| 1 | 基于离散元法的旋耕过程土壤运动行为分析显示文摘土壤与耕作部件间的相互作用规律是设计和选用土壤耕作部件的基础。研究土壤和耕作部件间的相互作用规律就是要研究耕作部件对土壤产生的作用和它们之间的作用力,首先必须探讨耕作部件工作时土壤运动规律和施加于土壤的作用力。为此本文建立基于离散元方法的旋耕工作模型;对比分析实验与仿真的土壤位移:在土槽实验中采用示踪块方法测量土壤位移,仿真中通过追踪表层土壤颗粒的运动获得仿真位移;利用实验和仿真数据对土壤位移和运动机理进行分析。结果表明:土壤水平和侧向位移都随着转速增加呈现增加的趋势;土壤的水平运动位移总是大于同转速下的侧向位移。浅层土壤颗粒的运动位移最大,中层土壤次之,深层土壤最小。较深位置的土壤,距离旋转中心越近的土壤颗粒水平位移和侧向位移越大。在旋耕刀切土范围内的土壤,有向相反方向运动趋势的浅、中、深层颗粒比例分别为26.2%、72.1%、48.4%。在水平力作用下,大部分土壤颗粒随着旋耕刀切土有向后运动的行为;土壤在开始时刻的侧向受力和侧向运动方向,由颗粒的侧向位置是否偏离侧切刃轴线决定,位于侧切刃轴线左侧的颗粒,则其侧向力向左,反之亦然;土壤在垂直方向先随着刀具入土向下运动,然后滑出刀刃边界被抛起。本文建立的仿真模型得到的土壤水平位移和侧向位移与相应实验值的误差为24.9%和15.3%。本文运用离散元法进行旋耕过程中土壤宏观和细观运动行为的分析,有助于理解旋耕刀与土壤的相互作用机理,为旋耕机械的设计与优化提供理论依据。 | 方会敏 姬长英 Farman Ali Chandio 郭俊 张庆怡 Chaudhry Arslan | 2016 | 农业机械学报2016,47,3: | 110 |
| 2 | Obesity, fatty liver disease and intestinal microbiota显示文摘Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) is a chronic liver disorder that is increasing in prevalence with the worldwide epidemic of obesity. NAFLD is the hepatic manifestation of the metabolic syndrome. The term NAFLD describes a spectrum of liver pathology ranges from simple steatosis to steatosis with inflammation nonalcoholic steatohepatitis and even cirrhosis. Metabolic syndrome and NAFLD also predict hepatocellular carcinoma. Many genetic and environmental factors have been suggested to contribute to the development of obesity and NAFLD, but the exact mechanisms are not known. Intestinal ecosystem contains trillions of microorganisms including bacteria, Archaea, yeasts and viruses. Several studies support the relationship between the intestinal microbial changes and obesity and also its complications, including insulin resistance and NAFLD. Given that the gut and liver are connected by the portal venous system, it makes the liver more vulnerable to translocation of bacteria, bacterial products, endotoxins or secreted cytokines. Altered intestinal microbiota(dysbiosis) may stimulate hepatic fat deposition through several mechanisms: regulation of gut permeability, increasing low-grade inflammation, modulation of dietary choline metabolism, regulation of bile acid metabolism and producing endogenous ethanol. | 5 | Periodontopathogen profile of healthy and oral lichen planus patients with gingivitis or periodontitis显示文摘Oral lichen planus (OLP) is a chronic inflammatory disease that is frequently detected in oral tissues. The aim of our study was to identify the prevalence of the detection of periodontopathogenic microorganisms (Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans, Porphyromonas gingivalis, Prevotella intermedia, Tannerella forsythia and Treponema denticola in OLP patients and to compare with this prevalence of periodontopathogenic microorganisms in healthy non-OLP patients. Our study included 27 (18 chronic periodontitis (OLPP) and 9 gingivitis (OLPG)) patients diagnosed with OLP along with 26 (13 chronic periodontitis (HP) and 13 gingivitis (HG)) healthy non-OLP patients. The multiplex polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with subsequent reverse hybridization method (micro-IDent) was used for identifying periodontopathogenic microorganisms present in subgingival plaque samples. The percentages of detection for A. actinomycetemcomitans, P. gingivalis, P. intermedia, T. forsythia and T. denticola in subgingival plaque samples taken from OLP patients (OLPG and OLPP) were 18.5%, 85.1%, 81.4%, 88.8% and 74%, respectively. Meanwhile, in the non-OLP patients (HG and HP), these values were 7.6%, 50%, 46.1%, 73% and 57.7%, respectively. Thus, comparing the non-OLP groups with the OLP groups, the periodontopathogens' percentages of detection in the OLP groups were higher than those in the non-OLP groups. According to