsorbable meshes.The current role of absorbable meshes in PEH repair is still under debate,since there are few data regarding their long-term efficacy,particularly in terms of recurrence rates,morbidity,need for revision,and quality of life.In this opinion review,we analyze all the presently available evidence of reinforced cruroplasty for PEH repair using nonabsorbable meshes(synthetic or biological),focusing particularly on recurrence rates,mesh-related morbidity,and long-term quality of life. | Bernabé M Quesada Adelina E Coturel | 2019 | World Journal of Gastrointestinal Surgery2019，11，10： | 4 |

| 4 | High performance novel flexible perovskite solar cell based on a low-cost-processed ZnO:Co electron transport layer显示文摘In this work,high quality uniform and dense nanostructured cobalt-doped zinc oxide(ZnO:Co)films were used as electron-transport layers in CH3NH3Pbl3-based planar heterojunction perovskite solar cells(PSCs)on a flexible conductive substrate.Highly photo catalytically active ZnO:Co films were prepared by a low cost hydrothermal process using the aqueous solution of zinc nitrate hexahydrate,hexamethylenete-tramine and cobalt(II)nitrate hexahydrate.ZnO:Co films were deposited on indium tin oxide(ITO)covered polyethylene terephthalate(PET)flexible substrates.The growth was controlled by maintaining the autoclave temperature at 150℃for 4 h.The CH3NH3Pbl3 layer was deposited on the ZnO:Co films by spin coating.Spiro-OMeTAD was employed as a hole-transporting material.The structural,morphology and optical properties of the grown ZnO nanostructures were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),field-emission scanning electron microcopy(FESEM),energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometry(EDX),ultraviolet-visible(UV-Vis)and photoelectrochemical propriety.XRD spectra showed that both ZnO and ZnO:Co nanorods had a hexagonal wurtzite structure with a strong preferred orientation along the(002)plane.The surface morphology of films was studied by FESEM and showed that both the pure and Co-doped ZnO films had hexagonal shaped nanorods.In the steady state,the ZnO electrode gave a photocurrent density of about 1.5 mA/cm2.However,the Co-doped ZnO electrode showed a photocurrent density of about 6 mA/cm^2,which is 4-fold higher than that of the ZnO electrode.Based on the above synthesized Co-doped ZnO films,the photovoltaic performance of PSCs was studied.The Co-doped ZnO layers had a significant impact on the photovoltaic conversion efficiency(PCE)of the PSCs.The latter was attributed to an efficient charge separation and transport due to the better coverage of perovskite on the nanostructured Co-doped ZnO films.As a result,the measured PCE under standard solar conditions(A M 1.5G,100 mW/cm^2)reached 7%.SCAPS-1D simulation was also performed to analyze the effect of the co-doped ZnO thin film on the corresponding solar cell performances. | Feriel Bouhjar Lotfi Derbali BernabéMari | 2020 | Nano Research2020，13，9： | 2 |
