1A New Evolutionary Algorithm for Function Optimization显示文摘A new algorithm based on genetic algorithm(GA) is developed for solving function optimization problems with inequality constraints. This algorithm has been used to a series of standard test problems and exhibited good performance. 2Supply Chain Coordination with Demand Disruptions under Convex Production Cost Function显示文摘This paper investigates the problem of how to handling demand disruptions in a one-supplier-one-retailer supply chain, where production cost is a convex function of production quantity andprice-demand relationship is linear. 5Efficient Certificateless Authenticated Key Agreement Protocol from Pairings显示文摘In the area of secure Web information system, mutual authentication and key agreement are essential between Web clients and servers. An efficient certificateless authenticated key agreement protocol for Web client/server setting is proposed, which uses pairings on certain elliptic curves. 6Two-Party Authenticated Key Agreement in Certificateless Public Key Cryptography显示文摘Certificateless public key cryptography was introduced to overcome the key escrow limitation of the identity-based cryp- tography. It combines the advantages of the identity-based cryp- tography and the traditional PKI. Many certificateless public key encryption and signature schemes have been proposed. However, the key agreement in CL-PKE is seldom discussed. In this paper, we present a new certificateless two party authentication key agreement protocol and prove its security attributes. 7Keyword Extraction Based on tf/idf for Chinese News Document显示文摘Keyword extraction is an important research topic of information retrieval. This paper gave the specification of key- words in Chinese news documents based on analyzing linguistic characteristics of news documents and then proposed a new key- word extraction method based on tf/idf with multi-strategies. The approach selected candidate keywords of uni-, bi-and tri-grams, and then defines the features according to their morphological characters and context information. Moreover, the paper proposed several strategies to amend the incomplete words gotten from the word segmentation and found unknown potential keywords in news documents. Experimental results show that our proposed method can significantly outperform the baseline method. We also applied it to retrospective event detection. 8Autophagy Plays a Potential Role in the Process of Sea Cucumber Body Wall “Melting” Induced by UV Irradiation显示文摘The changes of tissue appearances and structures in the process of UV-induced 'melting' for sea cucumber (Stichopus japonicus) body wall were studied.And the localization and determination of acid phosphatase (ACP),Cathepsin B and Cathepsin L activities were also investigated.The results show that the connective tissue was damaged with many hollows emerging and the regular collagen bundles were broken apart into irregular fragments.Margination of condensed chromatin at the nuclear membrane was observed.Both Golgi’s body and endoplasmic reticulum swelled,curled,and eventually double-or multi-lamellar vesicles were formed.A number of autophagic vesicles distributed in all through the whole cytoplasm.ACP be-comes more active after UV irradiation.The activities of cathepsin B and cathepsin L increased in UV-treated sea cucumbers and both achieved their maximum under certain conditions.It indicates that autophagy plays a potential role in the 'melting' process for sea cucumber body wall induced by UV irradiation.ZHU Beiwei ZHENG Jie ZHANG Zongshen DONG Xiuping ZHAO Lulu Tada Mikiro 2008Wuhan University Journal of Natural Sciences2008,13,2:23

10Stable Initialization Scheme for K-Means Clustering显示文摘Though K-means is very popular for general clustering, its performance, which generally converges to numerous local minima, depends highly on initial cluster centers. In this paper a novel initialization scheme to select initial cluster centers for K-means clustering is proposed. This algorithm is based on reverse nearest neighbor (RNN) search which retrieves all points in a given data set whose nearest neighbor is a given query point. The initial cluster centers computed using this methodology are found to be very close to the desired cluster centers for iterative cluster-ing algorithms. This procedure is applicable to clustering algo-rithms for continuous data. The application of the proposed algo-rithm to K-means clustering algorithm is demonstrated. 11Effects of Zn Stress on Zn Accumulation and Anti-Oxidant Enzymes Activity in Four Varieties of Ryegrass显示文摘We investigated the influence of different content of Zn^2+ (0, 2, 4, 8, 16 mmol·kg^-1) on plant growth, activities of peroxidase (POD) and superoxide dismutase (SOD), free proline content and Zn accumulation in four varieties of ryegrass (Loliurn perenne L.) by pot culture experiment. The results showed that plant biomass increased at the ranges of 0-2 (Tuoya), 0-4(Yeying), 0-8 mmol·kg^-1 (Airuisi and Taide), respectively, and then decreased under excess Zn. The activities of POD, SOD and proline content in shoots decreased firstly, and then increased with the increase of Zn content. The plant biomass, activities of POD and SOD in Taide were evidently higher than in the other three varieties. Root tolerance index (RTI) and Zn transport ratio from root to shoot (S/R) in Taide were exceed 1.0. 