our study results, OLP patients have higher levels of infection with A. actinomycetemcomitans, P. gingivalis, P. intermedia, T. forsythia and T. denticola than non-OLP patients. | 8 | Microbial profile and antibiotic sensitivity pattern in bile cultures from endoscopic retrograde cholangiography patients显示文摘AIM:To identify the frequency of bacterial growth,the most commonly grown bacteria and their antibiotic susceptibility,and risk factors for bacterial colonization in bile collected from patients with different biliary diseases.METHODS:This prospective study was conducted between April 2010 and August 2011.Patients with various biliary disorders were included.Bile was aspirated by placing a single-use,5F,standard sphincterotome catheter into the bile duct before the injection of contrast agent during endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreaticography (ERCP).Bile specimens were transported to the microbiology laboratory in blood culture bottles within an anaerobic transport system.Bacteria were cultured and identified according to the standard protocol used in our clinical microbiology laboratory.The susceptibilities of the organisms recovered were identified using antimicrobial disks,chosen according to the initial gram stain of the positive cultures.RESULTS:Ninety-one patients (27% male,mean age 53.7 ± 17.5 years,range:17-86 years) were included in the study.The main indication for ERCP was benign biliary disease in 79 patients and malignant disease in 12 patients.The bile culture was positive for bacterial growth in 46 out of 91 (50.5%) patients.The most frequently encountered organisms were Gram-negative bacteria including Escherichia coli (28.2%),Pseudomonas (17.3%) and Stenotrophomonas maltophilia (15.2%).There were no significant differences between patients with malignant and benign disease (58% vs 49%,P = 0.474),patients with acute cholangitis and without acute cholangitis (52.9% vs 50%,P = 0.827),patients who were empirically administered antibiotics before intervention and not administered (51.4% vs 60.7%,P = 0.384),with regard to the bacteriobilia.We observed a large covering spectrum or low resistance to meropenem,amikacin and imipenem.CONCLUSION:We did not find a significant risk factor for bacteriobilia in patients with biliary obstruction.A bile sample for microbiological analysis may become a valuable diagnostic tool as it leads to more accurate selection of antibiotics for the treatment of cholangitis. | Muhsin Kaya Remzi Bestas Fatma Bacalan Ferhat Bacaksz Esma Gülsun Arslan Mehmet Ali Kaplan | 2012 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2012,18,27: | 13 |
| 9 | 稻麦秸秆旋耕作业中受力与位移分析显示文摘常见稻麦秸秆在实际作业过程中与刀具作用发生2种变形:挤压秸秆发生弯曲变形和剪切秸秆发生剪切变形,根据2种变形设置弯曲试验和剪切试验,分别测试15~30 mm/min加载速率下弯曲强度和剪切强度。试验结果表明,小麦秸秆抗弯强度随着加载速率增加而减小;水稻秸秆抗弯强度随着转速增加,表现为先增加后减小。小麦秸秆剪切强度随着加载速率增加,表现为先增加后减小;水稻秸秆剪切强度随着加载速率增加而增加。其次在田间试验中,根据2种变形设置横纵向秸秆以及180~280 r/min的刀轴转速,并对其反旋作业。采用同位素示踪法,即根据标记秸秆前后坐标变化值来代替机具在幅宽范围内纵横向秸秆的位移变化,将得到的标记点坐标在三维坐标系中用Matlab绘制成曲线,该曲线形状与旋耕刀片在刀轴上排列相似。耕作后位移和坐标结果表明:水稻秸秆位移大于小麦秸秆位移,水稻秸秆标记点位移变化较小麦秸秆标记点位移变化均匀;2种秸秆排列方式对应2种分布情况:纵向标记秸秆坐标在X轴上以零点对称分布,横向标记秸秆坐标在X、Z轴上两侧对称分布。基于以上因素考虑,实际作业中,选择刀轴转速230 r/min以及改变秸秆在田间排列方式,以使秸秆还田效果达到更佳。 | 郭俊 姬长英 Chaudhry Arslan 方会敏 张庆怡 | 2016 | 农业机械学报2016,47,10: | 12 |

