1秸秆-土壤-旋耕刀系统中秸秆位移仿真分析显示文摘秸秆-土壤-旋耕刀之间的相互作用机理对于分析耕作过程有着重要作用。为研究秸秆-土壤-旋耕刀的宏观及微观相互作用,对系统中的秸秆位移进行了仿真分析。首先建立了秸秆-土壤-旋耕刀相互作用的三维离散元模型;其次,对仿真结果与室内土槽实验结果进行对比分析,在土槽实验中采用示踪器方法测量秸秆位移;仿真中导出每个时刻的秸秆位置用来描述秸秆仿真位移;最后,利用仿真数据对秸秆位移进行三维分析。实验和仿真都在恒定前进速度0.222 m/s和耕深100 mm及4种转速(77、100、123、146 r/min)下进行。实验与仿真结果皆显示秸秆位移随着转速增加呈现增加的趋势;秸秆的水平运动位移总是大于同转速下的侧向位移;高转速下的实验与仿真位移误差约为40%,低转速下为70%。利用拟合的误差方程和仿真值可以估算秸秆的水平和侧向位移值,估算值与实验值误差为8.7%和9.3%。通过追踪不同位置的秸秆颗粒发现:初始位置不同的秸秆颗粒具有不同的运动:位于正切刃内侧的秸秆在刀刃切开土壤时,沿正切刃边缘滑出;而位于侧切刃下方的秸秆在开始时被侧切刃挤压随刀刃一起运动,而后随土壤一起被抛起;远离旋耕刀工作范围的秸秆,则因受土壤扰动影响而仅有微小的位移。紧靠侧切刃及过渡刃周围的秸秆颗粒在考察时间段内被直接旋耕入土。可以利用秸秆的垂直方向受力情况,优化旋耕刀刃口曲线提高秸秆在旋耕过程中直接入土的比例;还可以整合秸秆水平和侧向位移及分布,寻找最优工作参数使秸秆在3个方向都能均匀分散,从而提高秸秆分布均匀度。方会敏 姬长英 Ahmed Ali Tagar 张庆怡 郭俊 2016农业机械学报2016,47,1:101
2基于离散元法的旋耕过程土壤运动行为分析显示文摘土壤与耕作部件间的相互作用规律是设计和选用土壤耕作部件的基础。研究土壤和耕作部件间的相互作用规律就是要研究耕作部件对土壤产生的作用和它们之间的作用力,首先必须探讨耕作部件工作时土壤运动规律和施加于土壤的作用力。为此本文建立基于离散元方法的旋耕工作模型;对比分析实验与仿真的土壤位移:在土槽实验中采用示踪块方法测量土壤位移,仿真中通过追踪表层土壤颗粒的运动获得仿真位移;利用实验和仿真数据对土壤位移和运动机理进行分析。结果表明:土壤水平和侧向位移都随着转速增加呈现增加的趋势;土壤的水平运动位移总是大于同转速下的侧向位移。浅层土壤颗粒的运动位移最大,中层土壤次之,深层土壤最小。较深位置的土壤,距离旋转中心越近的土壤颗粒水平位移和侧向位移越大。在旋耕刀切土范围内的土壤,有向相反方向运动趋势的浅、中、深层颗粒比例分别为26.2%、72.1%、48.4%。在水平力作用下,大部分土壤颗粒随着旋耕刀切土有向后运动的行为;土壤在开始时刻的侧向受力和侧向运动方向,由颗粒的侧向位置是否偏离侧切刃轴线决定,位于侧切刃轴线左侧的颗粒,则其侧向力向左,反之亦然;土壤在垂直方向先随着刀具入土向下运动,然后滑出刀刃边界被抛起。本文建立的仿真模型得到的土壤水平位移和侧向位移与相应实验值的误差为24.9%和15.3%。本文运用离散元法进行旋耕过程中土壤宏观和细观运动行为的分析,有助于理解旋耕刀与土壤的相互作用机理,为旋耕机械的设计与优化提供理论依据。方会敏 姬长英 Farman Ali Chandio 郭俊 张庆怡 Chaudhry Arslan 2016农业机械学报2016,47,3:110

5膈肌超声:一种预测机械通气患者撤机结局的新方法显示文摘目的:评价超声检查膈肌增厚和活动度对机械通气患者撤机结局的预测价值。方法:纳入54例成功通过自主呼吸试验(SBT)的患者进行研究。SBT过程中,采用超声检查评估患者的膈肌活动度、吸气末和呼气末的膈肌厚度(Tdi)以及膈肌增厚分数(DTF%);同时记录常规的撤机参数。撤机后,追踪观察患者48小时。结果:54例患者中,14例(25.9%)患者撤机失败。撤机成功患者的膈肌活动度、吸气末和呼气末Tdi以及DTF%均高于撤机失败的患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与撤机成功相关的膈肌指标的临界值为:膈肌活动度≥10.5mm;吸气末Tdi≥21mm;呼气末Tdi≥10.5mm;DTF%≥34.2%。各指标预测撤机成功的敏感性分别为87.5%、77.5%、80.0%和90.0%;特异性分别为71.5%、86.6%、50.0%和64.3%。将膈肌活动度≥10.5mm和吸气末Tdi≥21mm两者结合,预测撤机成功的敏感性降低至64.9%,但特异性升高至100%;浅快呼吸指数(RSBI)<105用于预测撤机成功的敏感性达90.0%,但特异性仅有18.7%。结论:对通过SBT的患者,膈肌活动度和吸气末膈肌厚度的超声评估,是优质的机械通气患者撤机结局的预测指标。因此,推荐考虑使用上述指标和RSBI,以改善撤机结局。Shereen Farghaly Ali A.Hasan 2017中国护理管理2017,17,1:61
6Clinical epidemiology and disease burden of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease显示文摘Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) is defined as the presence of hepatic fat accumulation after the exclusion of other causes of hepatic steatosis, including other causes of liver disease, excessive alcohol consumption, and other conditions that may lead to hepatic steatosis. NAFLD encompasses a broad clinical spectrum ranging from nonalcoholic fatty liver to nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH), advanced fibrosis, cirrhosis, and finally hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC). NAFLD is the most common liver disease in the world and NASH may soon become the most common indication for liver transplantation. Ongoing persistence of