| 1 | Clinical and molecular features of young-onset colorectal cancer显示文摘Colorectal cancer(CRC) is one of the leading causes of cancer related mortality worldwide. Although young-onset CRC raises the possibility of a hereditary component, hereditary CRC syndromes only explain a minority of young-onset CRC cases. There is evidence to suggest that young-onset CRC have a different molecular profile than late-onset CRC. While the pathogenesis of young-onset CRC is well characterized in individuals with an inherited CRC syndrome, knowledge regarding the molecular features of sporadic young-onset CRC is limited. Understanding the molecular mechanisms of young-onset CRC can help us tailor specific screening and management strategies. While the incidence of late-onset CRC has been decreasing, mainly attributed to an increase in CRC screening, the incidence of young-onset CRC is increasing. Differences in the molecular biology of these tumors and low suspicion of CRC in young symptomatic individuals, may be possible explanations. Currently there is no evidence that supports that screening of average risk individuals less than 50 years of age will translate into early detection or increased survival. However, increasing understanding of the underlying molecular mechanisms of young-onset CRC could help us tailor specific screening and management strategies. | 2 | 器官捐献高等教育模式的探索与实践显示文摘中国器官移植事业的改革和法治化进程始于2007年首部器官移植法规《人体器官移植条例》的颁布。历经10年的探索,我国根据自身社会发展阶段和文化传统的具体情况,建立了一个遵循世界卫生组织指导原则和国际伦理准则且符合我国国情的国家器官捐献与移植体系。中欧双方一直重视在医学专业技术人员培训、临床科研等领域开展国际合作。多年来,双方开展了一系列卓有成效的合作项目,其中包括中欧10所大学联合向欧盟委员会“伊拉斯谟+”项目申报的“中欧器官捐献领导力培训及专业技术输送计划”。该课程旨在中国医学教育领域建立一个高等教育(研究生)新课程——器官捐献。课程融合中欧教育特点,以网络教学与临床实践相结合,联合培养了首批中国器官捐献国际师资团队及器官捐献管理人才,并正式出版了我国首部器官捐献高等教育专业双语教程——《中欧器官捐献管理(双语版)》。项目至今已成功培养了144名本地在职医务人员或在读医学研究生,并在导师指导下产出了40余篇学术论文。 | 中欧器官捐献领导力培训与专业技术输送计划课题组 江文诗 BALLESTE,Chloё | 2019 | 中华移植杂志(电子版)2019，13，3： | 7 |

| 5 | Sport participation and vigilance in children:Influence of different sport expertise显示文摘Purpose: The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between different types of sport expertise(externally-paced vs. self-paced sports) and vigilance performance in children by evaluating the cardiovascular fitness level of the participants.Methods: Three groups of children(11.0 § 0.2 years) differentiated in terms of their regular sport participation(football players, n = 20; track and field athletes, n = 20; non-athletic controls, n = 20) took part in the study. In one session, participants performed the Leger Multi-stage fitness test to estimate their aerobic fitness level. In another session, participants completed the Psychomotor Vigilance Task(PVT) to evaluate their vigilance performance under 2 conditions of velocity demands(normal vs. speed).Results: The results revealed that both groups of sport practitioners had higher cardiovascular fitness than non-athlete controls. In contrast, no significant differences in the performance PVT were found between track and field athletes and controls. Crucially, football players showed better performance in the PVT than track and field athletes and controls. These between-group differences were not modulated by the speed demands of the task.Conclusion: The major novel finding of this research points to a positive relationship between sport participation and vigilance performance during childhood.