| 11 | IFN-γ,establishes interferon-stimulated gene-mediated antiviral state against Newcastle disease virus in chicken fibroblasts显示文摘Newcastle disease virus(NDV)causes severe economic losses through severe morbidity and mortality and poses a significant threat to the global poultry industry.Significant efforts have been made to develop novel vaccines and therapeutics;however,the interaction of NDV with the host is not yet fully understood.Interferons(IFNs),an integral component of innate immune signaling,act as the first line of defense against invading viruses.Compared with the mammalian repertoire of IFNs,limited information is available on the antiviral potential of IFNs in chickens.Here,we expressed chicken IFN-γ(chlFN-γ)using a baculovirus expression vector system,characterized its antiviral potential against NDV,and determined its antiviral potential.Priming of chicken embryo fibroblasts with chlFN-γelicited an antiviral environment in primary cells,which was mainly due to interferon-stimulated genes(ISGs).A genome-wide transcriptomics approach was used to elucidate the possible signaling pathways associated with IFN-γ-induced immune responses.RNA-sequencing(RNA-seq)data revealed significant induction of ISG-associated pathways,activated temporal expression of ISGs,antiviral mediators,and transcriptional regulators in a cascade of antiviral responses.Collectiv(e)ly,we found that IFN-γsignificantly elicited an antiviral response against NDV infection.These data provide a foundation for chlFN-γ-mediated antiviral responses and underpin functional annotation of these important chlFN-γ,-induced antiviral influencers. | Xin Yang Mehboob Arslan Xingjian Liu Haozhi Song Mengtan Du YinüLi Zhifang Zhang | 2020 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2020,52,3: | 9 |
| 12 | Sonography of the small intestine显示文摘In the last two decades, there has been substantial development in the diagnostic possibilities for examining the small intestine. Compared with computerized tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, capsule endoscopy and double-balloon endoscopy, ultrasonography has the advantage of being cheap, portable, flexible and user-and patient-friendly, while at the same time providing the clinician with image data of high temporal and spatial resolution. The method has limitations with penetration in obesity and with intestinal air impairing image quality. The flexibility ultrasonography offers the examiner also implies that a systematic approach during scanning is needed. This paper reviews the basic scanning techniques and new modalities such as contrast-enhanced ultrasound, elastography, strain rate imaging, hydrosonography, allergosonography, endoscopic sonography and nutritional imaging, and the literature on disease-specific findings in the small intestine. Some of these methods have shown clinical benefit, while others are under research and development to establish their role in the diagnostic repertoire. However, along with improved overall image quality of new ultrasound scanners, these methodshave enabled more anatomical and physiological changes in the small intestine to be observed. | 13 | Importance of antimicrobial susceptibility testing for the management of eradication in Helicobacter pylori infection显示文摘The management of Helicobacter pylori(H. pylori) infection treatment differs from the common treatment protocol for other infectious diseases. Because culture-or molecular-guided approaches face several practical issues, such as the invasive procedures required to obtain gastric biopsy specimens and the lack of availability of routine laboratory testing in some places, H. pylori treatment includes the administration of two or three empirically selected antibiotics combined with a proton pump inhibitor rather than evidence-based eradication treatment. The efficacy of empirical therapy is decreasing, mostly due to increasing multiple resistance. Multiresistance to levofloxacin, clarithromycin, and metronidazole, which are commonly used in empirical treatments, appears to have increased in many countries. Mutations play a primary role in the antimicrobial