obesity with increasing rate of diabetes will increase the prevalence of NAFLD, and as this population ages, many will develop cirrhosis and end-stage liver disease. There has been a general increase in the prevalence of NAFLD, with Asia leading the rise, yet the United States is following closely behind with a rising prevalence from 15% in 2005 to 25% within 5 years. NAFLD is commonly associated with metabolic comorbidities, including obesity, type Ⅱ diabetes, dyslipidemia, and metabolic syndrome. Our understanding of the pathophysiology of NAFLD is constantly evolving. Based on NAFLD subtypes, it has the potential to progress into advanced fibrosis, end-stage liver disease and HCC. The increasing prevalence of NAFLD with advanced fibrosis, is concerning because patients appear toexperience higher liver-related and non-liver-related mortality than the general population. 9Injectable hydrogels for cartilage and bone tissue engineering显示文摘Tissue engineering has become a promising strategy for repairing damaged cartilage and bone tissue. Among the scaffolds for tissue-engineering applications, injectable hydrogels have demonstrated great potential for use as three-dimensional cell culture scaffolds in cartilage and bone tissue engineering, owing to their high water content, similarity to the natural extracellular matrix(ECM), porous framework for cell transplantation and proliferation, minimal invasive properties, and ability to match irregular defects. In this review, we describe the selection of appropriate biomaterials and fabrication methods to prepare novel injectable hydrogels for cartilage and bone tissue engineering. In addition, the biology of cartilage and the bony ECM is also summarized. 12p16 promoter hypermethylation:A useful serum marker for early detection of gastric cancer显示文摘AIM: To determine p16 promoter hypermethylation in gastric tumoral tissue and serum samples, its impact on p16-protein expression, and correlation with clinical and histological features. METHODS: Samples were obtained from 52 histologically confirmed cases of gastric adenocarcinoma. Gastric tissue and serum of 50 age- and sex-matched individuals with normal gastroscopy and biopsy were obtained as control samples. Methylation-specific polymerase chain reaction (MSP) was used to evaluate methylation status of p16 promoter. p16-protein expression was analyzed by immunohistochemical staining on paraffin-embedded sections. RESULTS: Methylation was detected in 44.2% (23/52) of tumoral tissues. 60.9% of them were also methylated in serum, i.e., 26.9% of all patients (14/52). Methylation was not detected in tissue and sera of control samples. p16-protein expression was decreased in 61.5% of cases (32/52), and was significantly associated with promoter hypermethylation (P < 0.001). Methylation was significantly more frequent in higher pathological grades (P < 0.05). Methylation was not associated with other clinicopathological features and environmental factors including H pylori infection and smoking. CONCLUSION: p16 promoter hypermethylation is an important event in gastric carcinogenesis. It is the principle mechanism of p16 gene silencing. It is related to malignant tumor behavior. 