1基于绝热实验活化能解算煤自然发火期显示文摘根据煤与氧反应的热平衡方程导出活化能E的计算公式,结合Boddington公式求得煤自然发火期计算模型。通过煤样的绝热氧化实验获得3个典型煤样自燃过程升温曲线,得出煤低温氧化和高温氧化状态下的不同氧化规律,煤在温度小于80℃时氧化不剧烈,温度升高缓慢,一旦温度超过100℃时氧化异常剧烈,温度迅速升高,难以控制。分析处理实验数据获得煤样的活化能E值,结合煤样自然发火模型求出典型煤样的自然发火期,与现场测量的实际值相差不大。但由于煤的自然发火期受各方面因素的影响,因此该模型在运用到实际情况时应进行相应的校正。李林 姜德义 B.B. 2湿度对煤自燃倾向性影响显示文摘煤自燃多因素影响的结果,主要是煤中的活性部位与空气中氧气的放热反应过程。水在煤氧化反应过程中起重要作用,湿度影响煤中氧化反应的活性结构,从而影响煤的自燃倾向性。通过2组干煤和湿煤煤样的绝热氧化实验,得到煤样绝热氧化温度随湿度变化曲线,表明煤的湿度对煤自热性质有明显的影响。由于氧化过程产生的热量不能弥补蒸发损失的热量,一般温度降到大约40%~50%左右,煤的自热会强烈增加。随着煤湿度的增加,煤的自热率也增加。姜德义 李林 Beamish B Basil 2008重庆大学学报(自然科学版)2008,31,12:17
