1The Innovation of CNC Machine Interface Based on DNC System显示文摘This paper describes the innovation schemes of the interface of a CNC machinewhich cannot communicate with a computer by a Direct Numerical Control(DNC)interface andthe functions of a DNC interface system.One architecture of hardware and software of a practi-cal single-chip computer based on DNC interface system developed by the authors is given.Without any change of the original hardware and software,this DNC interface system has beenused to innovate the CNC machine’s interface to implement the direct communication between acomputer and a CNC machine and to achieve no tape transmission of a part program and ma-chine parameters.It has been demonstrated that this DNC interface system has certain practicalvalues in improving the reliability,efficiency and production management of CNC/NC machine.Luo Jianjun Fan Liuqun Liang Gongqian China Research and Education Center of Plant Engineering,Northwestern Polytechnical University Xi’an,710072,P.R.China 1997International Journal of Plant Engineering and Management1997,2,1:11
2Grey GM(1,1) Model with Function-Transfer Method for Wear Trend Prediction and its Application显示文摘Trend forecasting is an important aspect in fault diagnosis and work state supervision. The principle, where Grey theory is applied in fault forecasting, is that the forecast system is considered as a Grey system; the existing known information is used to infer the unknown information’s character, state and development trend in a fault pattern, and to make possible forecasting and decisions for future development. It involves the whitenization of a Grey process. But the traditional equal time interval Grey GM (1,1) model requires equal interval data and needs to bring about accumulating addition generation and reversion calculations. Its calculation is very complex. However, the non equal interval Grey GM (1,1) model decreases the condition of the primitive data when establishing a model, but its requirement is still higher and the data were pre processed. The abrasion primitive data of plant could not always satisfy these modeling requirements. Therefore, it establishes a division method suited for general data modeling and estimating parameters of GM (1,1), the standard error coefficient that was applied to judge accuracy height of the model was put forward; further, the function transform to forecast plant abrasion trend and assess GM (1,1) parameter was established. These two models need not pre process the primitive data. It is not only suited for equal interval data modeling, but also for non equal interval data modeling. Its calculation is simple and convenient to use. The oil spectrum analysis acted as an example. The two GM (1,1) models put forward in this paper and the new information model and its comprehensive usage were investigated. 4Grey System Judgment on Reliability of Mechanical Equipment显示文摘The Grey system theory was applied in reliability analysis of mechanical equipment.It is a new theory and method in reliability engineering of mechanical engineering of mechanical equipment. Through the Grey forecast of reliability parameters and the reliability forecast of parts and systems, decisions were made in the real operative state of equipment in real time. It replaced the old method that required mathematics and physical statistics in a large base of test data to obtain a pre check, and it was used in a practical problem. 5Research on Transmission Accuracy Characteristic Analysis of RV Reducer显示文摘The accuracy of RV reducer transmission is mainly affected by the transmission accuracy. Taking the high precision RV-80E reducer as the research object, aiming at its structural characteristics, the rigid-flexible coupling model of RV reducer is established by using ADAMS multi-body dynamics simulation software, and the correctness of the model is verified. At the same time, the rigid-flexible coupling model is used to design several groups of simulation prototypes with different errors, and the influence of different error factors on the transmission accuracy of the whole machine is analyzed by simulation. 8Study of Failure Diagnostic Methods and Intelligent Diagnostic System for Reciprocating Compressors显示文摘Three categories of failure diagnostic methods for reciprocating compressors are classified according to the signals adopted by the diagnosis. They are parameter method, vibration method, and oil analysis method. In this paper, the applicable range and operational difficulties of these methods are discussed on the basis of analysis and induction upon normal failure. It is proposed that a compressor’s normal failure can be divided into thermodynamical property failure and mechanical function failure. As to the former, the parameter method that takes a cylinder pressure signal as the main diagnostic signal may be applied; and as to the latter, the vibration signal frequency spectrum can be used to diagnose. 10Application of Multi-sensor Information Fusion in the Fault Diagnosis of Hydraulic System显示文摘Aiming at the problem of incomplete information and uncertainties in the diagnosis of complex system by using single parameter,a new method of multi-sensor information fusion fault diagnosis based on BP neural network and D-S evidence theory is proposed. In order to simplify the structure of BP neural network,two parallel BP neural networks are used to diagnose the fault data at first; and then,using the evidence theory to fuse the local diagnostic results,the accurate inference of the inaccurate information is realized,and the accurate diagnosis result is obtained. 11Resource-constrained Project Scheduling with Overlapping Activities Based on Extended Dependency Structure Matrix显示文摘Dependency Structure Matrix( DSM) is a successful and powerful tool for representing and analyzing dependencies between the items,but for external influencing factors it cannot charge effectively. This paper sets the stage for connecting the activities and resources,which not only considers information flow but also resources constrains.We first introduce the DSM to represent the degree of overlapping between the activities in a project. Then we present the Extended DSM combined former DSM and resource factors to calculate the project duration. The linear regression model of coolant determined by MATLAB software was imported into the user-defined field function of the software,using the standard K-Epsilon turbulence model to analyze temperature,pressure and velocity changes of the coolant in the radiator channel. 13A Method for Gear Fault Diagnosis Based on the Empirical Mode Decomposition显示文摘According to the characteristics of gea r fault vibration signals, a method for gear fault diagnosis based upon the empiri cal mode decomposition (EMD) is proposed in this paper. By using EMD, any compli cated signal can be decomposed into a finite and often small number of intrinsic mode functions (IMFs), which are based upon the local characteristic time scale of the signal. Thus, EMD is perfectly suitable for non-stationary signal proce ssing and fault characteristics extracting. It is well known that a gear vibrati on signal consists of a number of frequency family components, each of which is a modulated signal. Thus, we can use EMD to decompose a gear fault vibration sig nal into a number of IMF components, some of which correspond to the frequency f amilies, and the others are noises. Therefore, the frequency families can be sep arated and the noise can be decreased at the same time. The proposed method has been applied to gear fault diagnosis. 15Maintenance and Condition-Based Maintenance显示文摘The evolution of maintenance management is briefly introduced in this paper, from corrective maintenance to preventive maintenance. First, a range of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis techniques developed in different industries are surveyed; Second, many methods of condition monitoring are presented; Third, mathematical methods used in condition monitoring are given; Then the merits and shortcomings are discussed.Efficient maintenance policies are of fundamental importance in system engineering because of their fallbacks into the safety and economics of plant operation. Applying condition-based maintenance to a system can reduce the cost and extend the availability of facilities. With the advent of personal computers as fast and cost effective machines for data acquisition and processing of multiple signals some shortcomings mentioned in condition monitoring could be solved or reduced to some extent. 20Application Study on 3D Modeling of Axial Compressor Blades Based on CFD and CAD显示文摘A new method for design of turbomachinery blades is presented. The parameters of a compressor blade are created from the Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software CFX-BladeGen, and are inputted to the Computer Aided Design (CAD) software UG for building a curve surface model to create an entity model in UG.
