1Wave Forces on Submerged Semi-Circular Breakwater and Similar Structures显示文摘—The results of design and experiment of a submerged semi-circular breakwater at the Yangtzeestuary show that the submerged structure will be unsafe when the general empirical wave force formulafor semi-circular breakwater is used in design.Therefore,a new calculation method for the wave forces act-ing on a submerged semi-circular structure is given in this paper,in which the wave force acting on the in-side circumference of semi-circular arch is included,and the phase modification coefficient in the generalempirical formula is adjusted as well.The new wave force calculation method has been verified by the re-sults of seven related physical model tests and adopted in the design of the south esturary jetty of the firststage project of Deep Channel Improvement Project of the Yangtze River Estuary,the total jetty length be-ing 17.5km.XIE Shileng Prof. Senior Engineer, The First Design Institute of Navigation Engineering, Ministry of Communications of China, Tianjin 300222, P. 2Orbit determination for geostationary satellites with the combination of transfer ranging and pseudorange data显示文摘Geostationary satellites(GEOs) play a significant role in the regional satellite navigation system.Simulation experiments show that the clock corrections could be mitigated through a single strategy or double differencing strategies for a navigation constellation,but for the mode of individual GEO orbit determination,high precision orbit and clock correction could not be obtained in the orbit determination based on the pseudorange data.A new GEO combined precise orbit determination(POD) strategy is studied in this paper,which combines pseudorange data and C-band transfer ranging data.This strategy overcomes the deficiency of C-band transfer ranging caused by limited stations and tracking time available.With the combination of transfer ranging and pseudorange data,clock corrections between the GEO and the stations can be estimated simultaneously along with orbital parameters,maintaining self-consistency between the satellite ephemeris and clock correction parameters.The error covariance analysis is conducted to illuminate the contributions from the transfer ranging data and the psudoranging data.Using data collected for a Chinese GEO satellite with 3 C-band transfer ranging stations and 4 L-band pseudorange tracking stations,POD experiments indicate that a meter-level accuracy is achievable.The root-mean-square(RMS) of the post-fit C-band ranging data is about 0.203 m,and the RMS of the post-fit pseudorange is 0.408 m.Radial component errors of the POD experiments are independently evaluated with the satellite laser ranging(SLR) data from a station in Beijing,with the residual RMS of 0.076 m.The SLR evaluation also suggests that for 2-h orbital predication,the predicted radial error is about 0.404 m,and the clock correction error is about 1.38 ns.Even for the combination of one C-band transfer ranging station and 4 pseudorange stations,POD is able to achieve a reasonable accuracy with the radial error of 0.280 m and the 2-h predicted radial error of 0.888 m.Clock synchronization between the GEO and tracking stations is achieved with an estimated accuracy of about 1.55 ns,meeting the navigation service requirements.GUO Rui1,2,3,4,HU XiaoGong2,4,LIU Li1,WU XiaoLi1,HUANG Yong2,4 & HE Feng1 1 Beijing Global Information Application and Development Center,Beijing 100094,China 2 Shanghai Astronomical Observatory,Chinese Academy of Sciences,Shanghai 200030,China 3 Graduate University of Chinese Academy of Sciences,Beijing 100049,China 4 Space Navigation and Positioning Technology,Laboratory of Shanghai Municipal,Shanghai 200030,China 2010Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2010,53,9:13
3Second-order consensus in networks of dynamic agents with communication time-delays显示文摘This paper proposes second-order consensus protocols with time-delays and gives the measure of the robustness of the protocols to the time-delay existing in the network of agents with second-order dynamics. By employing a frequency domain method, it is proven that the information states and their time derivatives of all the agents in the network achieve consensus asymptotically, respectively, for appropriate communication timedelay if the topology of weighted network is connected. Particularly, a tight upper bound on the communication time-delay that can be tolerated in the dynamic network is found. The consensus protocols are distributed in the sense that each agent only needs information from its neighboring agents, which reduces the complexity of connections between neighboring agents significantly. 5Inner Attitude Integration Algorithm Based on Fault Detection for Strapdown Inertial Attitude and Heading Reference System显示文摘This article proposes a new inner attitude integration algorithm to improve attitude accuracy of the strapdown inertial attitude and heading reference system(SIAHRS),which,by means of a Kalman filter,integrates the calculated attitude from the accelerometers in inertial measuring unit(IMU),called damping attitudes,with those from the conventional IMU.As vehicle's acceleration could produce damping attitude errors,the horizontal outputs from accelerometers are firstly used to judge the vehicle's motion so as to determine whether the damping attitudes could be reasonably applied.This article also analyzes the limitation of this approach.Furthermore,it suggests a residual chi-square test to judge the validity of damping attitude measurement in real time,and accordingly puts forward proper information fusion strategy.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is proved through the experiments on a real system in dynamic and static states.Liu Jianye,Zhu Yanhua,Lai Jizhou,Yu Yongjun Navigation Research Center,Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics,Nanjing 210016,China 2010Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2010,23,1:4
6Analysis of Wave Height in Front of a Wave Absorbing Structure with Rubble Foundation显示文摘Wave absorbing structures have been widely applied in many countries. In the present paper, the wave heights in front of a vertical wave absorbing structure with rubble foundation as well as in the wave chamber of the structure are analysed using an approximative calculation method, and the dissipating effect of the structure is verified. 18Stress singularity analysis of anisotropic multi-material wedges under antiplane shear deformation using the symplectic approach显示文摘Symplectic approach has emerged a popular tool in dealing with elasticity problems especially for those with stress singularities. However, anisotropic material problem under polar coordinate system is still a bottleneck. This paper presents a subfield method coupled with the symplectic approach to study the anisotropic material under antiplane shear deformation. Anisotropic material around wedge tip is considered to be consisted of many subfields with constant material properties which can be handled by the symplectic approach individually. In this way, approximate solutions of the stress and displacement can be obtained. Numerical examples show that the present method is very accurate and efficient for such wedge problems.
