1Fuzzy interface treatment in Eulerian method显示文摘In this paper, we incorporate fuzzy mathematics approach into the Eulerian method to simulate three dimensional multi-material interfaces. In particular, we propose a fuzzy interface treatment for describing interfaces, designing transport plans, and computing transport quantities. Using a set of three-dimensional inviscid isothermal elastic-plastic hydrodynamic equations, we simulate shaped charge jet in different filled dynamite structures. Strain and stress have been under consideration in simulations. 3Phase behavior of TXs/toluene/water microemulsion systems for solubilization absorption of toluene显示文摘Triton Xs(TXs) surfactants/cosurfactant/water/oil(toluene) microemulsion systems for enhancing toluene solubilization were proposed and its potential was investigated for toluene removal from gas stream.The results indicated that TX-100 was superior to other TXs surfactants in removing toluene without cosurfactant.The efficiency of cosurfactants for improving toluene solubilization capacity follows the order:amine>alcohol>acid.According to the factor analysis,the linear cosurfactants are better than the branched ones.The effects of hydrophile-lipophile balance(HLB),salt(NaCl) concentration and temperature on the formation of microemulsion system were also discussed.The results suggested that the optimum value of HLB was 15,the effect of NaCl concentration on the system was inconspicuous and the lower temperature enhanced the solubilization capacity.Nonionic surfactant-based microemulsions had a significant absorption enhancement for toluene,indicated by as much as 82.72% of toluene in phase composition diagram,which will have a great prospect in air pollution treatment.Lian Liu,Senlin Tian ,Ping Ning Faculty of Environmental Science and Engineering,Kunming University of Science and Technology,Kunming 650093,China 2010Journal of Environmental Sciences2010,22,2:13
4Solution of an Inverse Problem of Heat Conduction of 45 Steel with Martensite Phase Transformation in High Pressure during Gas Quenching显示文摘In order to simulate thermal strains, thermal stresses, residual stresses and microstructure of the steel during gas quenching by means of the numerical method, it is necessary to obtain an accurate boundary condition of temperature field. The surface heat transfer coefficient is a key parameter. The explicit finite difference method, nonlinear estimation method and the experimental relation between temperature and time during gas quenching have been used to solve the inverse problem of heat conduction. The relationship between surface temperature and surface heat transfer coefficient of a cylinder has been given. 5Levels,trends and risk assessment of arsenic pollution in Yangzonghai Lake,Yunnan Province,China显示文摘The arsenic contamination accident in Yangzonghai Lake,Yunnan has been of wide concern.In order to investigate the arsenic distribution and concentration trends after the accident,samples including lake water,sediments,soil,aquatic organisms and crops were collected in November 2008,as well as in February,May and September 2009.The average arsenic concentrations (arithmetic average) in lake water in the four sampling events were 176.9,147.3,159.3,and 161.1 μg/L,while those in the sediments were 32.87,62.41,62.99,and 46.96 μg/g,respectively.The highest content of total arsenic in soil in the vicinity of Yangzonghai was 23.33 μg/g,which was below the limits of the relevant national standard.The total arsenic levels in most aquatic plants were in the range of 100-200 μg/g,with Vallisneria natans (Lour.) 6Electrodeposition of Ni-W Amorphous Alloy and Ni-W-SiC Composite Deposits显示文摘Ni-W alloys and their composite deposits are electroplated on the metals when an appropriate complex agent is selected on the base of the theories of electrochemistry and complex chemistry, and the principle of induced codeposition. Effects of the bath composition, pH value, temperature and current density on the electrode position of Ni-W alloys and their composite deposits have been investigated, and the effect of heat treatment temperature on the hardness, structure and cohesive force of the amorphous Ni-W alloys and their composite deposits are also discussed. Results showed that the alloys containing more than 44 wt pct W content and the composite deposits containing 7.8 wt pct SiC content could be obtained by making use of the appropriate bath composition and plating conditions. Alloys and their composite deposits with over 44 wt pct W content show amorphous structure. The hardness of amorphous Ni-W alloys and their composite deposits increases obviously when heated, and can reach to 1350 HV and 1520 HV respectively for 46 wt pct W content. 9Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Martensitic Stainless Steel 6Cr15MoV显示文摘Martensitic stainless steel containing Cr of 12% to 18% (mass percent) are common utilized in quenching and tempering processes for knife and cutlery steel. The properties obtained in these materials are significantly influenced by matrix composition after heat treatment, especially as Cr and C content. Comprehensive considered the hardness and corrosion resistance, a new type martensitic stainless steel 6Cr15MoV has been developed. The effect of heat treatment processes on microstructure and mechanical properties of 6Cr15MoV martensitic stainless steel is emphatically researched. Thermo-Calc software has been carried out to thermodynamic calculation; OM, SEM and TEM have been carried out to microstructure observation; hardness and impact toughness test have been carried out to evaluate the mechanical properties. Results show that the equilibrium carbide in 6Cr15MoV steel is M23C6 carbide, and the M23C6 carbides finely distributed in annealed microstructure. 6Cr15MoV martensitic stainless steel has a wider quenching temperature range, the hardness value of steel 6Cr15MoV can reach to HRC 60.8 to HRC 61.6 when quenched at 1 060 to 1 100 ℃. Finely distributed carbides will exist in quenched microstructure, and effectively inhabit the growth of austenite grain. With the increasing of quenching temperature, the volume fraction of undissolved carbides will decrease. The excellent comprehensive mechanical properties can be obtained by quenched at 1 060 to 1 100 ℃ with tempered at 100 to 150 ℃, and it is mainly due to the high carbon martensite and fine grain size. At these temperature ranges, the hardness will retain about HRC 59.2 to HRC 61.6 and the Charpy U-notch impact toughness will retain about 17.3 to 20 J. A lot of M23C6 carbides precipitated from martensite matrix, at the same time along the boundaries of martensite lathes which leading to the decrease of impact toughness when tempered at 500 to 540 ℃. 10Dynamical understanding of loop soliton solution for several nonlinear wave equations显示文摘It has been found that some nonlinear wave equations have one-loop soliton solutions. What is the dynamical behavior of the so-called one-loop soliton solution? To answer this question, the travelling wave solutions for four nonlinear wave equations are discussed. Exact explicit parametric representations of some special travelling wave solutions are given. The results of this paper show that a loop solution consists of three different breaking travelling wave solutions. 11Preparation of TiC/Ni_3Al Composites by Upward Melt Infiltration显示文摘TiC/Ni3Al composites have been prepared using upward infiltration method. The densification was performed by both Ni3Al melt filling and TiC sintering during the infiltration. The dissolution of TiC in liquid Ni3Al has been evidenced by finding Ni3(Al,Ti)C after fast cooling in the TiC/Ni3Al composites. The dissolution may be responsible for the infiltration and sintering. Compared with downward infiltration, the upward infiltration brought about higher strength and fracture toughness and shorter infiltration time. TiC/20 vol. pct Ni3Al composite processed by upward infiltration had a flexural strength of 1476 MPa with a statistic Weibull modulus of 20.2 and a fracture toughness of 20.4 MPa . 13Metallogenic dynamics of the Yimen-type copper deposits and prediction of concealed ores显示文摘1 Geology and origin of the Yimen-type copper deposits THE Yimen copper mining district is located in a rift environment on the margins of the Yangtze continent and occurs in the middle segment of the Wuding-Yimen-Yuanjiang fault depression zone in theProterozoic Kunyang rift, with the Lujijiang fault as the boundary in the west and the Luoci-Yimen faultas the boundary in the east, and in the north it borders on the Luwu copper ore field and in the south itlinks with the Yuanjiang copper deposit, thus constituting an SN-striking elongated basin. Exposed in themining district are mainly the Heishantou, Dalongkou, Meidang, Yingming, Luoxue, Elachang and Lujijiang formations of the Early-Middle Proterozoic Kunyang Group, constituting a suite of lightly metamorphic