1Preparation and Characterization of Two-component Waterborne Polyurethane Comprised of Water-soluble Acrylic Resin and HDI Biuret显示文摘A two-component waterborne polyurethane(2K-WPU) was prepared by mixing water-soluble acrylic resin and hexamethylene diisocyanate biuret, and then diluted for phase inversion with water. Compared with water-soluble acrylic resin, the phase inversion of 2K-WPU occurs at lower water content. It is indicated by TEM that 2K-WPU parti-cles show a core-shell structure, in which HDI biuret is encapsulated by hydrophilic acrylic resin. 2K-WPU emulsion with HDI biuret has larger particle size and narrower distribution index, while for 2K-WPU emulsion with HDI iso-cyanurate, the latex not only has large particle size, but also has two-peak distribution. FTIR shows that the reaction be-tween HDI biuret and acrylic resin can complete in 12h. In addition, studies on effect of composition of acrylic resin on performance of 2K-WPU show that narrowing the polar difference between water-soluble acrylic resin and HDI biuret and improving the miscibility of two components are the key to prepare the transparent and high gloss films with high crosslinking density.周新华 涂伟萍 胡剑青 2006Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2006,14,1:48

6利用FactSage热力学软件预测还原性气氛下煤灰熔融行为特征的研究显示文摘FactSage has been used to predict the ash behavior and ash fusion temperature (AFT) at high temperature under reducing atmosphere conditions. For Huainan coal ash samples, it has demonstrated a good agreement between the liquid phase formation as the function of temperature and the tested AFT. The tested and predicted flow temperature (FT) for two typical Huainan coal ashes with the addition of CaO flux are quite fit with the maximum temperature difference less than 74 ℃ which is within acceptable range. It can be concluded that FactSage in combination with X-ray diffraction (XRD) can be used to predict the reactions occurring between minerals, as well as the mineral transformation and slag formation. 7Kinetic Model and Simulation of Promoted Selective Non-catalytic Reduction by Sodium Carbonate显示文摘The detailed kinetic model of selective non-catalytic reduction(SNCR)of nitric oxide,including so- dium species reactions,was developed on the basis of recent studies on thermal DeNOx mechanism,NOxOUT mechanism and promotion mechanism of Na2CO3.The model was validated by comparison with several experi- mental findings,thus providing an effective tool for the primary and promoted SNCR process simulation.Experi- mental and simulated results show part-per-million level of sodium carbonate enhances NO removal efficiency and extend the effective SNCR temperature range in comparison with use of a nitrogen agent alone.The kinetic model- ing,sensitivity and rate-of-production analysis suggest that the performance improvement can be explained as ho- mogeneous sodium species reactions producing more reactive OH radicals.The net result of sodium species reac- tions is conversion of H2O and inactive HO2 radicals into reactive OH radicals,i.e.H2O+HO2=3OH,which en- hances the SNCR performance of nitrogen agents by mainly increasing the production rate of NH2 radicals.More- over,N2O and CO are eliminated diversely via the reactions Na+N2O=NaO+N2,NaO+CO=Na+CO2 and NaO2+CO=NaO+CO2,in the promoted SNCR process,especially in the NOxOUT process.韩奎华 路春美 2007Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2007,15,4:32

The separation coefficients between CH4 and N2were obtained on analyzing the breakthrough curves measured experimentally with nine adsorbents. 20Nitrogen removal characteristics of heterotrophic nitrification-aerobic denitrification by Alcaligenes faecalis C16显示文摘Alcaligenes faecalis C16 was found to have the ability to heterotrophically nitrify and aerobically denitrify. In order to further understand its nitrogen removal ability and mechanism, the growth and ammonium removal response were investigated at different C/N ratios and ammonium concentrations in the medium with citrate and acetate as carbon source separately. Furthermore, experiments of nitrogen sources, production of nitrogen gas and enzyme assay were conducted. Results show that the bacterium converts NH+4-N and produces NH2 OH during the growing phase and nitrite accumulation is its distinct metabolic feature. A. faecalis C16 is able to tolerate not only high ammonium concentration but also high C/N ratio, and the ammonium tolerance is associated with carbon source and C/N ratio. The nitrogen balance under different conditions shows that approximately28%–45% of the initial ammonium is assimilated into the cells, 44%–60% is denitrified and several percent is converted to nitrification products. A. faecalis C16 cannot utilize hydroxylamine, nitrite or nitrate as the sole nitrogen source for growth. However, nitrate can be used when ammonium is simultaneously present in the medium. A possible pathway for nitrogen removal by C16 is suggested.