14Selection of Adaptive Grass and Frutex and Their Planting Benefits in the Arid-Hot Valleys of Yuanmou显示文摘In view of the environment character of the soil and content of the soil organic carbon, 278 species of grass and frutex were introduced from abroad and China, Some were selected by applied production and plantation benefit investigations. The results showed that:In the arid-hot valleys of Yuanmou the selected species showed the characteristics of fast growth and high yield (38 227.00 kg/hm2), high nutrition value (CP% content of legu-minous grass and frutex were 22.47%), as well as the strong adversity resistance to high air temperature and arid climate (soil humidity was 3.4%). 15Bottom Factors Applied to the Zoning Study of the Risk Levels of Landslides in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area显示文摘Without taking inducing factors into consideration, this paper adopts a quantitative analysis of the bottom factors in the Three Gorges Reservoir area, studies the relationship between the bottom factors and the development of landslides, and then zones the area according to risk levels. The bottom factors adopted in this paper include lithological characters(U_ 1 ), gradient(U_ 2 ), slope form(U_ 3 ), difference of height(U_ 4 ), and slope orientation(U_ 5 ). In 4 650 km 2 of the studied area, the areas of the very high, high, medium and low hazard degree area respectively were 57.94 km 2 , 2 305.15 km 2 , 1 241.6 km 2 , 1 045.31 km 2 . 16Tele-Network Design Based on Queue Competition Algorithm显示文摘In this paper, we report research on how to design the tele-network. First of all, we defined the reliability of tele-network. According to the definition, we divide the whole reliability into two parts:the reliability of the mini-way and that of the whole system. Then we do algebra unintersection of the mini-way, deriving a function of reliability of tele-network. Also, we got a function of the cost of tele-network after analyzing the cost of arcs and points. Finally, we give a mathematical model to design a tele-network. For the algorithm, we define the distance of a network and adjacent area within certain boundaries . We present a new algorithm--Queue Competition Algorithm (QCA) based on the adjacent area . 17SLEACH: Secure Low-Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy Protocol for Wireless Sensor Networks显示文摘LEACH (Low-Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy) protocol is a basic clustering-based routing protocol of sensor networks. In this paper, we present the design of SLEACH, a secure extension for the LEACH protocol. We divide SLEACH into four phases and fit inexpensive cryptographic operations to each part of the protocol functionality to create an efficient, practical protocol. Then we give security analyses of SLEACH. 18Efficient Authenticated Key Agreement Protocol Using Self-Certified Public Keys from Pairings显示文摘An efficient authenticated key agreement protocol is proposed,which makes use of bilinear pairings and self-certified public keys. Its security is based on the security assumptions of the bilinear Diffie-Hellman problem and the computational Diffie-Hellman problem. Users can choose their private keys independently. The public keys and identities of users can be verified implicitly when the session key being generating in a logically single step. A trusted Key Generation Center is no longer required as in the ID-based authenticated key agreement protocols. 19Static Extracting Method of Software Intended Behavior Based on API Functions Invoking显示文摘The method of extracting and describing the intended behavior of software precisely has become one of the key points in the fields of software behavior's dynamic and trusted authentica-tion. In this paper,the author proposes a specified measure of ex-tracting SIBDS (software intended behaviors describing sets) statically from the binary executable using the software's API functions invoking,and also introduces the definition of the struc-ture used to store the SIBDS in detail. 20Soliton Solution of the DNLS Equation Based on Hirota's Bilinear Derivative Transform显示文摘Based on the method of Hirota's bilinear derivative transform, the derivative nonlinear Schrdinger equation with vanishing boundary condition has been directly solved. The oneand two-soliton solutions are given as two typical examples in the illustration of the general procedures and the concrete cut-off technique of the series-form solution, and the n-soliton solution is also attained by induction method. Our study shows their equivalence to the existing soliton solutions by a simple parameter transformation. The methodological importance of bilinear derivative transform in dealing with an integrable nonlinear equation has also been emphasized. The evolution of one and two-soliton solution with respect to time and space has been discussed in detail.
