1Phylogenetic identification and microbial diversity in snow of the summit (8201m) of Cho Oyu Mountain,Tibet显示文摘The bacterial diversity and abundance in snow of the summit(8201 m) of Cho Oyu mountain,Tibet,were analyzed by 16S rRNA gene sequencing followed by scanning electronic microscopy analysis.Most of bacteria were found to be of spherical or oval shape(>95%).Bacterial 16S rDNA sequences were classified into 5 genera(Caulobacter,Ralstonia,Cupriavidus,Pelomonas and Pseudomonas).Gammaproteobacteria were the most abundant(91.25%) among the library that consists of 594 clones.The sequences found in this study are highly similar to those previously retrieved from other cold en-vironments,such as ice core,sea ice,permafrost and snow.The results showed that the cold and barren environments strongly influence the survival of bacteria.The high similarity among sequences retrieved from snow sample and other places,such as ocean,soil and water,suggested that the bacteria in snow,soil and water environments have the same origin.TONG XiaoMei CHEN Fang YU Jun HUA Sang ASAN Ciren LUOSANG JiangBai WANG Wei YU Liang ZHENG XiaoGuang WANG Jian 2008Chinese Science Bulletin2008,53,21:3
2用于HRP测定的一种主动式PDMS微混合器显示文摘微米尺度下的生物流体混合是生物微机电系统(BioMEMS)和分析化学等领域研究的重要问题之一,目前的混合方式多以被动式自由扩散为主,存在流体混合效率不高的现象.针对该问题,设计了一种主动式聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)微混合器.该装置利用脉冲气体对多个PDMS微隔膜进行顺序驱动,可实现微混合室中不同液体的快速混合和反应.同时,基于鲁米诺-过氧化氢体系的化学发光反应机理,以辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)作为催化剂,进行了微混合器最佳工作条件研究,基于HRP化学发光分析法和L25-5-6正交实验,确定出微混合器化学发光分析法的最优实验条件组合,并在此实验条件下完成了HRP的微量测定.实验结果表明,目前检测体系下线性范围为2.05×10-9 mol/L~2.05×10-8 mol/L,检测限为2.05×10-9 mol/L,检测反应时间小于2 min,可满足生物医学和分析化学领域对于物质测定方面的微量、快速的检测要求.詹志坤 童兆宏 曲艳丽 董再励 SRINIV ASAN Balaji 2011纳米技术与精密工程2011,9,2:3
3基于正交试验的泡沫脱硫石膏基复合材料性能研究显示文摘为了解掺和料对泡沫脱硫石膏材料各项性能的影响顺序,基于正交试验的方法,在脱硫建筑石膏中掺入复合硅酸盐水泥、粒化高炉矿渣粉、微硅粉3种掺合料,并通过物理发泡的方法制备泡沫脱硫石膏基复合胶凝材料,研究了泡沫脱硫石膏基复合材料硬化体的物理与力学性能,同时结合极差与方差分析对其进行影响因素大小判断。结果表明:微硅粉是影响泡沫脱硫石膏材料强度、吸水率及干密度的重要因素,而粒化高炉矿渣粉主要影响软化系数的大小。结合工程实际应用需求,通过极差与方差分析得出泡沫脱硫石膏基复合材料最佳试验方案为A_(2)B_(1)C_(2),即复合硅酸盐水泥掺量为12%、矿渣粉掺量为10%、微硅粉掺量为10%。MURZATAEV Asan 肖诗豪 付汝松 安红芳 孔德文 王玲玲 2023无机盐工业2023,55,4:2