13Numerical and experimental direct shear tests for coarse-grained soils显示文摘The presence of particles larger than the permissible dimensions of conventional laboratory specimens causes difficulty in the determination of shear strength of coarse-grained soils. In this research, the influence of particle size on shear strength of coarse-grained soils was investigated by resorting to experimental tests in different scale and numerical simulations based on discrete element method (DEM). Experimental tests on such soil specimens were based on using the techniques designated as 'parallel' and 'scalping' to prepare gradation of samples in view of the limitation of laboratory specimen size. As a second approach, the direct shear test was numerically simulated on assemblies of elliptical particles. The behaviors of samples under experimental and numerical tests are presented and compared, indicating that the modification of sample gradation has a significant influence on the mechanical properties of coarse-grained soils. It is noted that the shear strengths of samples produced by the scalping method are higher than samples by the parallel method. The scalping method for preparing specimens for direct shear test is therefore recommended. 17浙江天童常绿阔叶林不同演替阶段地表凋落物的C:N:P化学计量特征显示文摘地表凋落物在森林物质循环中起着重要作用,但是目前缺乏对其不同分解层次中碳(C)、氮(N)、磷(P)演替动态的研究。该文以浙江天童常绿阔叶林为研究对象,用空间代替时间序列的方法,通过测定5个演替阶段地表凋落物不同分解层次的凋落物量、有机碳库和氮磷养分库的储量及C:N:P化学计量特征,探讨地表凋落物特征的演替动态。结果表明:1)随着演替的进行,地表凋落物量和有机碳储量呈现下降的趋势。2)在各演替阶段,有机碳含量在各分解层表现出未分解层(L)>半分解层(F)>已分解层(Y)的趋势;有机碳储量均表现为YF>L,且各层氮含量随着演替的进行均趋于升高。4)磷含量在演替中期群落最低,各演替阶段不同分解层的磷含量皆表现为Y>F>L。磷储量的演替趋势不明显。L层磷储量随着演替进行趋于降低。5)随着演替进行,凋落物C:N、C:P和N:P皆趋于下降(p<0.05)。在各分解层之间,C:N和C:P皆表现为Y马文济 赵延涛 张晴晴 Ali ARSHAD 史青茹 阎恩荣 2014植物生态学报2014,38,8:50
18种植密度对玉米-大豆带状间作下大豆光合、产量及茎秆抗倒的影响显示文摘【目的】阐明玉米-大豆带状间作下大豆植株冠层在不同种植密度下的光环境变化规律,明确种植密度对间作大豆叶片光合特性、产量形成及茎秆抗倒的影响,为构建寡日照地区间作大豆合理群体密度提供理论参考。【方法】本研究以大豆(川豆-16)和玉米(正红-505)为试验材料。采用双因素随机区组设计,主因素为种植方式,设玉米-大豆带状间作和大豆带状单作2个水平,副因素为大豆的3个种植密度(PD1=17株/m^(2),PD2=20株/m^(2),PD3=25株/m^(2)),研究种植密度对间作大豆冠层内部光环境变化、叶片光合特性、植株生长动态、田间倒伏率及产量构成等的影响。【结果】2年结果表明,在玉米-大豆带状间作系统中,大豆生长中后期受高位作物玉米遮荫和自荫性增加的影响,其植株群体冠层内部的光合有效辐射(PAR)、叶面积指数(LAI)、叶片光合能力、分枝数及产量显著降低,但受玉米影响的程度因大豆种植密度的不同而不同。在间作模式下,PD1和PD2处理的大豆植株群体冠层光合有效辐射比PD3处理分别增加了45.4%和24.8%,净光合速率分别增加了46.1%和12.3%,单株有效荚数分别增加了53.2%和27.2%,单株分枝数分别增加了270.4%和140.9%,田间倒伏率分别降低了50.3%和19.3%。相关性分析发现,间作大豆的田间倒伏率与冠层内部光合有效辐射、叶片净光合速率、茎秆抗折力、茎叶干物质比、单株分枝数及单株有效荚数呈显著负相关,与株高、叶面积指数和单株无效荚数呈显著正相关。【结论】在玉米-大豆带状间作模式下,20株/m^(2)的大豆密度(PD2)有利于创造良好的群体冠层内部光环境,降低植株田间大豆倒伏率,增加光合产物积累,从而提高大豆产量。程彬 刘卫国 王莉 许梅 覃思思 卢俊吉 高阳 李淑贤 Ali RAZA 张熠 Irshan AHMAD 敬树忠 刘然金 杨文钰 2021中国农业科学2021,54,19:42
