1高胚胎再生能力大豆品种的筛选和培养方法改进(英文)显示文摘应用离体培养的方法,从本地10个,巴西5个和美国2个合计17个大豆品种中筛选出廉江、浙春、Perry、BRS07和Chief等5个体细胞胚胎再生能力强的品种,并在此基础上对这5个品种的培养基生长素浓度进行优化.对于廉江、浙春、Perry和BRS,最合适的2,4-D质量浓度为2mg/L,而对于Chief的最合适质量浓度为5mg/L.此外,在以Perry和BRS07为材料进行的另一个试验中发现,当同为5mg/L的硫酸铜和硝酸银同时添加到培养基时对促进体细胞胚胎的形成具有协同作用.Amarasinghe Arachchige Yasarathna AMARASINGHE 杨跃生 2005华南农业大学学报2005,26,1:3
