1不同剂量(150mg/d与75mg/d)氯吡格雷治疗30d对患者血小板聚集的影响:随机、双盲研究显示文摘目的:探讨是否增加氯吡格雷维持剂量能增强对血小板聚集的抑制作用。方法和结果:60例经600mg氯吡格雷预治疗的患者在接受成功PCI术后12h内被纳入研究,以随机、双盲方式分为两组,分别接受氯吡格雷75mg/d或150mg/d治疗。PCI术后30d,分别采用光学聚集度测定和即时检测(VerifyNowTMP2Y12)方法测量血小板功能。Von Beckerath N. Kastrati A. Wieczorek A. 吴超能 2007世界核心医学期刊文摘(心脏病学分册)2007,,12:2