19Discovery of direct inhibitors of Keap1–Nrf2 protein–protein interaction as potential therapeutic and preventive agents显示文摘The Keap1–Nrf2–ARE pathway is an important antioxidant defense mechanism that protects cells from oxidative stress and the Keap1–Nrf2 protein–protein interaction(PPI) has become an important drug target to upregulate the expression of ARE-controlled cytoprotective oxidative stress response enzymes in the development of therapeutic and preventive agents for a number of diseases and conditions. However, most known Nrf2 activators/ARE inducers are indirect inhibitors of Keap1–Nrf2PPI and they are electrophilic species that act by modifying the sulfhydryl groups of Keap1's cysteine residues. The electrophilicity of these indirect inhibitors may cause 'off-target' side effects by reacting with cysteine residues of other important cellular proteins. Efforts have recently been focused on the development of direct inhibitors of Keap1–Nrf2 PPI. This article reviews these recent research efforts including the development of high throughput screening assays, the discovery of peptide and small molecule direct inhibitors, and the biophysical characterization of the binding of these inhibitors to the target Keap1 Kelch domain protein. 20Accuracy of urea breath test in Helicobacter pylori infection: Meta-analysis显示文摘AIM: To quantitatively summarize and appraise the available evidence of urea breath test(UBT) use to diagnose Helicobacter pylori(H. pylori) infection in patients with dyspepsia and provide pooled diagnostic accuracy measures.METHODS: We searched MEDLINE, EMBASE, Cochrane library and other databases for studies addressing the value of UBT in the diagnosis of H. pylori infection. We included cross-sectional studies that evaluated the diagnostic accuracy of UBT in adult patients with dyspeptic symptoms. Risk of bias was assessed using QUADAS(Quality Assessment of Diagnostic Accuracy Studies)-2 tool. Diagnostic accuracy measures were pooled using the random-effects model. Subgroup analysis was conducted by UBT type(13C vs 14C) and by measurement technique(Infrared spectrometry vs Isotope Ratio Mass Spectrometry).RESULTS: Out of 1380 studies identified, only 23 met the eligibility criteria. Fourteen studies(61%) evaluated 13 C UBT and 9 studies(39%) evaluated 14 C UBT. There was significant variation in the type of reference standard tests used across studies.Pooled sensitivity was 0.96(95%CI: 0.95-0.97) andpooled specificity was 0.93(95%CI: 0.91-0.94). Likelihood ratio for a positive test was 12 and for a negative test was 0.05 with an area under thecurve of 0.985. Meta-analyses were associated with a significant statistical heterogeneity that remained unexplained after subgroup analysis. The included studies had a moderate risk of bias.CONCLUSION: UBT has high diagnostic accuracy for detecting H. pylori infection in patients with dyspepsia.
