| 1 | Paleoproterozoic Nb-enriched meta-gabbros in the Quanji Massif,NW China:Implications for assembly of the Columbia supercontinent显示文摘Diverse models have been proposed for the role of the Tarim Craton within the Paleoproterozoic Columbia supercontinent assembly. Here we report a suite of-1.71 Ga Nb-enriched meta-gabbro lenses in the eastern Quanji Massif, within the Tarim Craton in NW China. The meta-gabbroic rocks have Nb contents of 11.5-16.4 ppm with Nb/La ratios varying from 0.84 to 1.02((Nb/La)_N = 0.81-0.98) and Nb/U ratios from 38.0 to 47.2. They show low SiO_2(45.1-48.5 wt.%) and MgO(5.96-6.81 wt.%) and Mg#(Mg# = Mg/(Mg + Fe) = 43.5-47.7), high FeO^t(13.0-15.7 wt.%) and moderate Ti02(1.70-2.51 wt.%).with tholeiitic affinities. These rocks possess low fractionated REE patterns without obvious Eu anomalies(Eu/Eu~* = 0.87-1.02). Their primitive mantle-normalized elements patterns display significant Zr-Hf troughs, positive Nb anomalies, weak negative Ti and P anomalies, and high contents of Rb and Ba,resembling Nb-enriched basalts generated in arc-related tectonic settings. Their arc-like geochemical signatures together with whole rock εNd(t) values of 0.4-2.1 and corresponding old T_(DM)(2.22-2.37 Ga)as well as(^(143)Nd/^(144)Nd)_t and(^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr)t(t = 1712 Ma) values of 0.5104-0.5105 and 0.7030-0.7058,respectively, suggest that their precursor magma originated from mantle wedge peridotite metasomatised by subduction-derived melts. | 2 | Gastrointestinal and hepatic diseases during the COVID-19 pandemic:Manifestations,mechanism and management显示文摘Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)is considered the causative pathogen of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)and has become an international danger to human health.Although respiratory transmission and symptoms are still the essential manifestations of COVID-19,the digestive system could be an unconventional or supplementary route for COVID-19 to be transmitted and manifested,most likely due to the presence of angiotensin-converting enzyme 2(ACE2)in the gastrointestinal tract.In addition,SARS-CoV-2 can trigger hepatic injury via direct binding to the ACE2 receptor in cholangiocytes,antibodydependent enhancement of infection,systemic inflammatory response syndrome,inflammatory cytokine storms,ischemia/reperfusion injury,and adverse events of treatment drugs.Gastrointestinal symptoms,including anorexia,nausea,vomiting,and diarrhea,which are unusual in patients with COVID-19,and some digestive signs may occur without other respiratory symptoms.Furthermore,SARS-CoV-2 can be found in infected patients’stool,demonstrating the likelihood of transmission through the fecal-oral route.In addition,liver function should be monitored during COVID-19,particularly in more severe cases.This review summarizes the evidence for extra-pulmonary manifestations,mechanisms,and management of COVID-19,particularly those related to the gastrointestinal tract and liver. | Dina Zakaria Mohamed Mai El-Sayed Ghoneim Sally El-Sayed Abu-Risha Ramy Ahmed Abdelsalam Mohamed Abdelhalem Farag | 2021 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2021，27，28： | 2 |
| 3 | Capacitor Voltage Balancing Strategy Based on Sub-module Capacitor Voltage Estimation for Modular Multilevel Converters显示文摘The modular multilevel converter(MMC)is expected to be used extensively in high-voltage direct current(HVDC)transmission networks because of its superior characteristics over the line-commutated converter(LCC).A key issue of concern is balancing sub-module capacitor voltages in the MMCs,which is critical for the correct operation of these converters.The majority of voltage balancing techniques proposed thus far require that the measurement of the capacitor voltages use a reliable measuring system.This can increase the capital cost of the converters.This paper presents a voltage balancing strategy based on capacitor voltage estimation using the adaptive linear neuron(ADALINE)algorithm.The proposed estimation unit requires only three voltage sensors per phase for the arm reactors and the output phase voltages.Measurements of sub-module capacitor voltages and associated communication links with the central controller are not needed.The proposed strategy can be applied to MMC systems that contain a large number of sub-modules.The method uses PSCAD/EMTDC,with particular focus on dynamic performance under a variety of operating conditions. | Mahmoud Abdelsalam Mostafa Marei Sarath Tennakoon Alison Griffiths | 2016 | CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2016，2，1： | 2 |
