1Bactericidal and anti-adhesive properties of culinary and medicinal plants against Helicobacter pylori显示文摘AIM: To investigate the bactericidal and anti-adhesive properties of 25 plants against Helicobacter pylori (H pylori).METHODS: Twenty-five plants were boiled in water to produce aqueous extracts that simulate the effect of cooking. The bactericidal activity of the extracts was assessed by a standard kill-curve with seven strains of H pylori. The anti-adhesive property was assessed by the inhibition of binding of four strains of FITC-labeled H pylori to stomach sections. RESULTS: Of all the plants tested, eight plants, including Bengal quince, nightshade, garlic, dill, black pepper, coriander, fenugreek and black tea, were found to have no bactericidal effect on any of the isolates. Columbo weed, long pepper, parsley, tarragon, nutmeg, yellow-berried nightshade, threadstem carpetweed, sage and cinnamon had bactericidal activities against H pylori, but total inhibition of growth was not achieved in this study. Among the plants that killed H pylori, turmeric was the most efficient, followed by cumin, ginger, chilli, borage, black caraway, oregano and liquorice. Moreover, extracts of turmeric; borage and parsley were able to inhibit the adhesion of H pylori strains to the stomach sections.CONCLUSION: Several plants that were tested in our study had bactericidal and/or anti-adhesive effects on H pylori. 2沸石表面有机金属化学──ZSM-5外表面上—Ge(n-C_4H_9)_x基团的接枝及其性质研究显示文摘用气体分析及IR ,NMR和元素分析等方法研究了真空系统中 2 30和 2 80℃下四丁基锗在ZSM 5沸石表面上的接枝反应 ,并对所得沸石的热稳定性和吸附性质进行了表征 .与作者曾报道的在硅胶及丝光沸石上的反应类似 ,四丁基锗也能与ZSM 5沸石表面上的硅羟基发生缩合反应 ,在其外表面或孔口生成组成为 (≡Si—O) xGe(n C4 H9) 4-x(x =13)的表面有机锗化合物 .在 2 30℃接枝丁基锗基团不影响沸石的结构和表面积 ,仅改变它的孔口大小 .在改性后的沸石上 ,N2 的吸附性质没有改变 ,而不同分子尺寸的烃 ,如正己烷、2 甲基戊烷、2 ,3 二甲基丁烷却呈现出完全不同于起始ZSM 5沸石的择形吸附效应 .王绪绪 赵慧霞 付贤智 Frédéric LEFEBVRE Jean-Marie BASSET 2001高等学校化学学报2001,22,2:5
3Modification of the adsorption and catalytic properties of micro-and mesoporous materials by reactions with organometallic complexes显示文摘This review describes the work of two laboratories in the field of the modification of micro-and mesoporous molecular sieves through reactions with organometallic complexes.The modification of zeolites can occur inside the pore channels or on the external surface,depending on the size of the organometallic complex.When the modification occurs on the external surface,it results in a decrease of the pore entrance,which will lead in turn to a modification of the sorption properties of the zeolite,by decreasing the rate of the adsorption(mainly by a kinetic control).Such a material can be also used in catalysis,because the external acid sites,which are responsible for side-reactions,have been removed upon grafting.When small organometallic complexes are used,they can fill the channels and cages of the zeolite and react with internal hydroxyl groups.Due to the high acidity of zeolites,the reaction occurs very easily(for example at-100℃ on faujasite),in contrast to what is observed on the external surface,therefore leading to high metal loadings.In that case,the modification of the sorption properties will be mainly related to a thermodynamic control.The resulting materials can be useful in catalysis,by combining the activity of the organometallic complex and properties(for example shape-selectivity) of the zeolite.Modification of mesoporous molecular sieves occurs always in the pores and results in altering of the sorption properties of the solid,by changing the interaction type between the sorbent and the sorbate.For example the sorption isotherm of alkanes is changed from type II to type III according to the IUPAC nomenclature.LEFEBVRE Frédéric PUTAJ Piotr BASSET Jean-Marie 2010Science China Chemistry2010,53,9:4
4Preparation and Properties of Zirconium Hydrideon the surface of MCM-41 Mesoporous Molecular Sieves显示文摘Zirconium monohydride bonded to the framework oxygen of MCM-41 surface was prepared by the reaction of tetraneopentyl zirconium with MCM-41 surface hydroxyl groups, followed by the hydrogenolysis of the resulted product. The surface hydride was characterized by using infrared spectroscopy, solid-state NMR, elemental analysis, gas-phase chromatography and chemical probing reaction. 6A power supply module for autonomous portable electronics:ultralow-frequency MEMS electrostatic kinetic energy harvester with a comb structure reducing air damping显示文摘A MEMS electrostatic kinetic energy harvester(e-KEH)of about 1 cm2,working at ultralow frequency(1–20 Hz),without any supported additional mass on its mobile electrode,and working even without a vacuum environment is reported.The prototype is especially suitable for environments with abundant low frequency motions such as wearable electronics.The proposed e-KEH consists of a capacitor with a finger-teeth interdigited comb structure.This greatly reduces the air damping effect,and thus the capacitance variation remains important regardless of the presence of air.With the new design,the energy transduced per cycle of excitation is no less than 33 times higher than the classic design within 10–40 Hz/2 g_(peak),while is 85 times higher at 15 Hz/2 g_(peak).An enclosed miniature ball combined with non-linear stoppers enables the oscillation of the movable electrode through impact-based frequency up-conversion mechanism,which is also improved by the low air damping.Thanks to this new design,a higher efficiency than the classic gap-closing comb structure is obtained,as a larger range of working frequency(1–180 Hz)in air.A maximum energy conversion of 450 nJ/cycle is obtained with a bias voltage of 45 V and an acceleration of 11 Hz,3 g_(peak).Working with a diode AC-DC rectifier,the proposed KEH is able to support up to 3 RFID communications within 16 s while operated at 11 Hz,3 g_(peak).Yingxian Lu Frédéric Marty Dimitri Galayko Jean-Marc Laheurte Philippe Basset 2018Microsystems & Nanoengineering2018,4,1:2