rocks of low greenschist facies, and locally the Debadu Formation-complexes of the Early Proterozoic-Archean Dahongshan Group. The mining district can be divided into two ore zones: the east ore zone andthe west ore zone. 14MANUFACTURING OF ALUMINUM/FLY ASH COMPOSITE WITH LIQUID REACTIVE SINTERING TECHNOLOGY显示文摘The Al/fly ash composites are fabricated by liquid reactive sintering P/M process withfly ash particles as intensifying phases. The reactivity and newly formed phases dur-ing liquid sintering process have been analyzed by combing Thermochemical data basecalculation and XRD characterization. The results show that some of constituents infly ash have reacted with liquid aluminum so that the elemental Si, Fe, Ti as well assome amount of intermetallic compounds occur. The properties of aluminum/fly ashcomposites have been improved. With the fraction of fly ash increase, the compositedensity decreases; the hardness and the modulus of the composite increases, and thecomposite wear resistance are significantly increased. 153D visualization model and key techniques for digital mine显示文摘Digital mine is the inevitable outcome of the information processing, and is also a complicated system engineering. Firstly, for the 3D visualization application of the digital mine, the ground and underground integrative visualization framework model was proposed based on the mine entity database. So, the visualization problem was availably resolved, as well as the professional analytical ability was improved. Secondly, aiming at the irregularities, non-uniformity, dynamics of mine entities, mix modeling method based on the entity character was put forward, in which 3D expression of mine entities was realized. Lastly, the 3D visualization project for a copper mine was experimentally studied. 17A study on controlled cooling process for making bainitic ductile iron显示文摘In the present research, TTT curve of bainitic ductile iron under the condition of controlled cooling was generated. The cooling rate of grinding ball and its temperature distribution were also measured at the same time. It can be concluded that the bainitic zone of TTT curve is separated from the pearlitic zone. As compared to the water-quenching condition, more even cooling rate and temperature distribution can be achieved in the controlled cooling process. The controlled cooling can keep away from pearlitic zone in the high temperature cooling stage and produce similar results to the process of traditional isothermal cooling with a low cooling rate in the low temperature cooling stage.~*Y. 18Volatilization Kinetics of Sb2S3 in Steam Atmosphere显示文摘The volatilization kinetics of antimony trisulfide in steam atmosphere was studied with thermogravimetry at temperatures from 923 to 1123 K. A theoretical model was developed to calculate the overall rate constant and the mass transfer coefficient in gas phases. The experimental results show that the volatilization rate is enhanced with increasing temperature and steam flow rate. The volatilization rate is mainly controlled by the mass transport in gas phases. The apparent activation energy for the process is found to be 59.93 kJ/mol. It is demonstrated that Sb2S3is dominantly oxidized into Sb2O3 and H2S by water vapor in the volatilization process. Some antimony metal is formed. 20Water in peridotite xenoliths from South China显示文摘The water contents of nominally anhydrous clinopyroxene (cpx), orthopyroxene (opx) and olivine (ol) in peridotite xenoliths hosted by Cenozoic basalts from Yingfengling, Zhangchouchun, Fujitian and Lindi, South China, were measured by Micro-FTIR. All cpx and opx grains contained a certain amount of water, which was indicated by the presence of hydroxyls in the crystal structure. The water contents (H 2 O, ppm) of cpx and opx from peridotite xenoliths of the study areas were 293-981, 183-752, 73-586 and 51-423 ppm, and 82-471, 74-571, 53-170 and 9-135 ppm, respectively. No prominent OH absorption bands were detected for any ol grains, indicating that the water contents were below the detection limit (approximately 2 ppm). The entire rock contents recalculated according to mineral volume proportions were 49-163, 48-168, 21-111 and 8-40 ppm, respectively. Combined with previously reported data describing the water contents of peridotite xenoliths worldwide, the results presented here suggest that water distribution in the continental lithospheric mantle is spatially heterogeneous at a global scale.