resistance of H. pylori, but many different mechanisms can be involved in the development of antibiotic resistance. Determining and understanding these possible mechanisms might allow the development of new methods for the detection of H. pylori and the determination of antimicrobial resistance. A treatment based on the detection of antimicrobial resistance is usually more effective than empirical treatment. Nevertheless, such an approach before treatment is still not recommended in the Maastricht guidelines due to the difficulty associated with the routine application of available cultureor molecular-based susceptibility tests, which are usually administered in cases of treatment failure. Though, these batteries are fully adopted, widely used and commercialized, but researchers are still extensively working on their constituent materials and developing technology to improve their performance. A major part of related research activities is devoted to the electrode of the battery for improvement in its performance thereby addressing issues like safety, lifetime, specific capacity, energy density and most importantly abundance and cost. There are number of cathode materials that have been proposed and tested at laboratory scale and subsequently utilized in commercialized batteries ever since the appearance of LIBs. | 18 | Petrogenesis of the late Cretaceous Turnagol intrusion in the eastern Pontides:Implications for magma genesis in the arc setting显示文摘A series of Cretaceous plutons is present in the eastern Pontides of northeastern Turkey.The Turnagl intrusion is the least studied and,thus,the least understood plutons in the orogen.This intrusion consists of hornblende-biotite granodiorites emplaced at 78 Ma based on LA-ICP-MS U-Pb zircon dating.It is of sub- alkaline affinity,belongs to the medium- to high-K calc-alkaline series,and displays features typical of Itype granites.The rocks of the intrusion are enriched in large-ion lithophile elements and light rare earthelements with negative Eu anomalies(Eu/Eu*= 0.69-0.82),but are deficient in high-field-strength elements.They have a small range of (87Sr/86Sr)i(0.7060-0.7063),εNdi(-2.6 to -3.1),and δ18O(+8.1 to +9.1) values.Their Pb isotopic ratios are 206Pb/204Pb = 18.63-18.65,207Pb/204Pb = 15.62-15.63,and 208Pb/204Pb = 38.53-38.55.The fractionation of plagioclase,hornblende,and Fe-Ti oxides had key functions in the evolution of the Tumagl intrusion.The crystallization temperatures of the melts ranged from 758 to 885℃ as determined by zircon and apatite saturation thermometry.All these characteristics,combined with the low values of K2O/Na2O and(Na2O + K2O)/(FeOt+MgO + TiO2),as well as the high values of (CaO + FeOt + MgO + TiO2).suggest an origin by dehydration melting from a metabasaltic lowercrustal source. | Abdullah Kaygusuz Ferkan Sipahi Nurdane Ilbeyli Mehmet Arslan Bin Chen Emre Aydincakir | 2013 | Geoscience Frontiers2013,4,4: | 4 |

| 20 | Elemental composition of rice using calibration free laser induced breakdown spectroscopy显示文摘In this paper, we apply laser induce breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) to determine the elemental composition of different parts(root, stem and seed) of the rice plant and determine their weighted concentration using calibration free laser induced breakdown spectroscopy (CF-LIBS) technique. Ca, Fe and K are identified as major elements, while C, Ti, Mg, Si, Li, Ba, Sr, Cr, Na and Al as minor elements. We also detect the H-alpha line of hydrogen in the spectrum and determine the electron number density. The electron number density and its behavior as a function of laser energy, laser wavelength and the detector position are investigated.
